Ofrecemos un lujoso 2 dormitorios, 2 baños condominio en el piso 23 de la torre de Grand Venetian 3000 con una hermosa vista al mar. La Gran Torre veneciana se encuentra en la zona hotelera, a sólo 10 minutos en coche del aeropuerto internacional y el centro de Puerto Vallarta.

Este nuevo condominio ofrece un lujo 2 dormitorios con camas King size, incluyendo 2 baños completos, así. sala de estar completamente amueblada con televisión de alta definición de 65 pulgadas con canales vía satélite y conexión inalámbrica a Internet. Así como una cocina completamente equipada con todos los servicios. Cada habitación tiene su propia terraza.

A poca distancia de todo lo que necesita, incluyendo supermercados, cines, casinos, restaurantes, Walmart, Sams Club, Costco, y muchas atracciones más. En la temporada se puede ver a las ballenas desde la terraza, las vistas de la puesta de sol, y fuegos artificiales nocturnos.

Recinto de entrada con seguridad 24/7. Múltiples piscinas y jacuzzis en toda la instalación para elegir. Hermoso vestíbulo, sala de juegos, centro de negocios y sala de teatro.

El restaurante del hotel, Península de centro comercial de al lado, se abrirá un centro comercial de lujo de gran tamaño con el cine al lado del complejo a principios de 2017.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was absolutely beautiful. Got off to a little rough start, very little coordination for the check-in process, but once that was all worked out, everything was smooth. The property manager was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions or things that we needed. I would definitely stay at this property again.

So relaxing

I would return. The property was large and airy. I was surprised by the size and amenities of this condo. The view is so relaxing and it has everything I would need to stay for a week. We ordered Uber's that came right to the building and could even walk to nearby restaturants. The pools in the complex are one of the highlights as we visited the pool everyday. There were utensils, plates, forks and most things that you would need to made my stay comfortable.

Once of the best places to stay in Puerto Vallarta !!!!

This condo located in The Grand Venetian is one of the best that I have ever stayed in: located on the 23rd floor it's western views had spectacular sunsets each evening and great mountain views from the bedrooms looking east. The unit was well equipped with kitchen appliances, utensils, cookware. We were able to get many US television channels(including PBS) with the help of Hector, the local contact. The owner Mian was very responsive to any issues you encountered. The only issues we faced were " outside visitors".. They are not allowed through Security unless they are pre-registered via the owner. I would definitely rent this unit again. It is one of the best I have had in my 15 years of coming to PV. Harold t

Poor Hosting and needs improvements

Overall the building and grounds are very nice, and the location and views are great! We arrived without the host ever loading the check in in process and not sending a welcome letter as promised. This caused a delay and had to make numerous phone calls and text messages just go get into the unit. Beds need an upgrade, pillows where terrible and furniture is dated. Air conditioning rattles in living room. No extra sheets or bathroom towels to use during the stay. During our stay the clothes washer leaked all over the floor and we messaged to get it repaired, never happened. The fridge stopped working and same issue with no response and it did not get fixed. Overall we loved the view and location but the unit is not luxury and needs upgrades. The communication of the host was terrible. I would not stay here again.

Enjoyed the clean condo

The condo is really nice and clean. Hector, The unit manager was very respectful and attentive, helped us with our dryer problem (not working). The only bad thing about this place, is the beach. It is mixed with brown water from the river/canal on the side of the complex. You can't really enjoy the beach, so we only used the beautiful pools in the property. Otherwise everything was clean & beautiful. I don't recommend this property if u would really like to enjoy the beach.

Beautiful Condo with exceptional views!!!!

We enjoyed everything about PV!!! So much so we will be back in October! This property is exceptional. Hector was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a private chef me evening that cooked a incredible meal! There is only one down side to this property. The guards at the guard station. They should all be required to take a class on customer service. Each time traveling through the gates they gave us and my guests a very hard time. Thank you Hector for everything!!!

Nice 2 king bedroom unit

Many times this type of condo is equipped with a king and 2 twin beds. This is as close to being equal for 2 adult couples. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. The kitchen could use a few more small improvements but they will come in time. Owner and local manager are both great.

Beautiful condo

Loved our stay here. It’s very spacious and well decorated. View of the ocean is great. Centrally located and close to many places to eat and shop. Loved the pools and the fact that the restaurant is right by the pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Thanks for the great vacation spot!! It would have been helpful prior to coming to know to bring soap for the showers and dishwasher. Our only complaint was that there was no English speaking TV channels.

Comfortable, beautiful and great location

This condo has a stunning view, is very spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. It's very easy find, 15 min from the airport and is right next door to the shopping mall. The grocery store is a few blocks away and we just took a taxi back to the condo it's only a couple dollars. Kitchen is well equipped - you have everything you need. There is no BBQ on the balcony but the kitchen had dish soap and dishwasher tabs. There was also laundry soap and a few garbage bags. We left a nice bottle of Aperol and Tupperware for others to use. Things to note: you need to register your friends that are visiting ahead of time to get into the condo. Everyone in general here was much older. The entire pool was full of 65+ so there is very little going on and it's very quiet. It was a bit challenging as we have kids and there is really nothing for them on the property. No park, or kids pool, no other kids hanging around but the beach is RIGHT there. We found the staff, grounds and pool BEAUTIFUL; the restaurant was so-so in terms of quality of food. There is much better food out and about in PV. When you buy groceries the front staff can get a shopping cart for you to bring it up to the condo, you just need to ask. All in all, it was a great stay and we'd come again. Thanks Mian for all you help, you were a great host.

Perfect!

We just back from a 10 days stay in PV and this condo was wonderful! The living area is spacious, the kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms/bathrooms were very nice. The beds were a little stiff for my liking, but I like super soft mattresses. It didn't affect my stay though, we would absolutely stay in this condo again. Having a washer and dryer allowed us to pack light so we didn't have to bring checked luggage. There are plenty of towels for both showering and the pool/beach. We weren't sure about beach towels so we brought them but didn't need to use them. The balcony from the bedrooms is a view of the new shopping center La Isla and the mountains. The balcony off the living room is a view of the ocean. You can't see downtown because of one of the other towers, but the view is perfect for sunsets. Hector, the property manager was excellent to work with and helped us get visitor's passes for family we have in PV. Security was also very nice and helpful. The four pools are all amazing and the service for the bar/restaurant were excellent, too. (Happy hour was from 5-6, with 2X1 margaritas, but we didn't know that till out last two nights!) There are restaurants within walking distance; El Oasis is right next to the Grand Venetian on the beach next to the river. The coconut shrimp was to die for! La Isla has several restaurants as well. We don't like spending tons on food and we were able to find great food at reasonable prices. The grocery store is technically within walking distance, but we didn't want to walk in the heat, so took a taxi for about 50 pesos ($3.00 US) We took taxis towards the airport and downtown and the charge was never more than 120 pesos (about $7.00 US) each way, and usually less than that. The location is great and the condo was exactly what we had hoped for. We would definitely stay in this condo again when we go back to PV.

Better than expected.. Nicer and prettier than the pictures.

The owner is the nicest person to deal with, we had everything we need at our finger tips including laundry detergent, the property manager was more than accommodating and helpful throughout our stay... Hector even picked us up from the airport. The resort is five star building, secured with gate & guards 24 hrs. the amenities include a restaurant/bar where we had our drinks and meals ( they are even open till 10 pm at night ) The staff is right there to make your stay more pleasant & comfortable.. you can walk through a gate directly to the beach for a swim or massage!!! We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing views this unit offered and the spaciousness of the condo. We had a great stay, one week was barely enough.

Excellent property, very responsive owner.

We have stayed numerous times at Grand Venetian (GV), but always in Tower One. This unit in Tower Three is very nicely furnished. You do not have a view of downtown (which we enjoy) but can look out on the ocean and also see the commercial marina. One significant benefit of this unit in Tower Three is you have shade on the front patio until around 5 pm. In the other two towers you will be setting behind a blind by mid morning which defeats the beautiful views. We had a couple of small issues when we checked in but in fairness we were an hour early. These issues were quickly remedied by the property manager and excellent follow up by the owner. The Mexican restaurant located right beside GV on the beach is a good place for a quick bite to eat. Also the new shopping complex that adjoins GV has excellent shopping and restaurants. This shopping complex is the nicest we’ve ever visited in Mexico. Very upscale! GV is very well maintained. Although we’ve stayed at other locations, GV is our choice. It has excellent and very polite security and all the facilities are well maintained. Riding the buses is easily accomplished right in front of GV. There are two grocery stores and shopping complexes within easy walking distance of GV. For those new to GV, the location is excellent being located halfway between the Marina and downtown. Walking to Walmart/Sams is doable and Costco is also within walking distance. If you go to Walmart be sure to walk east (away from the ocean or toward the mountains) about three blocks to visit the Mexican market complete with a fresh fish market. It’s the real deal if you want to see where the Mexicans shop and eat. The fresh produce was excellent. This was an excellent lodging choice for us and we are looking forward to returning!

Due to an unexpected serious illness, we had to cancel our trip. Mian was exceptionally kind and understanding, and has done everything possible to accommodate us at another date. We would highly recommend any property that he owns or manages.

fabulous 2 bedroom

spacious well appointed 2 bedroom with great view! this was our second visit this year to grand venetian and it is a great property. we went to Soriano (nearby grocery) and spent $100 for all the food/booze for the week; spent the day by the pool having food and pina coladas brought to us all day (total day bill $45). its crazy how far the dollar goes down here. Great values! the beds were great, the bedrooms had huge walk in closets etc etc.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay!! The condo was very well decorated and very well maintained!

Would definitely return to enjoy the views, the pools and beaches again! This is a wonderful condo with two king suites! Very spacious, well maintained and great location! Great restaurants across the street, shopping and fun sports bar just down the street! Perfect spot to rest and relax.

Beautiful Condo

We stayed at this condo for 10 days and loved it. We have stayed at the property many times in the past and this unit was beautiful. It is located in the third tower which is still begin completed but there was no noise or disturbance. The owner was extremely responsive and the onsite manager was very helpful, answering questions, and setting up a cleaning person. Everything about this condo was just perfect.
