Love the property, location, quality of the condo

We spent 8 days in Kauai and 2 weeks in Maui. This condo is perfectly appointed, a/c works well, it smells and is clean and the view of the rising sun every morning is beyond compare. Grocery stores, restaurants, and other needs are within walking distance but you don't realize that when you are in the front of the property on the beach. We would stay again and have suggested this property to friends.

Fell a little short

This is our fourth stay in an oceanfront condo at this resort. We loved the location and the view was amazing. However, the carpets were wet and stayed damp for days. This produced a musty smell. Every other condo we have rented here had beach chairs and a cooler available for us to use. This unit did not. Beyond basic pantry items, salt and pepper only. No tin foil, plastic baggies etc. we own and rent several properties and our renters always rave about the extra touches we provide. For the increased price, I expected a little more.

Heaven on Earth

I travel extensively and this is one of the nicest VRBO’s we have been too. Fantastic beach front location , pool and grounds immaculate, great central location , spacious updated unit !! I would definitely stay again. !!

Oven was not clean. Had to do a cleaning cycle while here, or else we could not use oven. Took 4+ hours of extreme heat and smell. That took away some of our experience

Kauai Family Reunion

million dollar view

The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the lanai overlooking the ocean. The location was perfect with shopping center across the street where we can get everything we needed. Our grandson really enjoyed the pool area, especially the slides.

Beautiful And Big!

This was our first stay in Kapaa. Both the resort and our condo are gorgeous. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. Our view of the ocean and shoreline was equally beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and for the most part we had everything we needed. The only thing we missed were some lounge chairs on the lanai instead of just dining chairs. Kapaa is a good central location from which to see the island. There’s a busy intersection in front of the resort, but once you’re through that it’s easy to get anywhere. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful resort with stunning views of the ocean

The condo is spectacular with top of the line amenities and the resort atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing time in paradise. The on-site restaurant, Oasis, was fantastic and one of the best dinners we had in Kauai. The whole rental process was very smooth and the hosts were very attentive to ensure we were satisfied. Great location to be mid-point between Princeville and Poipu, and short drive to the airport. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Definitely recommend this property for a Kauai trip by couples or for a family.

Reviewer Comments: We loved this vacation rental - you couldn't ask for a better view you are as close to the ocean as you can get but the balcony was very private. Bring your binoculars as you can see the whales from your balcony - we did a lot of whale watching during our stay but it was right from our balcony here that I saw my only full breach. The pool was great and they have several hot tubs. The condo itself was beautiful and well stocked - plenty of pots and pans and the beds were comfy and good instructions were provided in advance on how to get there and work the appliances (they even provided laundry soap and dish soap). We would love to come back again for a longer stay!

We only have two complaints about the resort room. 1) We killed 2 cockroaches in the bathroom (yuk..) 2) there were no curtains in the living room which faces east. This made it very difficult to sit in that room during the morning hours (too bright and warm). At night there was no privacy. Other than those 2 items we loved our stay.
