For what we were looking for & the price, it was great. Beach was beautiful & quiet. We came at what I would say was the best time of year, after the summer crowds/Labor Day. Amazing sunsets. The unit itself definitely needs updating & repairs need to be made. Refrigerator water & ice maker was not in working order & although they offered to have an appliance repair man come out, who really wants to worry about that while on vacation. The amount of mosquitoes INSIDE the unit at the time of check in was horrible & we were bitten up before even unpacking & continued to battle them inside throughout our stay even while being very conscious of closing the sliding doors as fast as they were opened. Back porch although amazing for enjoying the outdoors, again the mosquitoes were horrible. I would strongly recommend bringing plenty of bug spray, citronella candles & a lighter.

Great Location

Great location, beautiful beach right out in front of you, great fishing on beach, fun shelling, clean accommodations, nice deck to view the beautiful sunsets, comfortable master bedroom bed, nice walk in closet space, plenty of room and easy access to beach down spiral staircase! Always a great vacation!!

Nice place to stay but could use some TLC. Pool was nice and location was great! Why are the curtains too small for the patio doors??!!

Beach Front

House very outdated. Floors dirty . Huge bug in bathroom . Microwave didn’t work . Pool area full of sand … dated appliances. Water off over 7 hours 1 day . Next Day heavy chain saw landscaping . Couldn’t get on work zoom as I couldn’t hear . Had to leave property so loud .. hours…We paid a large sum & we’re not happy to have 2 crappy days …

Location is only thing going for this…

Where do I start…location is premium! Condition of property - everything is working but very outdated. The cleaning crew did their job but deep cleaning is needed and once the fresh of clean wore off the slightly musty smell came but I was comfortable for my stay. the property maintained crew same but they needs gut. But what an amazing view and direct access to the beach. Some of the decor is update but much is not.well supplied. Could have been more proactive in communicating check in process.

Too cold

Everything was great except the weather. It was very cold the whole time we were there. Great restaurants within walking distance and close to Clearwater and St Pete's beach.

A factual review

First off I've never ever left a negative review. Let me list the good and bad and you can make decisions off that. The good -view can't be beat, proximity to the beach, nice pool, short walk to restaurants, host responded to my inboxes.The bad -microwave above stove doesn't work (I missed this on someone else's review) on day 2 opened utensil drawers to find mice droppings. Day three woke up to two huge roaches in the hallway flipped on its back but still alive. Dirty bandaid in guest bed sheets, upon arrival all the towels were dirty in a laundry basket, the host promptly came and picked them up to wash them for us. Overall I couldn't bare to make breakfast on my last day after seeing the roaches.i promise I'm not pickey I know its not a luxury place. I chose it specifically for the view and Beach proximity of which were important factors to me. I plan on leaving all of our bags outside my home while I bring things in to laundry and wash out bags outside because I'm scared of bringing home roaches. I understand that it's older.out dated.but the ingestions just were gross. Owner has mentioned tefunding the cleaning fee. I feel bad leaving a negative review but I wld have chosen another place if I had known.these things are fixable if owner cares to fix them. The good,

Beautiful views

We really loved the views and proximity to the beach and pool. There is a cute spiral staircase right on the deck leading to the pool. Outside was perfect…. Inside was ok but we could hear the footsteps of the very busy family above us. I would definitely try to get the upstairs unit.

Great location right on the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is right on the beach and they provided the beach chairs we needed. There are two other units that had visitors while we were here and while we could hear chairs moving above us, it really was not a bother as you will want to spend as much time on the beach as you can. Such gorgeous views of the ocean as well from the main bedroom and balcony. The unit definitely is outdated and needs to be updated, especially the main bathroom but it was fine for our long weekend stay. The wifi did go out on our first night there but the owner was very quick to respond to our messages and get someone out there and fix it the next morning super quickly. The home is in a great location- we flew in from Michigan and didn't have a rental car so we walked the beach to where we needed to go. It is very close to some great local restaurants. The pool was nice but some of the furniture out there was starting to get beaten up a bit and needed to be replaced. Overall great stay and we had a great vacation- the beach is obviously the best part!

Quiet condo on the beach

Great location for the condo with direct access to the beach. Quiet setting. A lot of very convenient extras available such as beach chairs and an umbrella--which adds to the enjoyment of relaxing on the beach

Great vacation

Kids and I had a great time. Location was great and not too busy. Only problem was that the place was locked when we got there, but was able to quickly get in touch with the host and get the lock box code.

Perfect Getaway

We had no trouble checking in! Once we opened the door it was like being in beach heaven! Very spacious unit plenty of room. The beach view from the deck was gorgeous! So easy walking down the stairs and straight out onto the beach! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway!

Great view

The views were perfect of the Gulf and inner coastal waters. The condo was spacious with a nice chair and couch. For the price point it was a great value. We lucked out and there was no one else in the other units for most of our stay so it was nice and quiet. There is definitely room for some improvements but over all we were very happy with our stay.

Awesome Beach Vacation

My wife and I wanted a relaxing beach vacation and this house delivered that and more! From the back deck you have a beautiful view of the beach, the gulf and the sunset. From the front deck you can watch the sunrise and watch small boats passing through the channel. The house was great, too! Exactly what we were looking for. We already plan to book again.

What a wonderful little place!!

We loved our 2 BR unit!! We just got away for a long weekend and it was perfect. Just how we like it. It was clean and comfortable. Some might think updates are needed but we loved it- lots of that Florida charm you don’t see too often anymore. The colors were so beachy. We were right on the beach with our own spiral staircase down. There was a pool but it was a little chilly in November to swim. Otherwise our weather was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. The whole place has an interesting layout and was actually more room than we needed. The company was very prompt in answering our questions and were very accommodating. I would love to return to this property if we are able. So perfectly quiet and serene. ONE ISSUE- take the top apt because we did hear footsteps overhead continuously. I know that is something that can’t be fixed but if we were staying more than weekend I think it would have driven us crazy. Especially since the top unit is a 3 BR. That’s a lot of walking around. But I thank the owners and managing company for such a beautiful space to enjoy a quiet beach. Thank you so much⛱️☀️ Amy and Kevin
