¡¡Vista del rio!! Con vistas al río Deschutes grande esta espaciosa casa ubicada aproximadamente 7 millas al sur de Sunriver es la clave para unas vacaciones relajantes. Lance su canoa o kayak desde el patio trasero y disfrute de un tranquilo y sereno flotador o pesque una silla de jardín y disfrute de la vista.

Las ventanas de la gran sala dan a un patio ajardinado y rive. Con la cubierta trasera grande que ofrece un gran lugar para disfrutar de una tarde soleada relajante o una barbacoa al atardecer. Cuando las noches se ponen frías, puedes acomodarte junto a la chimenea de gas en la sala de estar mientras contemplas la fabulosa puesta de sol de Sunriver.

Disfrute de cocinar y conversar en la sala de estar abierta del piso principal, con desayunador y mesa de comedor con asientos para toda la tripulación.

Con dos dormitorios y una suite principal en el desván, esta casa tiene espacio y privacidad para todos. Despiértese en la gran suite principal con cama king y grandes ventanales con vista al patio y al río. Wood duck vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Exactly as shown, spotless and well furnished. Beautiful quiet location. The upstairs primary is open to the great area, which might be a privacy and sound issue for some although we enjoyed the river view. Very happy with our stay and plan to rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place but no AC. Just a bit hot during the day but nights were cool. Quiet. Just watch out for the neighbor to the right if you're standing in front of the house. He likes lie to you about fishing but other than that, great house. It had everything we needed. My only real complaint is the girl that answers the phone at Sunriver Properties. Not very nice.

Life on the River

Very pleasant stay. We felt right at home. The property was rIght on the river which allowed us to watch the geese land and take off. A very unique and enjoyable experience.

The huge windows are perfect for bird-watching, river-watching, and experiencing the flow of nature. We loved the skylights (starry nights) and the peace and quiet both inside and outside. The house was immaculate, with everything we needed. The large kitchen provided ample space for family meal preparation, with a generous assortment of utensils, dishes, and pots and pans. We also appreciated the many choices of seasonings. Watching the river while cooking was a bonus! The deck on the river was amazing. We loved sitting on comfy deck chairs with our binoculars and watching the geese and ducks meander by. It was very quiet and relaxing.

Needs some TLC

In the property description there were box fans in each bedroom but when we arrived on a very hot day there we're only two fans in the whole house that worked. I found a large dried out tick inside of my bed which was very unsettling but I gave up talking to management after my first conversation regarding the fans. They pushed back pretty hard about addressing issues and I didn't want to ruin my weekend. If I had the ability to attach pictures I would show the tick.

A great house, neglected....

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very nice house but clearly not being cleaned properly, dirty stained carpets, candy and crumbs under the couches, dust caking the decor and that awful fake tree/plant. The property, especially the back yard is an embarrassment to the beautiful yards of the neighbors on either side. That being said, everything worked properly and we enjoyed our weekend getaway quite a bit.

Beautiful cabin on a quiet river

Great River Setting and Terrific Home

This property was perfect. Property manager easy to deal with and made check in fully electronic. Wonderful park like back yard with terrific deck and dock to enjoy the river! This was perfect for a our visit to Bend!!!

Excellent house with on-site water views

We saw deer numerous times grazing, and loved the peace and quiet. The house was incredibly clean and large, accompanied with under-floor heating. The TV's cable was not hooked up, but it gave us an opportunity to read more of our bibles. Love it!

Relaxing getaway

Great relaxing getaway in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful house with fully stocked kitchen (everything you need for cooking). Beds were good, body just has to get used to sleeping on memory foam mattress. We did bring our own camp chairs and I'm glad we did, outdoor furniture hadn't been out of storage yet due to very early in the warming up season. Nice deck and dock to sit out on, had a herd of elk visit across the river one night. Only suggestion would be to have a "welcome" book with some house instructions and maybe some things to see and do in the area. Instructions would have been helpful on how to turn on the fireplace, wall controller was hidden behind a Ficus tree. Otherwise, lovely home and would stay here again.

We were pleased to be away from the huddle and bustle of many of the city centered houses, but we were pleased with the rural characteristics of the homes including the friendliness of the neighbors.The house was very clean and very well cared for. Although a bit older, everything functioned as it should, and the kitchen was well supplied.Wi-Fi was great but we found the operation of the streaming services on the flat screen to be a bit difficult to operate. We were able to watch our sportsAnd other programming on our iPads due to the robust Wi-Fi connection. Thank you.It was a bit cold for outdoor activity in the backyard, however, we were able to pull out a couple of very comfortable from the garage and watch the wildlife by the river. The stars were spectacular.Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.

Would absolutely stay here again. The only negative was no cable TV but truly a beautiful home and comfortable beds and the river is gorgeous and the rental company was very easy to communicate with
