Apartamento de tipo loft, situado en un 5º piso con ascensor, presenta el estilo típico del Barrio Gótico. Ofrece un dormitorio doble, baño completo con cabina de ducha, salón comedor con sofá y cocina americana. Dispone de solárium privado con preciosas vistas a la Iglesia de Santa María del Mar



El apartamento se encuentran en el Barrio Gótico de Barcelona. Aquí se conservan los restos de la antigua ciudad romana y el conjunto de palacios y conventos medievales, testigos de un pasado esplendoroso. Barcelona fue la capital desde la que reinaron los condes y los monarcas catalanes durante quinientos años.

A tan sólo unos pasos de los apartamentos se encuentra una amplísima oferta de bares y restaurantes cuidadosamente decorados según las últimas tendencias. No por esto, el popular barrio Gótico de Barcelona ha dejado de conservar el aire bohemio de antaño que le caracterizaba antes de convertirse en una de las áreas de la ciudad más regentadas por locales y visitantes. Los apartamentos se encuentran muy cerca de uno de los edificios góticos por excelencia de Barcelona, la iglesia de Santa María del Mar.

CONDICIONES:
CHECK IN- De acuerdo con la Ley Orgánica de Protección de Seguridad Ciudadana es obligatorio que todos los huéspedes que se alojen en un establecimiento turístico deben ser registrados mediante documento nacional de identidad o pasaporte. Los datos recogidos serán transmitidos a la policía en menos de 24 horas después de vuestra llegada.

- El acceso a nuestros apartamentos se realiza mediante una aplicación en vuestro Smartphone o introduciendo un código en un teclado que encontraréis junto a la puerta de entrada.- Una vez hecha la reserva os enviaremos un mail de confirmación donde tendréis acceso a un formulario donde podréis cumplimentar vuestros datos personales, el registro de huéspedes, realizar los pagos y firmar el contrato.

- 48h antes de vuestra llegada y siempre y cuando el formulario esté finalizado recibiréis el enlace para activar las llaves.

- Si la información de los huéspedes no está registrada, hay algún pago pendiente, o el contrato no está firmado, nuestro sistema no podrá generar los códigos de acceso.

- Nuestros apartamentos cuentan con sistemas de medición de ruido y guardia nocturno. Hay cámaras de seguridad en entrada del edificio y escalera

- Se ruega silencio entre las 22h/7h.

HORARIOS:- Horario de entrada: a partir de las 15h.- Horario de salida: hasta las 11h- Rogamos informes de tu hora de llegada.

FIANZA- La fianza será devuelta en un periodo máximo de 72h una vez haya sido revisado el apartamento.

Perfect location tucked away in the bustling old town. The apartment was so clean and had everything needed for a city stay. We even managed to eat in one night and had everything we needed. We were on the 5th floor so had access to the roof terrace which was a real bonus. We would definitely recommend to couples and friends looking for a central location.

Great location

Awesome location. Central to everything in Barcelona. Property is small. bedroom is small. Beds are just okay. But who cares. It’s all about location and this is perfect. You are not staying in the room except to sleep. Safe neighborhood and awesome vibe.

Tiny nice apartment in perfect location

We spent a week here in May. The apartment is tiny but very well organized. You have all the necessary equipment. We had good WiFi, no problems with water, neither with pressure nor with temperature. The space on the rooftop is nice, though we used it only once, because of the rain. We used a washer and dryer in the building, which was handy. The best part is the location, which is unbeatable. The only thing which needs improvement is the check in process. The instructions on how to use the Sclak App are terrible. I spent a lot of time trying to make it open the building door for the first time. After that we had no problems accessing the apartment using the keypad at the building entrance.

Dazed and confused

The property was clean and adequate. Very small and difficult to locate, even our cab driver had to ask local merchants where it was. Instructions in the email were so confusing we almost gave up. It's supposed to be quiet but Saturday night was not. Lots of yelling in the elevator shaft. I found downloading an app to use my phone to access the building very complicated and I never managed it. Instead I was given the code for the key pad which was simple. Maybe start with that.

I couldn’t have asked for better accomodation - older woman travelling alone, security excellent, Marco the host very responsive with advice and assistance- initially I had a problem working the safe. Comfortable with all amenities as described - great having washer and dryer on site. Good wifi, well appointed kitchen, excellent linen with a change mid stay(10 days) It’s small but well thought out - 2 people quite comfortable. Sofa bed in living area makes it possible for 4 people - bit tight but ok. Shower small but excellent water pressure. This is in a very old part of town so the drainage system is old - a smell can permeate the apartment from time to time - same as Florence. Apartment very clean though, quiet - double glazing. Bars aren’t in immediate vicinity - occasionally bit of late night noise. Building itself quiet and well regulated. You’ll need your phone’s maps initially to help you find the address and orient yourself in the neighbourhood. If I can do it anyone can.

It should have been so much better...

Good: quiet location at the edge of the Gothic Quarter, comfortable beds, nice kitchenette, very good air conditioning Bad: mold and soap scum in the shower, no hot water the first 2 days and then lost an entire morning waiting for the plumber to fix/change the hot water tank, who then left telling us the tank was fine and that it was an electrical problem, we got stuck in the tiny elevator one evening and my fiancé had a panic attack for 45 minutes until the firemen arrived and got us out Really bad: When we contacted our host for a partial refund they gave us one free night, but had the audacity to claim that my fiancé's panic attack was fake because she asked me to take a picture of her with the firemen after they got us out of the elevator. Apparently the manager thinks he's a clinical psychologist who can remotely diagnose using a security camera

Communication and host interaction were great. The heater worked well, the rooftop terrace would have been awesome if the weather had cooperated, and the location was perfect. The hot water tank needs time to reheat, which is not that unusual in Europe, but we live here, and we get way more than 10 minutes.While the kitchen had tools for cooking, there were no “starter” amenities, not even a salt shaker. No coffee/tea; nothing.Be aware there is no door to the bedroom & the “wall” between it and the bathroom is just frosted glass. I’m a light sleeper, and my husband is up hours before I am. Too much noise & light getting through, and ear plugs & eye shades just never worked for me.

Sehr schöne Apartment im Herzen von Barcelona! Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr groß, aber für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend – alles ist gut durchdacht und bequem eingerichtet. Die Apartment ist sauber, gepflegt und verfügt über ein komfortables Bett sowie alles Nötige für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ruhig und friedlich, trotz der zentralen Position – man kann wunderbar entspannen und gut schlafen. Historische Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, es gibt gute Busverbindungen und die U-Bahn ist ebenfalls in Gehweite. Auch das Meer ist nicht weit entfernt – sehr praktisch, da man keine Zeit mit langen Wegen verliert.

Staying with ClassBedroom was fantastic. The apartment was conveniently located near tons of delicious eateries, coffee shops, and the water. It made it easy to access all of the things you want to experience while in Barcelona. The check in process was smooth: you get a code to get into the building and then a key to get to the apartment. I felt like I was in a fancy movie as the elevator operates using a key specifically for your floor. The space was clean, spacious, and you have access to the terrace, which is really nice. I would definitely recommend staying here with ClassBedroom!

I stayed in this apartment for 7 nights - alone. And this was perfect reffering to the size of the apartment. It's situated in the fifth and last floor of the building, so I didn't hear any noises of other guests and I didn't hear the elevator. Great adavantage of this floor!I used the aircondition - even in the middle of october. The roof-terrace is a nice place for relaxing, I really liked it. The location is perfect for strolling around in the oldtown. I love the neighbarhood with its bars. I often walked to the beach - no problem to get there by foot. Supermarkets are around, small ones are open 24/7.A few minutes to the metro and also to Estacion de Francia, where I took the train for daytrips to Sitges and Tarragona.Contact before my arrival was without problems, the self-ceck-in worked pretty good.No problems during my whole stay, I had a great time!Muchas gracias!
