Impresionante trullo de tres conos y villa contemporánea con piscina privada de agua salada

La propiedad está situada a 7 km de Ostuni en un hermoso entorno rural entre olivos. El trullo fue renovado y la villa construida en 2018, ambos con los más altos estándares.
Hay tres dormitorios y tres baños. Las camas están configuradas como 2 dobles y 2 individuales (esto también puede ser un doble). Los colchones son a medida.
La villa tiene hermosos techos abovedados de roca volcánica.
La gran terraza cubierta tiene asientos y área de comedor y tiene vista a la piscina privada de sal de 10 x 4 M
La cocina es moderna y parte del salón. Hay una barbacoa externa.
2019 será el primer año de alquiler de vacaciones, las plantas aún están madurando. Ostuni se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche y Ceglie Meassapica, a 15 minutos, ambas son ciudades históricas en la cima de una colina blanca con multitud de restaurantes. Hermosas playas del Adriático están a 20 minutos de la propiedad.

Fabulous villa! We had a brilliant week staying here and the Villa and the Trullo were immaculate and very well equipped. The location is perfect to visit the local towns but so peaceful you can really relax by the pool which is gorgeous with lovely countryside views. The hosts were super helpful and provided so much information before we went so we had a really good week and did everything we wanted to. Special mention also to the brilliant house manager Francesca who also was super helpful and just lovely and answered our questions so promptly. Highly recommend this property if you want to explore this lovely part of Italy.

Great property, ideally located just outside Ostuni and perfect for exploring Puglia. The property manager, Francesca, couldn’t have been more helpful or welcoming at check-in and throughout the stay. In the addition the owners were incredibly helpful with ideas and information on things to do, restaurants, etc. The villa itself was great with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect v

The property was very beautiful, very clean, very spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bedrooms were bright with comfortable beds and good storage space. The kitchen facilities were equipped with everything that suited our needs. The trullo was beautiful as well. Although there is no air conditioning, it was cool and equipped with a quiet fan. The outside area had a great pool, lovely seating area, and a rooftop terrace with beautiful views where we watched the sunset. It is situated in a rural area but within 15 mins to Ostuni and the village of Ceglie M, which we enjoyed better as this is more local with good restaurants. Most of the beautiful beaches are a 30-minute drive away. Robert & Heidi provided us with loads of information before we arrived on where to eat, things to do and places to visit, which we did. Francesca our house manager, was there to greet us and was so helpful. Puglia is such a charming area. We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Hopefully we'll get a chace to return again.

Wonderful

Very charming property. Very nice landlord. Excellent kitchen equipment. Beautiful pool. Roof terrace with distant views. Tastefully furnished. Warm welcome from the house manager, good tips and recommendations. The area is also recommendable: pretty little villages, wonderful beaches with very clean water.

Sublimes moments dans un sublime endroit

La propriété est magnifique et extrêmement confortable (matelas Clim piscine…) Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique dans cette magnifique région et pu visiter de sublimes sites grave aux précieux conseils de nos hôtes. La communication avec eux et avec Francisca a été parfaite

Great house and service

This is a great house with all you need. Well equipped. High standard. Aircos. Francesca is very service minded and helpful. Location is close to many sights within an hour's driving.if we come back to Ostuni in the future this house will for sure be on our short list to stay again

Absolut super!

Ein wunderbares Haus perfekt für den Sommerurlaub. Die Aufteilung des Hauses und Trullos und insgesamt 3 Bäder waren super. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Organisation über die House Managerin Francesca lief reibungslos und auf sie ist Verlass. Ein Traum-Pool mit Salzwasser der die notwendige Abkühlung im Sommer brachte. Die Dachterasse für die schönsten Sonnenauf- und Untergänge. Ruhige Lage und nur 15min mit dem Auto nach Ostuni. Wir können es ohne Einschränkung Weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful property - wonderful Puglia

We had a very relaxing and atmospheric time! It was made very easy for us: - The property has two wonderfully matched buildings - a beautiful trullo and a great built lamie - both with beautiful views across the spacious property - very tasteful and (nevertheless) very easy to use - great service and support from Francesca ;) Highly recommended - we felt very comfortable!

unique property with historic trullo

We had a wonderful stay in this 5 star house with trullo. Located in a very private area without any loud tourism nearby. The house is modern and tastefully decorated. All appliences are there. Three bedrooms and showers. The house is airconditioned, the trullo has a fan. We were impressed by manager Francesca. Even at night she responds to your requests. Both she and the owner Robert gave us so many useful locations to visit. Even weeks before we arrived. We look forward to return to this pearl in Puglia 👍

Our second stay here. You must book this place when in puglia.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here and it’s everything you hope for in puglia holiday. The property is huge. The pool is my favourite part with the outdoor dining/lounge area and rooftop and trulli second house as a close second. This property is all about relaxation but it’s a short ten minute drive to ostuni or ceglie and about 20 mins to the beach. Francesca the property manager on the ground in puglia is a dream and has great reccos along with the lovely owner rob who can let you know the best local finds. I can’t imagine staying anyplace else. A car is a must have when in puglia and you will love this place so much that like us you would prefer to stay at the property all day and night. We cooked most nights in the huge kitchen and they have an outdoor fire bbq too that we tried that was fun.

An oasis of luxury for our stay

We stayed at Villa Paradiso for a week and wished we could have stayed a month. Inside and outside this is a beautiful property. The kids fought over who slept in the Truli. The pool is excellent and watching the sunset and stars from the roof terrace is the end to a perfect day. All of the local towns of Ostuni and Ceglie Messapicca are 15-20 minutes away. Further afield the beaches near Monopoli are not too far away. Ceglie is a gastronomic delight. We are there three times and had three delicious and varied meals. All from recommendations from Robert. But by far the best part of staying at Villa Paradiso was the way that the owner Robert and the local manager Francesca helped us. Robert is an excellent host and did everything he could to help us have a great time. He gave us loads of suggestions of things to do and places to go. It was like visiting a friend. Thank you Robert. Francesca is a star. Meeting us with a smile and achieving that difficult balance of being available but not in your face. She helped sort out any little question or issue. She is lovely. We were all sad to leave Villa Paradiso and have vowed to come back. If you are looking for a gem in Puglia, you won’t go wrong at Villa Paradiso.

Traumhaft schöne Ferienunterkunft

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in diesem herrlichen Anwesen. Der Trulli und das Ferienhaus sind äußerst geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool und die Dachterrasse sind einfach herrlich. Die Kommunikation mit Heidi und Rob war problemlos und sie haben uns mit vielen wertvollen Tipps versorgt. Vor Ort wurden wir äußerst freundlich durch Francesca betreut. Vielen lieben Dank für alles. Wir kommen sehr gerne mal wieder.

Séjour très agréable

La location est un peu difficile à trouver mais cela vaut la peine de persévérer à travers des chemins caillouteux. La maison est vraiment magnifique. La piscine superbe et le rooftop magique. Nous avons passé des vacances au calme et sans aucun souci grâce aux bons soins de Francesca. Ostuni est à 15 minutes, la première plage 30 mn et Lecce à 1h. Nous recommandons!

Magnifique propriété mais avec quelques améliorations qui pourraient y être apportées : air conditionné dans le Trulli (le système de ventilation est inefficace et bruyant), armoire dans le Trulli (pas la moindre armoire) et changement des ampoules sur la terrasse (mettre des ampoules chaudes) pour éviter la lumière blanche, blafarde et froide qui contraste avec l'ambiance générale des lieux

Super maison au calme à 10 minutes d’Ostuni

Très belle maison au calme au milieu des oliviers. Trullo indépendant plein de charme, sans clim mais pas trop chaud malgré la canicule. Très bien placé et proche d’Ostuni et de Ceglie. Très belle piscine à la bonne température avec terrasse à l’ombre. Cuisine très fonctionnelle avec produits de base disponibles. Toit terrasse super agréable pour apéro au coucher du soleil. Bonne communication avec les propriétaires avant et pendant le séjour. Super accueil de Francesca et Andrea avec plein de conseils de restaurants et de commerces. À recommander vivement…

A one hundred star review - chic private pool villa perfection in hills of Ostuni

Words can’t describe how perfect this home is. The interior design, the pool, the two properties for the price of one. The rooftop. Just wow. Having the pool allowed us to swim and laze around all day a must on hot puglia summer days. The interiors are worthy of a magazine shoot. The communication with rob and Heidi the owners pre trip, and then Francesca and her brother andrea who help mange the property on the ground was exceptional. I work for Stayz and have stayed in many places in AU and around this world and this stay is top of my list. Home has a great kitchen that we used daily, bought produce from local area and drank local wine on the patio. Air conditioning was excellent and the rural property was only about 10 min drive to both ostuni or ceglie. Thanks again and can’t wait to come back.

Prachtig verblijf

Het was heerlijk vertoeven in dit prachtig huis! De communicatie met Heidi @ Rob verliep super vlot. De ontvangst ter plaatse door Francesca was heel hartelijk. Het huis is idyllisch en voorzien van alle comfort.

Lovely holiday rental!

We enjoyed very much our week in the Truly. The Truly was very clean. The kitchen was complete. We also had a very nice welcome by the agency. The agency also responded fast after we had a question about the internet. We specially liked the covered terrace and the pool.

La Puglia dei sogni

La proprieta’ di Mr Robert e’ favolosa. Dotata di ogni confort ci ha permesso di trascorrere questa strana estate In sicurezza e tranquillità’. La Posizione della proprietà’ consente di spostarsi nella valle dell’itria o rimanere a godere della natura e della piscina! Francesca e’ stata manager puntuale, presente, mai invadente. Charming and peaceful house

We really loved our stay at Robert & Heidi's wonderful house. It is a very comfortable and easy place to enjoy. Large swimming pool, all facilities and details, well furnished and pleasant to live in. We also had an excellent communication with the hosts. Well located, we highly recommend it for those who want to discover Puglia. Would love to come back!

We have had a property in France for over 20 years and decided that a new venture was needed. We chose Southern Italy and specifically this area of Puglia after 2 years of research. We were seeking a warm climate friendly relaxed people, excellent food ,and a closeness to the sea.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Puglia and specifically the area near Val D'Itria has received a lot positive press in recent years. There are stunning hill towns with fascinating architecture , superb restaurants and bars. If you want peace and isolation it is never far away. The beaches and sea are spectacular.In a land of olive groves you will never feel crowded.
We enjoy the freedom and space the property offers however we are within 10 + minutes drive of shopping bars and restaurants. We also have good airport access - Bari is 90 mins and Brindisi is 40 mins
