Espacioso de 2 dormitorios (un dormitorio es un altillo), 2 baños condominio. área acogedor, cómodo familia de TV y juegos. Ver algunas de las mejores puestas de sol en la isla Hatteras mientras disfruta de un cóctel en la espaciosa cubierta nueva después de un día en la playa. 3 minutos andando a la playa. Perfecto para una familia, o 2 parejas. A poca distancia de restaurantes, heladerías y tiendas. A menos de una milla al muelle de pesca de Avon. Natación y tenis incluidos en la piscina de Kinnakeet Shores, ubicada 2 millas al sur en el vecindario de Kinnakeet Shores, ubicado detrás del Food Lion. El muelle es de propiedad privada. Es genial mirar, pero no está disponible para que lo usemos.
Somos un alquiler de sábado a sábado desde el fin de semana del Memorial Day hasta el fin de semana del Día del Trabajo. Mínimo de 4 noches durante la temporada baja.

First of all, an absolutely lovely location overlooking an inlet leading to Palmico Sound. The owner gave great directions in advance of our arrival, and we found a clean, well-appointed house that made for a wonderful vacation spot. The owner was super-responsive to any communications and worked hard to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I’d definitely stay again!

There was plenty of everything- dishes, cooking pans, utensils, and space. The condo is sweet! The perfect size for our family of 3. We fished (Ace Hardware and Food Lion carry fishing poles) and used the kayaks. It was a quiet setting for a quick getaway.

This place was perfect — exactly what we were looking for! The location couldn’t have been better, close to everything we needed but still peaceful and relaxing with a gorgeous view of the sound. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved having the kayaks available — it made our trip extra special. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place to stay

I’ve stayed here multiple times and always come back. The condo is amazing, the view of the sound is breathtaking, and there are kayaks to enjoy. The location is great too and a close walk to the beach.

Great condo in Avon

Perfect stay in this condo for my family. The condo was spacious, well appointed, and so clean! Sound view from back doors and balcony was spectacular, and very convenient location to beach, restaurants, coffee shop, and ice cream. My boys loved the loft, access to pool a short drive away, and kayaks. Communication and check-in were smooth. Hope to stay again!

The property was as advertised, appeared very clean and comfortable. Great views, quiet neighborhood. Only complaint was a dead and dried hornet And a large dead roach first thing i saw upon going into the condo hallway, fortunately didnt see any other pests during stay. Overall I have to give it at least a 4 star rating.

We are glad you had a good stay! "palmetto bugs" are a staple in the outer banks! We have a great pest control company that treats our condo every month! Cove Breeze is a very clean and comfortable.

I have stayed in Cove Breeze many times. It is always as described. Clean, Convenient and well appointed. I had an issue with the laundry machine and the owner got right on and had a repairman out that afternoon. Excellent service.I highly recommend Cove Breeze.

Great location, clean with great views

This was the perfect place to stay for a quick getaway to the Outer Banks. The location was close to the beach, very clean and the host was great. We loved the outdoor deck in the evening to watch the sunset and sip some wine. Highly recommend if you're looking to plan a trip to Avon!

Awesome Sunset!

Property is a great central location. Beautifully and simply decorated with every essential you need. Loved the book shelf with a great selection books. Sunset from the balcony was stunning!
