Totalmente amueblado con una cocina completa, lavadora y secadora, Wifi y cable, a 5 minutos. De 3 plantaciones históricas, 15 - 20 minutos al centro de Charleston y playas. Guests should add the towels and linens to the wash machine. Please do not wash the duvet or shams. All dishes must be loaded in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. Only one car is allowed on premises, due to limited parking. This is a peaceful residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10pm to 9am. The house accommodates the people who are registered to stay there. Additional guests are not allowed. Wear and tear happens, I would not enforce the security deposit unless something was purposely broken or stolen.

This property was an excellent choice for us. We were there for a long weekend visiting our son, daughter-in-law and 2 grandbabies who happen to live just a few blocks away. The space is just as advertised. Very spacious, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Restful, quiet neighbourhood

The location of the property made for a secluded and quiet retreat from beautiful but bustling Charleston. The studio is stocked with almost everything one would need before a busy touring day, including a coffee maker, tea bags, a toaster oven and a microwave. It was tastefully furnished, including books!

Great Stay

Everything about this stay was lovely. The location was convenient. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The owner communicated quickly to any questions. I would stay at this location again in the future.

Little getaway

Perfect place for my daughter and her boyfriend to spend a couple days. Relaxing, quiet, very nice neighborhood and had everything they needed to enjoy their stay!! They really liked it!!

Delightful place in Charleston

A delightful place to stay. The studio is very clean and comfortable. Its safe and quiet location is convenient to anywhere you want to go in Charleston. Communication with the property manager is excellent. Highly recommended!

Quick weekend trip for a wedding

Location is great; very safe, quiet, and private. The home is just so unbelievably well put together and has everything you could possibly need. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on…As a host as well, I most definitely recommend staying here!

Cute studio room near Charleston

Clean studio room in quiet residential area. Very comfortable bed, full kitchen and laundry room. Great place to stay while we were visiting our son. Close to Charleston. I would stay here again!

Simply Quaint!

The property is in an excellent location and is beautiful! The amenities of the rental are so well thought out and account for virtually all the needs of guests! The trip was for my girlfriends birthday weekend and the accommodations couldn’t have been any more appropriate or enjoyable.

This was a very great place to stay about 15 minutes to 30 minutes to every place you will want to visit. Clean room and great space and neighborhood is amazing and easy to get to and from places. Highly recommended.

Charleston Hideaway

My daughter and I loved our stay at this apartment. The location was a very quiet and peaceful one. After a full day spent in downtown Charleston we looked forward to the peace and quiet. Everything a guest would need was provided. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom towels were thick and cozy.

Quiet neighborhood, great host

The studio apartment is over the garage, semi-detached from the house on the golf course. We never heard the family coming or going but they handled our minimal requests promptly. It’s close to the gardens and a 29 minute drive to downtown but keep traffic in mind for trips. Host was very accommodating. Has great TV selections and WiFi. Highly recommend for a couple or single.

Great place to stay.

This little getaway is located 25 minutes from Charleston in a lovely neighborhood. Just down the street from the Magnolia Plantation. Everything you need is there at your convenience. Clean and comfortable. Host are very friendly. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

Honeymoon Week

This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. The location was amazing. Out of the city but close enough to swing by and enjoy. Also, I was able to get in an early morning round of golf while my wife slept in due to it being ON a golf course. We loved the central location and would absolutely stay here when coming back to Charleston.

Very nice efficiency apartment

We loved the apartment at Christina's property. It had everything we needed and easy to take care of. A very nice neighborhood with access to any destination. Perfect studio VRBO in Charleston

The VRBO is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Very clean and cozy! It was the perfect spot for our weekend trip- about 40 min from Sullivan’s Island for an afternoon at the beach, and about an hour from a wedding we attended in Moncks Corner. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Just like advertised

Beautiful, quiet setting. It is over the garage of the owners home on a golf course with nice homes. The kitchen and laundry were great to have. We would definitely stay there again. It is about a 30 min drive into Charleston.

Perfect Place

We stayed for a quick trip to Charleston. First the owner was very responsive and even let us in earlier than our check in time. The place was VERY clean and it was so home-like we felt safe and was able to relax. All the little touches were so pleasant. We love staying here. I’ve already told my sister that she needs to book this place for her up coming vacation. Check in was super easy, Check out was easy. Very private. I highly recommend!

Felt Like Home

We are staying at multiple properties, and I was most nervous about “an above garage apartment.” This has been our best stay yet! It’s spacious and clean. The washer/dryer were great to do some laundry halfway through our trip. The owners provided nice beach chairs, so we spent a wonderful day at Folley Beach. It was very private. We didn’t see the owners at all. They provided everything we needed for an amazing stay. I would certainly recommend this location!

Tidy Guest Suite Getaway

This was such a sweet little apartment, immaculately set up for us. Every time we returned, it smelled so fresh and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and very pleasant. We were in town for a small wedding of family & close friends and a little hesitant to travel and stay places due to the pandemic. When we arrived, the first thing we saw was a little hutch with wipes, sanitizer and a note to put our minds at ease during our stay. It’s obvious that these hosts truly care for their visitors.

Perfect Little Stay

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. We both loved the location of the neighborhood. It’s a very nice country club neighborhood with a golf course. It’s an easy drive to the local beaches or to downtown Charleston. We made trips to both places numerous times on our trip. To be honest, I was slightly concerned about staying above someone’s garage, but this place exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and offered everything anyone could think of. It was nice to find local brochures, sunscreen, and quality beach chairs. Overall, just a very clean and safe space to stay. It was the perfect size for the two of us. I personally liked that the check-out process was simple. It wasn’t a long to-do list, so it made our morning leaving much smoother than at our typical VRBO stays. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it(in fact, I already did to my borther and sister-in-law for their annual trip to Charleston! Lol)
