This was the 2nd time we have stayed here. We love the location, pool and hot tub are always a hit with the kids. Beautiful week of weather never hurts either.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed that the 3rd bathroom was outside. If we had kids that might have been ok but no one in our group wanted to go outside to use the 3rd bathroom. The carpet and rugs are filthy, dishwasher doesn’t clean even with good detergent, we ended up washing all the dishes by hand.

Love this place.

Great place located in a quiet neighborhood. Heated pool and spa worked awesome. Temps were only in the upper 60s lower 70s and the pool had no problem staying warm. Highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is located in a nice neighborhood which made it great for walks. We enjoyed the nice pool and spa very much. We found the house was well stock with essentials. Don February 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property description was completely accurate — the location, layout, and amenities were exactly as listed and even more beautiful in person. The home was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for our stay.The owner/manager offered excellent customer service and was responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with throughout the process.I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family. Although my trip was due to the passing of my uncle, this home became a peaceful oasis where we could gather, reflect, and share time together. Sitting by the pool in the mornings and listening to the waterfall quickly became our favorite routine.We spent most of our time with family, but we enjoyed visiting nearby restaurants and appreciated how convenient and accessible everything was from the property.

The house was great, the only thing that would make it better is if all the heads in the master shower were functioning, but it was only the front one. Everything else was perfect!

Three generations

Perfect setup for my wife and I, our son and daughter in law and two grandchildren. Lots of room and we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Caroline answered all questions and made our planning easy.

Beautiful Home

This home was everything described! House was loaded with everything you could imagine to make our stay amazing! A couple of things need cleaning but not that big of a deal! Would recommend!!!!

Nice Cape Coral Home

We spent our Spring Break week at this Cape Coral house and we really appreciated all the extras we found! We brought our bike pump and used the 2 bicycles, enjoyed the pool toys and floaties, and the kitchen had pretty much anything one would need! Overall, it worked very well for our family!

Great Stay

Was everything we expected. There were a few things that needed attention but you except that when you rent a house.Great location quite .Only thing I wish is that a gas grill would be there. But we made do with a charcoal grill. Would book for next year but already booked.

Relaxing Fun and Wildlife

This property was just perfect for our family. There is so much room to spread out. Love the master the location is on the opposite side of the rest of the rooms. Everything you need will be at this house. We loved sitting out by the pool and also enjoyed the hot tub. Loved to go out to the dock area and saw so much activity from iguanas to turtles lots of birds. My mother in law has already booked the house for next February.
