Este lujoso apartamento de 4 dormitorios y 2 baños, con aire acondicionado y situado en los canales que dan a la isla de Port Bouvard, puede hacerte pensar que te has despertado en Venecia, Italia. what a treat for a hilllbilly to be able to spend the christmas literally on the water and in such comfort. Gifts were left as if the accommodation was not enough. The contact with our host was easy and grateful for the security of locked garage. My one tiny personal challenge was the size of the beds - my husband and I are 'voluptuous' and found the bed a bit small -beautiful property

Best Ever!

We stayed 6 weeks in this beautiful property. First - the location is to die for, right on the canals. We imagined ourselves living there and enjoying this way of life. From boating, kayaking, paddle boarding right outside our door. Phenomenal! Secondly, the place is spacious, decorated nicely and very comfortable. We had great times barbecuing on the balcony with the beautiful water views. We even saw a few dolphin go by. Right around the corner within a short walk is a man made beach which we enjoyed with extended family. Mel was a delight to work with, very responsive. I would recommend this place 100%.

House needs good cleaning

House was very dirty, table outside, bathrooms, windows frame and blinds. Bedding was dirty and some hairs in the bad so we washed every bad. Apartment is beautiful. Location perfect

Fantastic Property

This property is clean, tidy and has everything you need in a beautifull location with fantastic views. Renting was easy with good instructions from host. We will go again.

We absolutely loved the view of the canal from the apartment!!! Everyday felt like a holiday! =D The apartment is very well equipped with practically everythin and the bedrooms are spacious. Each room is unique and beautiful on its own. The master bedroom is the best!! Bathroom facilities are not an issue even though there's nine of us! The deli located downstairs is very convenient as we keep popping down to buy milk. The beach is just a walking distance away. All of us had a nice walk to the beach. The waves were big and we saw a couple of surfers. There were also people fishing there. Again the view was awesome! Overall we had a great time at the apartment n also, Mel was great to deal with! ;) Thx for everythin Mel!

We had a wonderful weekend at Villa Aqua Viva. The apartment was spacious and well-appointed, with a beautiful outlook over the canal complex. The location is excellent ... the beach is only a few minutes walk away, and the Supa Deli downstairs is very handy for last minute needs. We had planned to go out for dinner, but the apartment was so nice and relaxing that we chose to stay in and prepare our own meal in the well-equipped kitchen. Mel (owner) was a real pleasure to deal with, and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Aqua Viva, and look forward to returning in the future.

For the past 26 years 3 couples plan an annual weekend away. Last year we were in Italy so this year wanted to re-capture some of that experience. On-line we found Villa Aqua Viva in Port Bourvard right over the canal from the 'French Quarter'. Although unlike Italy in that it is very modern, the accommodation was comfortable, secure, quiet, very well appointed and with comfortable beds too! You are walking distance away from the beach and the Jolly Frog restaurant where we had a most delicious meal and one night we used the BBQ, which cooked perfect lamb cutlets for us all. While there was little sun entering the apartment, the reverse cycle air conditioning quickly warmed us up. A great place to stay to get away from it all not far from Perth. Well recommended.
