Disfrute de las espectaculares vistas a la montaña en la comodidad de nuestro condominio completamente renovado. Su apartada ... ... y se cubrió la cubierta le ofrecerá una vista privada, copa de hermosas álamos y abetos. Los colores del otoño son impresionantes y cuando las hojas caen, las montañas son inolvidables. Su experiencia se ve reforzada por nuestra completa remodelación. El aspecto cálido de la piedra caliza y granito le dará una sensación de lujo ... junto con los nuevos muebles de diseño y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Ver sus programas favoritos o nuestra colección de DVD en nuestra pantalla plana de televisión en el comedor y dormitorio. Para el esquí, usted es sólo una milla al norte del Purgatorio / Durango Mountain Ski Resort. Hay un servicio de transporte gratuito que te lleva directamente a la estación y la espalda. Tiene muy cerca de la estación de esquí, pero se eliminan suficiente para tener una noche tranquila disfrutando de la piscina climatizada y jacuzzis.
Esta unidad final ligero y brillante le hará querer volver una y otra vez.

Nice condo with many amenities. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning so it stayed very warm (70 degrees) despite the fans on and windows open at night, so be aware. kitchen was fully stocked which made it easy to cook all meals in the place. Close to many hiking trails.

Overall a fantastic stay. Second time we’ve stayed at Cascade (first time in this unit) and it was great. Easy to find, great spot for hiking near Silverton, and has everything you’d need for cooking and what not. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect for me and my husband. The kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed having a fire every day. The location is good - right next to the stairs.

Nice condo just north of Purgatory Ski Resort

We stayed here in July and the condo makes a great base for exploring the area, and there is a lot to see. We stayed during a heat wave and none of the condos here are air conditioned, but the condo owner went to great lengths to get us screens and fans to make the unit more comfortable. Evenings the temperature went down to the 60's so there was no problem sleeping. With the windows open the only issue was the road noise from route 550, the Million Dollar Highway. Overall I would recommend this condo. Great area, great condo, great owner.

Wonderful Unit

We love coming to N CO and this unit was perfect for us. Had all the amenities we needed and then some! So thankful for the washer/dryer:). Everything worked as it should and was easy to keep clean.

Five stars isn't enough for this lovely condo rating

My husband and I truly loved this beautifully decorated condo. All furniture and decor were very high quality and the kitchen had everything one could imagine using. The owners checked in to make sure we were satisfied and we felt right at home and even looked forward to relaxing in this lovely condo after sightseeing in the days. Highly recommend this place. We travel a lot and it's definitely a notch above most places on the market.

Spring Break 2023

We loved the property! The kitchen was well stocked (spice cabinet rocked!) and the unit is very tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the below ground parking was awesome, especially since it dumped snow for most of the time we were there. We would highly recommend this property, it would be fantastic in the summer too.

Winter Getaway

This is our second time renting this super clean, cozy and well stocked condo. Perfect for a couple thats wanting to getaway and enjoy the mountains. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Skiing Spectators

We went to Purgatory Ski Resort to watch grandkids ski. The condo was perfect for us. It was clean and well appointed. We had a great time with no issues.

Wonderful Stay!

We had such a nice stay. Everything was as described. There were more seasonings in the cabinet than I have at home. Such a nice mix of items that we would not have to worry about buying. (Store is quite a ways away.) Would love to stay here again. Thank you for sharing you place!

Great location right next to Purg, the new restaurant at the front of the Village is off the chain. So good and fair priced. This will most definitely be our new place to stay in Durango!

Home sweet home!

The unit was beautifully appointed. Everything was in first rate condition and lots of extras in the cabinets. It’s cozy and yet spacious for 2. Location to resort to ski was perfect! I’d rent again in a heartbeat!

Spectacular views and perfect accommodations

The condo was warm, inviting, clean and comfortable! It was the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The views out the patio window were breathtaking! The condo was near stunning hikes and just a short distance from Durango. Debra thought of everything you might need and more! We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to get away and relax and recharge!

Perfect spot for a get away.

Everything you need...

Well appointed unit. This unit is a bit small, but it has virtually everything. Note that the balcony overlooks the highway, and you will definitely hear the upstairs occupants as they walk around, open/close drawers etc. not enough to prevent me from staying here again, but annoying much of the time. Unit has a wood burning fireplace and plenty of wood stored on the deck area which is convenient. The ski rental shop is right next door and has great equipment at good prices Performance Sports). Overall, Cascade Village is very convenient to Purgatory Resort.

We are Austin, Texas residents who bought in Cascade to escape the summer heat. My husband has always wanted a place in the mountains, and especially Colorado. We bought here in 2013 and immediately remodeled to make our unit as much like home as possible. This is the first time we have offered our unit for rent. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

We love the beauty and serenity of the mountains around Cascade Village and enjoy the close proximity to all the outdoor activities: horseback riding, fishing, hiking, and off road trails.
We can take a short drive into Durango and enjoy numerous fine restaurants and activities
there as well.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our unit is unique in that we have an end unit which provides more light and air circulation. None of the units in Cascade Village have air conditioning. It is usually quite cool, but occasionally you need to use the fans that are in the bedroom and living area. We expanded our balcony to double the size it was designed previously.The view is very secluded. You only see the trees and mountains...and the occasional wildlife.
