Este hermoso condominio de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños recientemente ubicado se encuentra en el hermoso extremo sur de Tybee. El final de la isla y la parte más bonita. Esta unidad ha sido recientemente remodelada. Entras y ves Comedor con capacidad para 4 y también asientos de encimera para 2. La sala de estar tiene un sofá, 2 sillas y TV. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable con un hermoso salpicadero de vidrio. Brillante alegre y muebles encantadores en todo el condominio. 1 dormitorio es una cama litera con dos camas individuales en la parte superior y TV. El otro es principal con una cama queen size con baño encantador. El porche es increíble y está bellamente amueblado. Gran lugar para relajarse después de un día en la playa.

Check in was a breeze. Kitchen was great had all the necessities. The bed in the master was almost as comfortable as mine at home.

Cute condo and great proximity to the beach. The beds were very comfortable, but the pillows were lacking in comfort. All the basic necessities were provided. We were glad for the washer and dryer, but had to buy our own detergent because there was only one detergent pod. The only struggle we had was checking in. We never received the code. We called the number that was on the VRBO sight only to learn that number was the previous manager. Thankfully we were able to reach her after about half an hour and she provided assistance. The current owner did reach out and give us his contact info later that evening. It just all needs to be updated in the system if it hasn’t been already. Overall, this was a nice place to stay and we really enjoyed our time as a family.

Perfect beach stay!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Looks just like the pictures. It was clean, relaxing, and so beautiful. I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen (you’ll have everything you need) and the comfortable beds! The owner was very quick with replies during communication. I have zero complaints about this spot. We would definitely come back!

Loved the convenience of being within walking distance to beach, pier and downtown Tybee Island. A broom would have been nice to have, so we bought one and left it in the condo.

disappointed

Disappointed with the expectation that guests were to take out trash and start laundry when departing. This should have been shared as part of the house rules-- especially when paying for cleaning services!Also had trouble with HVAC system that were sort of resolved via phone and text conversations with property management team--the lower outside air temps made the need for a service call unnecessary.

Nice accommodations

Pros: Very nice 2 bedroom condo. Clean and in good condition. Kitchen served our purposes for breakfasts and some easy dinners. Beds pretty comfortable, pillows were just ok. Nice to have washer and dryer in condo with detergent and dryer sheets available. Very easy walk to the beach and location close to all south end bars and shops. Cons: can easily hear neighbors and the cooling unit will not cool below 72 degrees.

Great tybee rental

We go to tybee a few times a year. We stay all over the island as I like north beach but my wife and kids like to be near mid south beach. This location was by far the best accommodations we have had on this end of the island. We would stay here again without heaitation.

Girls trip

This place was amazing! Great location, clean. Just some notes that would have helped me when i was looking for places. Great shower pressure. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash not included (i thought it was based on another review), lots of beach towels, beach chairs not included (they were very hard to rent @ beach). Current selection of books & games. Lovely veranda. Kitchen sink water not very hot. No access to broom/mop so if you spill something it is impossible to clean up after yourself. These are not negative features (this place was pretty perfect) just things that would have helped me & I hope it helps others. but no beach chairs (left byguests)

Tybee vacay

The place is nice i wish it had a couch with recliners so you could sit and relax and watch tv comfortably if the weather is bad but that’s just me the part I wasn’t pleased with was the listing says queen size bed in the main bedroom and it is a full size when I look at a listing I pull up king and queen beds. I would have never looked at this listing because I want to be comfortable on vacation so this upset me when we got there but what can you do at that point.

Great little place

My two daughters and husband and myself stayed and we had everything we needed for a few days. The two beds could use some tightening and wd40 though…very squeaky. Great little place though and the owner was so kind to let me have something, truly appreciated!

Not treated as a guest

The property was fine and in close proximity of the beach. Was able to watch the sunrise each morning and it was beautiful. However, there are a few things to mention regarding the property management. It could have used a few little extras. Be sure to take extra toilet paper because there may not be enough if you stay more than 2 days, we were there for four and had to go get our own. Basically, you aren't supposed to touch anything or use up what little there is to use and don't do anything to make yourself comfortable there are restrictions on the thermostat. So, if you are hot natured this is not the place for you. 9.8 out of 10 was the reason we booked this property but our overall experience would not rank anywhere near a 9.

Wonderful!!

My sister, brother and I stayed at your lovely rental. It had everything we needed and more! Beds were comfy, plenty of space and the showers had fantastic pressure. Short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. Loved the daiquiri bar! We got there the day they had the Beach Bum parade which was SO much fun to watch! The balcony has comfortable seating and we enjoyed the family next door. Such an easy process checking in and checking out. I would recommend this property for sure!!! We will be back!

Cute Beach Condo with Amazing Sunrises and Sunsets!

My two girlfriends and I LOVED the condo. It was perfect for our long weekend at Tybee Island. We had everything we needed: Beach towels, beach chairs and fully furnished and everything we needed in the bathroom too! The Cute Condo is a very short walk to the beach and the sunrises are AMAZING! It was family friendly environment too. We walked about 20minutes to the other side (the West side) of the island and the Sunset was breathtaking. The property Manager, Melissa, was sooo helpful! She was so nice. Melissa was eager to help us and very knowledgeable on where to eat on the Isalnd. We will definitely recommend this cute beachy condo to all our friends. We will be back!! :)

Tybee Weekend for Michelle’s Birthday

We went to Tybee for the Pirate Festival to celebrate Michelle’s birthday. We loved the condo. It is clean and decorated really nice. Mellisa was very nice and did a great job communicating with us. We will love to stay again here or at one of her other places.
