Great place to stay.

Condo was clean and walking distance from everything. Parking was easy. Only 2 little things to note- better towels would nice, they were worn & scratchy, and some hangers in the closet would be a helpful thing. Overall a great place that was close to everything and comfortable to relax in at the end of the day.

Perfect

We chose this property for a short weekend getaway with our 1 year old. It was in walking distance from the main strip and was the perfect size for what we needed. Only “issue” we had was that the building is older and not very well insulated. But overall was perfect for us and worth the money.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was incredibly close to the main strip, has everything that you could want for a short vacation. We especially loved the full kitchen (and we used every appliance during our short stay!) Comfy couch to cuddle at night, and a surprisingly comfy bed to sleep at night! Beautiful vistas from the balcony. Oh, and a heated pool AND hot tub available to you! I walked everywhere because it’s only a mile or so to the end of the strip, but the free Gatlinburg trolley stops super close to the condo! 10/10 will come again! I called in with a question ahead of the trip (we were arriving terribly late in the evening) and was given very clear helpful instructions about checking in (No worries— the condo has a keypad where you enter the code that they send). Also I interacted with the office after arriving to get my parking pass and ask for help with a local attraction. By the way, if going whitewater rafting — book in person at the NOC store a mile away from the condo for extra savings (20%)!
