The area and condo was nice. Nice short walk to downtown. The upstairs bedroom was hot. Overall, perfect.

We had a great stay at this townhouse. Location was excellent to spend one night and then hike up Mt. LeConte the next day.

Place needs some work.

The bedroom upstairs was super hot. A lot of the switches didn’t work. One of the bath fans smelled hot as well. Place was convenient to town and check in process was easy.

Convenient Location. Clean and Well Equipped.

A quick overnight with a bachelorette party. Walking distance to the strip, even post shuffle. Puts you right in the center of the hubbub. Saw a momma and 4 cubs next door Sunday morning. Grabbed donuts from the the Donut Friar for the ladies early Sunday morning.

Great little place that accommodated our family well. The pool was not available our entire stay and it was a MUST for our 5 year old so that was VErY DISSAPPOINTING. Otherwise, it was convenient but needs access to pool or a hot tub!

Reviewer Comments: it was a great place. clean nice easy to get in and out of. the pillows were flat and in need of replacement. the only down fall I seen was I didn't know it was a 3 story .it was hard on my 75 year old mom going up and down the stairs but may have been just a over sight on my part when booking

Reviewer Comments: Decent location to walk downtown, Well kept on the outside but this 503 unit needs some TLC and updating for the price you pay per night. I would stay here again just not in 503.

Safety hazard

Everything was nice except there is a safety hazard with the circular steps up to the loft. The bottom of the steps are too low and extend into the walk way. One of our party ran into them and created a pretty substantial gash on his scalp... there should be a barrier around the perimeter of the steps to prevent anyone walking into the steps.

The celling in the bathroom was pealing, not just a little, a lot. The tv's were difficult to use and are not smart tv's so we could not connect to any of our apps/services. We had to call the afterhours number for someone to come out and even connect the tv's to the cable service. Location was what we expected, bedding was comfortable

Reviewer Comments: Needs to have some ceiling work in the bathrooms and floors are starting to sink in, 2nd level bed room tv volume did not work, there were no wash clothes, stair case railing was very loose defeats the purpose of having one there was no additional parking like the office stated, the light on the single car garage did not work. It would be a nice place to stay if they would do some renovations.

Reviewer Comments: I wish we were in Gatlinburg for longer than a short cheerleading weekend. I stayed in the townhouse with my daughter, two other moms and their daughters while in town for a cheer competition at the convention center which was very close. It was close to everything we needed and had everything we needed. Very nice and comfy and felt like home!

It is walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg but far enough away that your not in the middle of all the people in downtown. Could use a little minor things done but it worked for us . We even saw a bear in the back parking lot right out the back window . Next time we come to Gatlinburg will look to see if this property is available

Nice enough

There was a gathering of centipedes' in the downstairs bathroom, but after throwing 12+ in the toilet, their numbers dwindled. The rental is convenient and within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg, though it could use a bit of basic maintenance.

Location Location Location

Very clean with great location! Less than a 10-minute gradual walk do downtown Gatlinburg. Nicely accommodate it with up-to-date Furnishings. Kitchen must be last on their list to update as it really needs some modernisation as far as the cabinets countertop and dishwasher but currently has stainless steel fridge and stove. Will be great to see it once they have that kitchen remodel! It will be perfect! One other tidbit is that in the lower bedrooms bathroom if you're bringing city Folk that get squeamish over a couple of dozen centipedes you might want to bring your own centipede killer. No centipede scene or other bugs seen in any of the other rooms of the condo. Very nice place to stay and we would stay there again!
