Hermosa casa de 3 habitaciones. Totalmente amueblado con todo lo que pueda necesitar para sentirse como en casa. Esta casa de 1200 pies cuadrados fue construida en 1927 y se encuentra en el vecindario de North Hampton.

Estás a una corta distancia a pie de una tienda de comestibles, una farmacia, un banco y una plaza llena de diferentes restaurantes.

Tendrás acceso a todo dentro de mi apartamento. Por favor, siéntase como en casa! Hay un mini patio para usar en la parte delantera de la casa. Hay café y una cafetera, ollas y sartenes para cocinar. También le proporciono bocadillos, un televisor de 45 pulgadas y televisión por cable en la sala de estar (se cobrará cualquier servicio adicional). Además, hay una bicicleta estacionaria en el porche trasero que puedes usar.

Es estacionamiento en la calle GRATIS para que pueda estacionar en cualquier lugar de la calle.

Vrbo is as advertised! It feels "old," but it's clean, and there were plenty of towels and things in the kitchen to feel at home for a few days. The host was also fast to respond, which is always appreciated.If someone is staying on the first floor of the duplex, you will hear them! So if you want to be able to sleep in and feel undisturbed, this would not be the spot for you.

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was well communicated, easy and clean. Had everything we needed and also a very decent and quiet neighborhood. Lots of stores at our convenience close by. Parking was great if you got home early enough to find a good spot because of off street parking, but overall a nice experience in a nice place.

Great hoast

Al was very responsive to my messages. We even left a suitcase behind and he kindly took out our essentials and mailed them to me! Neighborhood felt safe and was convenient to our visits to the Arch, Cardinals game and City Museum. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location

Absolutely true in the middle of everything. My only complaint was tight parking but understandable for great location. Property thought of everything with regards to extra linen l,fans,ETc. Bigger than expected and quiet

We are not snobby about our lodging bitbyhos property was aesthetically a downer. Very little light. One bed in what should have been the dining room. Weird rubber mats throughout. It was all just weird and not very comfortable.

Went great!!!!

Just finished staying one week. Was a little concerned about street parking but it wasn't a problem, we were able to park in front of the apartment or very near every night. Al was great to deal with, I had a lot of questions and he responded quickly. Location was great we were minutes from everything we went to. Apartment was clean and stocked with everything we needed. My family would definitely stay here again!!

Simple and as expected

We had only one issue when staying - a breaker tripped for the kitchen and we connected with the host and he had it resolved within 8hrs or less Saying 8hrs because we were gone for that time period and returned to this being resolved Street parking was unfortunate however not impossible Overall good experience and would recommend

Home was centrally located to all attractions

Overall the location worked well for our family. It was within 20 minutes to everything we wanted to do. Part of our group wasn't able to make it but if they had there would have been enough room for all. 5 different beds provided enough sleeping room for everyone to be comfortable. Finding street parking was never a problem. The owner provided paper plates and bowls along with a kitchen stocked with anything you might need which was very helpful. My only complaints were that we had to reach out to the owner for details at every turn i.e check in/check out instructions. Also the toilet had an issue where it constantly ran so the back never filled up. This caused it to constantly run. We had to leave the back of to manually plug it and limit the flushing which was a pain when traveling with children. If we didn't follow each person in to shut it off it would cause a buzzing sound and disturb the people in the unit below (we couldn't really hear it) who would call the owner. Other than that a great value.

Basic but nice - good value.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was clean and orderly on a relatively quiet (albeit very narrow) street. We managed to find street parking, but a few times had to park near the end of the street. Not recommended for wide vehicles. Some basics seemed to be missing (like salt) but nothing impactful. It would have been nice to have some recommended local places to eat as we found ourselves driving all over the place. Nice touch with the Roku TV's. Overall it was a nice place and while the beds seemed hard to the touch, were actually very comfortable to sleep on. Thank you.

Disappointed

But it was our fault for not knowing it was a duplex with very long steep stairs which were very difficult for my husband . What made it worse was that a portion of the stairs had no railing at all, a safety hazard . We left after 2 nlghts.

Weekend getaway

The property manager messaged me on the way to this location saying the following morning there will be work done on the roof. A warning would have been nice and would have changed our decision. Also the second night there was an incident outside which made my group feel uncomfortable and unsafe. We enjoyed the places we went but we will not be coming back to this house.

Would stay elsewhere

Positives: Location was great for us—centrally located. Price was decent. Street parking was not a problem. Lots of sleeping accommodations if needed for large parties. Negatives: Floors were dirty when we arrived. Beds were uncomfortable and noisy when moving around, especially master bed. Kitchen ceiling leaked for two days during a rainstorm. Pubic hairs found in some of the bedding. And neighbors in the building were smoking weed a d the smells was wafting into the rental.

Great Experience

Worked well for our family trip. Located in a nice area that was within 15 minutes or less to all attractions that our family was doing (zoo, science center, arch, botanical gardens, aquarium). The owner was very easy to contact and replied to messages quickly.

Perfect for family of 6

Great location and quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown attractions. Owner was easily accessible to answer questions at any time. Property was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend staying here for future trips to St. Louis!

Went well

The space worked for our needs. The kitchen table was real sticky and the mattress hard. We made it work. Some of the doors stick and need to be adjusted and it was a little frustrating.
