Breakers Apartments, es una elegante casa de arquitecto diseñada en 1 acre con un gran jardín. ubicado a 350 metros de la playa en Apollo Bay. Una plataforma de observación está abierta a los huéspedes, que ofrece vistas al océano y las laderas circundantes.

La casa está dividida en dos apartamentos en planta baja: el "Bar" (6 personas) y el "Estudio" (5 personas).

Cada apartamento es espacioso, moderno y ofrece todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unas agradables vacaciones familiares junto al mar. Ambos están completamente alicatados y ofrecen acabados contemporáneos diseñados por arquitectos.

Attractive property, good location near the beach with many birds coming to the garden. While unexpected that the hosts were staying upstairs, we still had a private stay in a convenient location close to Apollo bay and the beach.

Great property, great hosts

This property is on one acre, 4 minutes drive to Apollo Bay. Breakers Bar is a very large accommodation with everything you need. It’s equipped like a home, not a rental. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need. For families there is everything from kids dishes and cutlery to a high chair, games, toys, and an enormous yard. The one thing it doesn’t have is air conditioning but by keeping it closed up during the day and open in the evening it wasn’t a problem for us. (There are fans if needed) Elpis and Andy are very friendly and helpful. (They live upstairs) we enjoyed spending a bit of time with them but that was our choice, they know to leave their guests space to enjoy the property on their own. I highly recommend this listing.

Huge backyard and within walking distance to the beach

The location was great just outside the main part of Apollo Bay. It’s within walking distance to the beach, so great for the morning walks Andy was a great host and met me during check in, as he was based upstairs, and explained to me about some of the attractions in the area. The back yard was massive, which the kids loved. They were sad not to have spent more time there. The accommodation was also great and tidy, but the only constructive feedback I have is on the beds. The queen size bed was very creaky and the kids complained about their beds rolling around too much. I’ve raised these to the owners so I’m sure it will be fixed for the next time. Thank you Andy and and Elpis for allowing us to stay at your property.

Great location, clean and home away from home.

Loved our stay here. Great location, could hear the waves from the beach at night, which is only a short walk down the road. Even though we arrived late in the evening, the owner was very welcoming and gave us a quick tour and had the heater on ready for us. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Cozy and comfort

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very welcoming and helpful. the house was in a fabulous location and had everything we needed. Would visit again! The kids loved it so much they never wanted to go out

Large, modern, entertainer’s delight.

Excellent accommodation! Large, modern, entertainer’s delight. My father commented, “I hope we’re staying at that one” as we approached and he wasn’t disappointed. With the women sat in the lounge room by fire chatting, while the men played quoits (ring toss) in the mammoth garden out back, the scene was set for a perfect evening of relaxation and recovery after a long day on the road. Elpis was a fantastic host, sending a detailed list of all local eateries and sights before we arrived. The property was very well kept. The only downside was the need to bring your own sheets and towels or pay $15 per person per night for their’s, which is a significant burden when traveling interstate but quickly forgotten once sorted. Truly a great experience we would happily recommend to anyone.

Fantastic family holiday

Our family had a lovely relaxing holiday at 'Breakers', great family spaces with games, movies a lot of outdoor space and a very cosy gas coonara. Close walk to a beautiful beach and not far from Apollo Bay. Highly recommend, we'll definitely be back.

Perfect in every way!!!

This is one of the best properties in the region. Super comfortable, it is warm, spacious and extremely well equipped. Travelling with 3 young children, no stone was left unturned from the decor to the luxurious beds and array of childrens entertainment! The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with her attitude is truly reflected in this remarkable property. The back yard is huge and such a short stroll to the beautiful beach! We will be back!

Perfect accommodation for a family or group of friends who want to be HOME while away from home. The house offers everything that you need, it is spacious and very clean. Also the hosts, Elpis and her husband were just so friendly and amazing and I could guarantee that they will always be ready to be of assistance to their guests. I would love to come back again because the house is just great as the GREAT OCEAN ROAD!
