Breakers Apartments, es una elegante casa de arquitecto diseñada en 1 acre con un gran jardín. ubicado a 350 metros de la playa en Apollo Bay.

La casa está dividida en dos apartamentos en planta baja: el "Bar" (6 personas) y el "Estudio" (5 personas).

Cada apartamento es espacioso, moderno y ofrece todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unas agradables vacaciones familiares junto al mar. Ambos están completamente alicatados y ofrecen acabados contemporáneos diseñados por arquitectos.

A really nice cozy getaway close to the beach. The wood fire was lovely to curl up in front of and read my book. The bed was comfy and everything i needed was there in the kitchen. Highly recommend

Wonderful apartment.

Extremely well equipped apartment with everything one could possibly need including night light and USB plug. Lovely garden, tranquil and quiet area with koalas in the neighborhood. A short walk to a beautiful beach, breathtakingly forests close by. Andy was very helpful and informative. anand informative.

Studio was awesome, very clean and tidy. Small items that you always forget behind are catered for and apartment has everything. Host were on the ball and very informative. A good house, well done.

Good short stay

Decent property, well located for easy access into Apollo Bay, in a quiet location. Well equipped with loads of outdoor space. Lots of birds visited the garden while we were there which was an unexpected treat.

It's a shared property with the owners and other guests. I'd prefer more privacy. Location is great with a short walk to the beach.

Great place, great location

Wonderful, homely and comfortable space with plenty of outdoor space for the kids to run around and explore too. Great location, only a few mins walk to the beach and few mins drive to Apollo bay. Thanks Andy and Elpis for being wonderful hosts

Beautiful, relaxing, kid friendly

Thank you for an amazing stay, the kids loved the games and toys available and large outdoor area. Walking distance to Marango Beach and even Apollo Bay. Lovely owners, beautiful facilities, would definitely come again!

Great accommodation... but...

Apartment was spacious, clean, well appointed with a lovely welcome basket, great location, back yard... only disappointing thing is the total price did not include linen or cleaning which is ok if noted up front but disappointing when not and they become add -ons. Apparently the option is to bring your own linen (or it is $15 per person additional) - though I only discovered this after we arrived - and to do a full clean yourself or it is charged at $60/hour. Knowing this, you can decide which way you wish to go. Otherwise, lovely spot.

Lovely place to stay, large yard for kids to play around

We really enjoyed our stay. House had all the facilities we needed, Coonara made the house cosy. Large yard was a big bonus for our child, who could happily run around. Hosts were lovely. We also spotted a few koalas in their neighbour's trees. Great location too.

Great location, attentive host

Enjoyed or stay at the breakers. Andy was a wealth of information about local area. All you need for a self-catering holiday is there. Short stroll to the beach and a 25min walk to town. The notes around the studio were a bit excessive. I wished I had read there no refund policy before I booked as the other couple that was to join us has an accident and fractured her knee. We would have preferred to have cancelled as the trip was to show them Apollo bay.

Good base to explore the Great Ocean Road

Breakers Studio had everything a family would need for an enjoyable stay, close to beach and easy 20min walk into Apollo Bay. Good base to explore the Great Ocean Road. Did find the 'rules' posted around the apartment off putting, obviously not everyone does the right thing when staying. Owners were in residence when we stayed, some upstairs noise, would also suggest defining parking areas so not disturbed by other tenants coming and going.

Beautifully presented and spacious.

Upon arrival we were all very impressed. The apartment presents well, was very clean and spacious. The owner was at the property and was very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this apartment to friends and family and if travelling to Apollo bay again I will definitely book at The Breakers again.

Outstanding place to stay in a great location.

Breakers was excellent choice for our family to stay whilst on holidays. It had everything you would need for a couple or small family. Andy was exceptional in providing information on what to see and do around the area. Our Son was excited when Andy took us on Koala hunt around the estate. Would stay again for sure.

Great location, everything we needed

Our family of 5 spent 8 days at Breakers and it was fantastic. It had everything we needed. The large outdoor area with toys provided was great for for those Summer games of cricket! The location was perfect for walking to the beach and having a dip or explor8ng the rock pools. It was a less than 30 minute walk into town. Ellis and Andy were very accommodating and super friendly. Thanks for making our stay so relaxing.
