Redlands es una propiedad de 25 acres en el corazón del Valle de Yarra. Situado a poco más de una hora de Melbourne CBD, la propiedad da una idea de la vida del campo para aquellos que quieran escapar del ajetreo y el bullicio ciudades. Ya sea que usted está disfrutando de uno de más de 30 bodegas o llevar a la familia al santuario healseville, usted estará seguro de tener un tiempo maravilloso. Siéntese y relájese mientras los niños juegan al aire libre en la cancha de baloncesto al aire libre o en los goles de fútbol y en el área de juegos para niños.
La propiedad cuenta con 2 cabañas separadas Gwinganna (que significa - The Lookout) y Mirenbeena (Meaning-Welcome) y 1 Guesthouse (Girraween) en la granja de propietarios a pequeña escala, pero son totalmente independientes.
Mirabeena es una hermosa casa de campo de 2 pisos. La planta superior tiene 4 dormitorios y 1 baño 2x Queen, 1x Double, 1xKing single) mientras que la planta baja tiene otra habitación Queen y baño privado, así como un salón-comedor / cocina. Mirambeena tiene un ambiente acogedor con su piso de ladrillo rojo y su calentador de madera, ideal para los meses de otoño / invierno.
Las actividades en la zona son: - Más de 30 bodegas, Healesville Sanctuary, Hedgend Maze, Warburton rastro (traer sus bicicletas y llevar a la familia a dar un paseo) reuniones de la raza País y mercados de artesanía celebrada en Healesville y Yarra Glen. Billy que sopla, festival del tulipán de Tesselaars, o pistas que caminan en uno de los muchos parques estatales y nacionales.

We had the most amazing stay. Our host had the fire going fir us on our arrival and the house was warm and welcoming. The local area and wineries were fabulous. Totally recommend this property.

Home away from home

This house is in a beautiful setting and we were greeted with a roaring fire upon arrival - thank you Paula, much appreciated for a winter's day. We had everything we needed and loved the layout. The large lounge area was so inviting, comfortable and relaxing and made even more special with the fire crackling away. The location is great and within a short drive to our pick of wineries. We all agreed that we'd be more than happy to stay in rather than go out - we made the effort though. It was lovely to be surrounded by the sound of birds and nature and our host Paula was very responsive and so accommodating! We definitely recommend this property if you're looking to get away from everything and just relax.

Mountain retreat

Our stay at Redlands was fantastic, in a classic mid-century home, with plenty of space and all the amenities we required. Wineries, play grounds and stunning views all within easy walks. Loved it. Thank you Paula

Cosy house in the hills

Nice leafy location, not far from wineries. Warm welcome with the fire burning when we arrived. Modern bathroom, comfortable beds, electric blankets. Paula was friendly and accommodating.

Peaceful haven

Lousy weather but the property made up for it 100 percent

Paula’s property was an absolute delight. We were greeted with a warm fireplace and a cosy home arriving on a cold rainy wintery evening. It was the prefect farm country getaway we were looking forward to. Thank you Paula for being so accomodating and responsive to our enquiries even during the stay. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful getaway

Paula and Tony were the perfect hosts. The estate was absolutely beautiful. The house was big and comfortable. It was very clean and everything you needed was provided. The place was very warm. It had a heater and a fire place. Paula was very welcoming and helpful. Tony let my grandchildren feed the cows and spend time with the other animals. That was the highlight of their trip. We thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. Thank you Paula and Tony.

Very peaceful

The cabin was lovely and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. A couple of the doors were a bit sticky, but it didn't bother us. We had a fire going most days and the sitting room was wonderfully cosy. Paula was happy to help out with questions or extra supplies, and very welcoming.

Lush, green slice of paradise

We could not fault our stay here, there is so much care put into making the property comfortable and usable for the guests and it shows. The place itself if immensely more comfortable and beautiful than the pictures show, you wake surrounded by views of hills and wonderful giant gum trees and despite the area being shared with other houses, it feels absolutely private. We absolutely loved staying and are already planning to return as soon as we can. Thanks for a beautiful stay, Paula!

Lovely get away in nature

The house was lovely and warm when we arrived with the fireplace going. Plenty of wood and water provided. The setting was a gorgeous treed environment. The host was lovely checking in via text to see if we needed anything. The house had all the necessary facilities. Thank you to Paula :)

Comfort for a big family & dog friendly

We visited in June with 2 families plus grandparents - 6 adults 3 young kids aged 1,2 & 3 and 5 dogs! House was perfect for us, plenty of room and good bedding configuration, toasty warm and comfortable beds. Would just like to add for any mums looking at booking, there is one highchair and a portacot avail as well as 2 baby gates for top and bottom of stairs that aren’t on the listing. No bath but our kids love a shower and the house was so warm they were fine getting in and out. Plenty of firewood & drinking water provided too. The coffee machine is Aldi brand & there’s an Aldi in town if you want to buy the pods. Paula our host kept herself discreet but is also there to fix any problems at the drop of a hat! She was also so accommodating with dogs and came out and let our kids feed the cows which was a hit. Healesville sanctuary, puffing billy, wineries and trout farm nearby (a winery right next door!) also an amazing playground 5 mins drive away in Seville town itself. We also took bikes with kid seats and jumped on a section of the Warburton rail trail, absolutely beautiful flanked by farms and horses everywhere. We didn’t turn on the tv once. Thanks Paula we look forward to returning one day!

A perfect ideal getaway

Without a doubt one of the best weekends away we’ve had in a very long time all because we found a home away from home in a breathtaking location. The location was perfect and the cozy accommodation was warm, welcoming and had everything we needed. We will without a doubt be visiting again

Lovely place

Great stay, especially in winter as the log fire was amazing. Very friendly owner who was very responsive and helpful. If you plan to cook, bring all the basics like salt, oil and vinegar as there's not much there apart from tea, coffee and sugar. The dogs loved it too.

Fantastic Farmstay

We had an excellent stay in Gwinganna cottage. Paula was really caring, easy to communicate with and very helpful. The cottage was really nice and had a beautiful view. All of the essentials were provided - eg tea, coffee, cleaning products, cling wrap, even some little toiletries! Thanks for a great stay. Only thing I would add would be more heating (eg a small heater for the bedroom in winter - there were electric blankets on the bed, but our son in the portacot got pretty chilly overnight).

Wow. I can't tell you how relaxed I emerged from this stay on the farm. The remoteness combined with the view and the proximity to wineries, the quirky local markets, the dandenong ranges and Warburton - all within a worthy half hour drive. Watch the dawn hum on the horizon from the window of the master bedroom and greet the day softly... the warmth of the living space with well placed fireplace looking out at the farm with musical cows and that splendid view looking down on the yarra valley. I had looked on google maps and it looked way more 'suburban' and 'flat' than the place was. No noise other than from nature. It's a great getaway. Celebrated my 30th birthday with 7 others and all agreed it was the nicest weekend they'd had in so long. Paula sent her sweet kids to check if everything was fine and if we needed anything. Chooks down the hill, wineries on each side of the property, cool fresh mountain air - I'm totally glad i stayed here! Thanks.PS, I was uncertain from the photos if it would be big enough - it certainly was.

This property was just a fantastic getaway. Conveniently close to Melbourne it offered the best of a farm stay adventure with the option of all that the Yarra Valley and the Dandenongs area has for visitors. The kids loved the property, the adults loved the peace and tranquility and we all loved the accomodation and friendly hospitality!! Thanks for a great stay and we will be back.

Can't wait till we go again. The atmosphere was wonderful. we wish he had gone for the whole week,We would definately recommend it to our friends and go back with them,Thanks for a memorable time.
