Good to know before you book:

Lively area: This is one of Playa’s liveliest beachfront streets. Music, nightlife, and local energy continue into the evening, which is ideal if you want to be where the action is.

Second floor, no elevator: The condo is up a flight of stairs.

Pedestrian street: Calle 4 is walking-only, so taxis drop you 1 to 2 blocks away. Please bring luggage you can comfortably carry.



Guest Access:

The apartment is located on Calle 4 between 5th Av and the beach, a pedestrian-only zone with vehicle access restricted to residents with special permits. Self-check-in using the Lockbox.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Calle 4 between 5th Avenue and the beach, you’ll be staying in the heart of downtown Playa. Beach clubs, casual restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, nightlife, shopping, and waterfront spots are all within a few minutes on foot. No rental car needed—most guests explore everything by foot.



This is one of Playa’s most lively areas, with music, nightlife, and local energy that continues into the evenings.



What’s nearby:

- The beach is just steps from the building.

- Around a 10-minute walk to the ADO Bus Terminal Playa del Carmen for easy airport transfers and trips around the Riviera Maya.

- Close to the colectivos (shared vans) heading to Tulum, Akumal, and other nearby beach towns.

- A short walk to local convenience stores like OXXO and grocery options for everyday essentials.

- Just a few blocks from the local food market on 6th Street, a great spot for tacos, fresh juices, seafood, and authentic local flavors.

- Walking distance to popular beach spots like Zenzi Beach Bar, Fusion, Inti, Makesh and other beachfront hangouts.



Getting Around:

The condo is an easy 50-min drive from Cancun International Airport and transfers can be booked either online or at the airport. If you prefer, as soon as you confirm your booking, we can help you schedule private transportation and have it waiting for you at the airport. If you prefer to rent a car, there are many choices for car rentals at the airport and in downtown Playa del Carmen.



Don’t feel like driving? Taxis are always available, just be sure to take registered taxis only! And public bicycles are available to rent around downtown too. You will see the BiciPlaya stands where you can rent a bike by day or by journey. There are also 2 ADO bus stations to get you to nearby Yucatan destinations or other Mexican states, located at:

- 5th Avenue and Benito Juarez

- 20 Avenida Norte and Calle 12



In the event you're driving around town, please note there are Parking Meters in downtown Playa that operate from 10 am to 10 pm (maximum 6 hours). You must look for the digital meter to pay and display your receipt on the dashboard or risk the car being immobilized.



Other Things to Note:

Location & Access: The apartment is located on Calle 4 between 5th Av and the beach, a pedestrian-only zone with vehicle access restricted to residents with special permits.

Arriving by taxi: Your driver can drop you off at the intersection of 5th Avenue and Calle 4 Norte (or Calle 2 Norte). From there, walk approximately 1-2 blocks east toward the beach to reach Condos Zaci. Please bring luggage you can comfortably carry this short distance.

Arriving by car: Street parking is not available. The closest parking facility is on 10th Avenue and 4th Street. Parking meters operate on all downtown Playa del Carmen streets from 10am to 10pm.



Property Details

- This is a 2nd-floor condo with stairs (no elevator)

- This is a lively area with active nightlife. Noise can be expected.

- Please note a small dog belonging to one of the neighbors lives near the entrance. It occasionally wanders out and may bark on the floor below. Since the condo is right across from the beach, you may also spot iguanas around the area. They’re a normal part of the Playa del Carmen coastline and generally keep to themselves, but please don’t feed or touch them.



Booking Requirements

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation

You must be at least 21 years of age or older to book

You may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of check-in, or during their stay for identity verification



Security Deposit

A security deposit of $300 USD may be required upon arrival or at check-in (depending on the booking platform - not ABB). This is a temporary hold, released after check-out provided all terms are met.



A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 6 MXN/Kw. Electricity is not included for bookings of 7 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check out for any additional consumption. Help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not in the property and close all windows and doors when you use it.




House Rules

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, or recreational drugs). Violation incurs a $200 USD penalty.

- No parties, events, or illegal activity permitted

- No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of neighbors.

- Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed

- Pets are not allowed

- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on balcony/terrace railings

- Use the Safety Deposit Box for valuables. We are not responsible for loss or theft.



Services such as water and internet are provided by external companies. While these services are generally reliable, occasional outages beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your understanding.



Occasional Power Outages:

Please note that occasional, brief power outages may occur in the area, particularly during the rainy season. These interruptions are generally temporary and are outside our control. We appreciate your understanding should one occur during your stay.
