Excellent St. Augustine location

This property met all our expectations. It was well equipped, had great view of the marina and morning sunrises over the boats and was excellent location for beach and St. Augustine historic district.

Location was perfect

The location was beautiful overlooking the marina. Peaceful and quiet. Great jumping off point to go to St. Augustine or Vilano beach.

Very pleasant experience!

Beautiful and spacious condo, wonderful view and amazing sunrises and sunsets. Conveniently located near Vilano Beach and St. Augustine historic downtown. The owners really made sure our stay was most pleasant.

We stayed at this property over the 4th of July weekend and enjoyed our stay! The accommodations were true to representation in photos. The bed was comfortable, the view was great, and it was rather quiet being nestled in a cove area. The owners were easy to communicate with, gave detailed instructions on directions, entry, property details, and were very pleasant. Though they also shared information as to where we could view fireworks without having to deal with traffics congestion, we chose to remain at the condo that evening and were still able to view fireworks from the balcony that were being done in multiple areas. The location was perfect for quick and easy access to Vilano Beach and St Augustine. We spent a little time at the pool which was very clean and surprisingly, had it completely to ourselves. There is also a breakfast cafe and pizza shop on premises that have pretty good ratings, though we didn’t eat there ourselves. Our favorite place we ate was The Boathouse! Food was fantastic, with a great water view!Overall, this is a great place to stay if you want to relax but also have easy access to town and beaches!

Great view and perfect location!

We were looking for a peaceful place to relax and this place delivered! Was a perfect location to get to Jacksonville and historic Saint Augustine but without all the hustle and bustle. Neil was more than wonderful communicating with us - he was very responsive to all of our questions before booking and throughout the entire stay. He was also very kind and thoughtful, which is rare these days. And for those that love a good shower, the water pressure was amazing! There is a small coffee shop on the property that has some great food and we were easily able to have food and groceries delivered when we didn’t go out. The deck/patio was comfortable and spacious, with a great view. We also felt very safe and actually walked around the marina most evenings. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Neil!

This was our third trip to St. Augustine, and all three times we have stayed at this condo. The home is well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The setting is quiet, peaceful and beautiful. The owners are considerate, generous and kind.St. Augustine is a wonderful destination with enormous activities available and delicious food at the local restaurants. As with any beachside location with a lot of tourism it can become quite chaotic at times. This condo is like an oasis from the chaos when you have had enough of the beach or town. Come back home mix a cocktail set on the balcony and watch the wildlife and the boats come and go, it is so peaceful.Give this place a try, you won't regret it.Keith & CarlaStayed March 2014, April 2024, and March 2026.

Best Thanksgiving Ever!!!

My husband and I come to St. Augustine often, but this was the first time staying at Bob's property. We were looking for quiet, peaceful, great view, and a great kitchen as we knew we would be cooking a lot, including Thanksgiving. This condo met all of our expectations and then some!! Clean as a whistle and everything you would ever need. View is awesome! I highly recommend this condo, especially for a couple wanting to get away, have peace and quiet, and be able to safely avoid contact with strangers (COVID concerns). Since it's on the 2nd floor, you can take the open air staircase and avoid any unneccesary elevator contact. We most certainly be staying at this gem again!

We can't say enough about this home. Very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The view was wonderful and we saw lots of fish hopping around and manatees in the water from the balcony. We took walks around the marina with our dogs every day, swam in the pool and relaxed on the patio. The location was close to shops and restaurants as well as the beach and sightseeing. Bob was easy to communicate with and reachable any time. Definitely recommend this property!!

Fantastic Stay

Love the condo with it's private balcony and a view of the marina. We took sailing lessons from St. Augustine Sailing right there in the marina and that was fantastic too. Manatees came into the marina about every other day or so and we loved watching them. Bob was very responsive to any communication. I highly recommend.

Villano Escape

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Not a speck of dust when we arrived. Great location, just north of the Night of Lights traffic. Easy parking and the elevator was very appreciated. We would consider coming back another time.

Condo with a view

Comfortable, clean and so relaxing. The porch was like an extra room with a beautiful view of the marina. Bob was great as far as communicating and making sure all was well. We will visit again.

Wonderful!! A perfect place to stay

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. The only bad part about being there was leaving there. Bob is a wonderful , accommodating host. When I asked about a nail trimmer for my dog he went out of his way to get a recommendation for me. On my last day he gave me a later departure time as my pup had sustained a leg injury & we needed to stay somewhere until our next unit was available. The kitchen has everything you need to insure a great outcome. The location was so beautiful & fun. Everyday while pup was recuperating we would sit on a bench & watch the boats & people. We even got to see the dolphins! Thanks to Bob & Dianne for making our first venture out of MN a wonderful one!!

We stayed here in August/September 2018 for 3 weeks. Bob was terrific to work with - friendly, attentive, easy to contact. Spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath with extra sink/vanity outside bathroom. Full size appliances in kitchen, electric oven, well equipped. Full size washer/dryer. Large covered balcony overlooks marina. Condo was spotlessly clean! Elevator. Swimming pool. Plenty of parking. 2 minute drive to beautiful Vilano Beach. Rent this condo, you will not be disappointed!

Sunrise Special

This location is special. We fell in love with it immediately! Sitting on the terrace and watching the sunrise every morning with the surrounding boats and yachts was a fantastic start to our day. I'm sure I took way too many pictures. The property location is serene, a quiet community. It was perfect for us. Some mornings we walked to Dessert First Bistro for a Breakfast Sandwich and coffee. We walked to the community pool, and drove to Vilano Beach most days as well. Vilano Beach is very close, a very short drive, maybe two minutes. There are so many places to visit in St. Augustine. This wasn't our first visit, but we managed to find new places to eat and new things to do. Anastasia State Park/ Lighthouse is a nice place to visit, and of course Historic Downtown. St. Augustine Beach is on the other side of the Bridge of Lions, and is a nice area as well. Our villa/unit was stocked with all items including washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, linens. It is a very pretty property, well kept. The inside is roomy, and very nicely decorated. There is one large bedroom and one bath. I found the extra vanity area very useful. We didn't spend much time in the living room, but it is a large area with a large TV, sofa and love seat. There is also a dining room/table area, and a nice little kitchen area with a counter/bar and stools. The owners, Bob and Dianne, are very kind, gracious, very accessible, and very responsive. It was a great experience, and it was really hard to leave such a lovely place. We highly recommend this property. Thank you Bob and Dianne. Sincerely~Steven and Lenore Corey

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

What a " Very Special Home " away from home. From the moment we opened the door till we sadly had to close it behind us and return home. The lanai view is breathtaking looking over the marina while enjoying the sunrise, or simply relaxing on the outdoor furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, utensils, cleaning supplies, and everything you could possibly need to make your favorite meal. Living Room has a large screen TV supported by X-Finity - on Demand which we loved. Large Bedroom with comfortable king bed and good sized T.V. Condo is well situated in Camachee Island / St. Augustine which enabled us to walk often enjoying Vilano Beach, Restaurants, Music, Theatre, Quaint shops in old St. Augustine and an abundance of other activities. A " BIG " Thanks to Bob & Dianne for sharing their tastefully decorated home with us. We will surely return...

All I can tell you is that it was a fantastic stay!

I chose this location because of its perfect location. I wasn’t disappointed! The condo sits in the harbor with an incredible view, its walking distance to the ocean, and its within a 5 minute drive to the historic downtown area of St Augustine. Once I booked the location Bob the owner was excellent on communication. He sent me a terrific welcome packet and checked in with me throughout my stay to ensure I was enjoying myself. The condo has easy parking, an elevator, and all the comforts of your own home. There is no doubt in my mind that I will rent this unit in the future if I’m staying in the area again. Bob is a fantastic owner who goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your stay. If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would. Book without hesitation if you are considering a rental in this area in the future!

Charming Condo in Wonderful Location...

The location of this condo can’t be beat! It’s very convenient to Old St. Augustine and Vilano Beach with plenty of shopping and restaurants close by, some within walking distance. Camachee Island is a quiet, peaceful community with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There are grassy areas perfect for walking a dog. The second floor 1B/1B condo is spacious and easily accessible by the stairs or elevator. It has a wonderful deck for relaxing with a cocktail and watching the activity in the marina. Cable, DVD player, WiFi, and washer & dryer are also included. There is plenty of parking available. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return again soon.

Great place, great location, great owners to work with!

The condo is nicely appointed and in a great location with awesome views. An elevator is conveniently located right outside the unit. Walking distance to three restaurants and two minutes to grocery stores and shops. The owners were always accessible and helpful. Everyone in the building is friendly and the view is second to none. Would recommend it to anyone.
