A great stay!

This was our 4th stay at this facility. We love it here! I loved the ocean view, the easy access to the pool and the beach walk way. Our unit was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Will return in April for spring break. One downside: parking is a challenge

St Augustine getaway

The place was fairly well stocked with things we needed during our stay. My only complaint would be that some of the beds had sand in them and others had spots and smelled as though they had not been recently laundered. I had to wash linens before my daughter could sleep. The food trucks were a nice surprise. Beach access and the pool and the amount of room we had were all great!

Beach and St Augustine

Great location. Beautiful property with a great view of the ocean and pool. Clean and well stocked condo with plenty of room to spread out. Grandkids had a blast swimming and playing racket ball. We will definitely return to this unit in our next trip :)

Beachside location with an indoor heated pool.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great, very close to groceries when we wanted to cook, and plenty of good restaurants for dining out. It's also close to many sight seeing attractions. The beach is wide and great for walking. The master bed is high and you may need a little boost to get into it and the master bath has a jetted tub that also may require assistance getting in and out due to its height. We had issues with the internet shortly after arrival, but the maintenance folks were quick to rectify that. The younger folks in our group loved the heated pool and sauna!

Great little condo

This unit was very nice. The only thing I would say needed updated was the room with the bunk beds but other than that it was great. The elevator did go out one full day while we were there and that would have been a struggle on check in or check out day but I feel like it got fixed promptly and didn’t cause too much inconvenience. The grounds around the pool area were very well kept and maintained.

Family vacation

We had a great time. Our children loved eating on the balcony. The playground and indoor pool kept them entertained as well. We had a little issue with the cleanliness. I don’t think it was cleaned in between us and the last guests. There were dirty towels hanging in the master bath, two of the beds were unmade, and the pots and pans were put away dirty. We had driven a long way with two toddlers that were tired and hungry and it was after hours, so we just washed towels and sheets and cleaned ourselves. Overall, I would stay here again, I would just try to get here during business hours to check the place first.

Excellent!

We were overly impressed with our stay at CR 1306! The property was VERY clean and we had access to everything we needed. We had an issue with our lock when we arrived but it was taken care of within minutes of our phone call. We are already looking into dates for next summer.

Great Trip

The Condo was spotless and just like described. We had more then enough room and had everything at our fingertips. We were close to food stores and downtown St. Augustine. Indoor pool was great for the kids because it was so cold outside. It was a short drive to beach entrance because of work being done to walkway. Outside was clean and kept very neat. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Nice quiet area

We liked the area that this condo is in. It’s close enough to everything, so you don’t have far to drive, yet just outside of it, so that you enjoy the peace and quiet. The pool is really nice as well.

Great place for family and friends

Condo was awesome! They had beach chairs boggie boards And everything u need! Two great pools! Location was great close to restaurants and downtown St.. Augustine !

Weekend Vacation

The location of and view from the unit was excellent. The unit had great AC that cooled nicely in 90+ degree weather. The fridge, ice maker, and washer/dryer all functioned very well and were updated. Overall, the rooms, beds, and furniture were comfortable. This would be have been a much better stay if the patio table and chairs were not rusted. We could not use the patio table due to it being so rusted and flaking large pieces of rust everywhere. We could not believe that the owners/management company think this table is acceptable. Another negative was the bunk beds did not have a ladder, and therefore the top bunk was not functional for our twin girls to use. Overall, nice stay, but would have been much better iff the two major negatives were corrected.

Great Condo

We had a great stay. The condo was very clean, the pool was large, and the beach was beautiful. We had a couple of rainy days, but the kids were still able to swim at the indoor pool. We had an issue with the gate code at first which was a little frustrating after the long drive, but I would stay at this resort again.

This is a great property with an easy walk to the beach, great outdoor and indoor pools. The place is kept very clean and neat. Plenty of sleeping accommodations for a large party. The only drawbacks I can think of is that the ice maker did not work and the lack of a rail for the top bunk can be scary for children, but a aftermarket rail was provided. I really liked the George Foreman large sized grill on the patio. Cooked great burgers. We would definitely rent this place again, however we would like to stay longer.
