Great location, Lovely villas

Accommodation was lovely. We were greeted by Sally on arrival who gave us some great tips of places to visit. The location was superb.

Lovely getaway

We had a lovely time at Mount Martha Villas. The apartment was nicely furnished, clean and very homely. The location is great. Very close to shops and restaurants.

A relaxing get-away

For a relaxing get-away Mt Martha Villas provides a wonderful base to experience the Mornington Peninsula. Our hosts Sally and John welcomed us to their property, set above a private beach and an easy stroll to Mt Martha village. Watching the sun set over the bay, visiting local wineries and sampling local produce... you can do it all from here.

Cute little villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway staying at this neat little villa unit. Clean, comfortable and short walk to beach access across the road. We would definitely go back.

Relaxing getaway stay!

We had a wonderful time here .... beach was directly opposite, went for morning beach walks both days and people we so friendly. We also stumbled across a morning yoga class on the beach which was fab!! Manager on site was lovely - told us a few cool little places to go in the area. Would definitely do it agin !!!

Comfortable stay

The king bed was the best part! So comfortable! Overall really lovely place, clean and comfortable. Not a lot of privacy if all the blinds are up and the shower head made this really annoying noise but otherwise we enjoyed our weekend away

Serene, comfortable and opposite the beach

My hubby and I had a lovely stay at these villa's. We arrived late at night and within a seven minute drive we were in Mornington which was full of liveliness and restaurants open late. The room was large, clean and modern and the bed was super comfortable. It was around a 1km walk into Mt Martha for a good breakfast and we walked back along the beach and up the stairs which were directly across the road from the villa. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Weekend Escape

What a beautiful place to spend the weekend. Great views over the ocean ( especially with a glass of bubbles). Nice walk down the steps to the beach. Not too far too walk from the village home after dinner. Very clean Property and the bed !!! Heaven ........

Beautiful unit but over the road from the beach

We were greeted so warmly by the owner of the property. She gave us a lovely orientation to the area and was very welcoming. The unit is beautifully decorated and very clean with an incredibly comfortable bed. Unfortunately we found the noise from the continuous holiday traffic on the main road by the Unit and the comings and goings outside the Unit too disturbing. The views from the Unit are gorgeous but the beach is actually across the road and 5 minutes down a steep path. It is a lovely beach though.

Excellent accommodation

We thoroughly enjoyed our several days stay at Mt Martha Villas. We chose the Dolphin Suite, which was excellent with it's outlook to the ocean, also viewed from the Adirondak chairs, whilst sipping a glass of wine at the end of an enjoyable day. Apart from the excellent presentation, his property is in a class all of it's own. we can thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for the "perfect" place to stay.

Pretty good, really - but BYO hair dryer

Best bed we have slept in for a while :-) Huuuuge and comfy. Biiiiig shower and plenty of water. Very nice and pretty much new unit (one of just two), well located (nice outdoor sitting area), and opposite the beach and about 10 min walk to the local shops. We had to borrow a hair dryer and iron/ironing board from the owners, because these appear not to be provided. Whilst there is a microwave and bar fridge in the room, and a BBQ available, it's not really suited (nor intended) that you cook regular meals, but there are a number of options for eating out in the local shopping area (try upstairs at Mr C's ... good winelist and very tasty tapas style plates). The boardwalk through the wetlands to The Briers is well worth doing, and the cafe there (opposite the visitor centre) does the best coffee we have had for some time! Their toasted ham and cheese sanger was pretty good too. Would we stay at Mt Martha Villas again? Yes.

Highly recommended

My husband and I stayed at Dolphin Villa over the Easter break. It's very clean and modern with beautiful views over the bay. It was great to wake up and look out onto the water. We also loved the location, it's close to wineries and restaurants but not as busy as some of towns on the Peninsula so we were able to relax and have some lovely walks. We highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mt Martha Villas - the hosts were wonderful there and very accommodating with good resources should you be short of things to do!The coastal but contemporary villas are everything you need and so comfortable. The best sleep I've had in a while. What more could you want. We shared cheese & wine whilst overlooking the water at sunset and it was R&R we badly needed. We look fwd to returning to Mt Martha villas for a time out again soon.
