19 Azul es un moderno, un dormitorio, casa rural independiente situado en el barrio residencial junto a la playa hermosa de Blackmans Bay. A sólo doce minutos de Hobart, es una base ideal para todos sus destinos turísticos del sur de Tasmania.

19 Azul ha sido amueblado y equipado con amor y cuidado: muebles de estilo rural y con muchos extras poco apreciado por los huéspedes.

Situado en el encantador jardín de los propietarios, 19 Blue es un pequeño oasis en este bonito suburbio tan cerca de la playa y otras atracciones.

Una terraza recorre toda la longitud de la parte delantera de la casa. Una terraza privada, en la parte trasera, hace un lugar ideal para una bebida relajante o un desayuno soleado por la mañana. La casa tiene vistas a la huerta del propietario desde el que se puede recoger verduras para sus propias necesidades.

El aparcamiento está en la calle.

19 Azul está totalmente equipada con una cama de matrimonio y lavandería. La cocina tiene una estufa y horno de microondas.

Generoso país de estilo ingredientes de desayuno se proporcionan, para su primera mañana, con tocino, huevos de la gama libre de los chooks del propietario y la botella de casa del propietario de frutas y muesli. Usted puede incluso ser la suerte de conseguir una barra de pan horneado en casa!

La casa está bien aislado con doble acristalamiento. La calefacción es eléctrica.

El salón tiene un reproductor de televisión / DVD con revistas y una carpeta con sugerencias de itinerarios de viaje de día. CD y una buena gama de DVD se proporcionan como son los juegos de mesa.

El centro de compras Bayview es sólo por el camino con una agencia de noticias, farmacia, consultorio médico, supermercado, comida para llevar y otras tiendas especializadas.

Blackmans Bay playa está a diez minutos a pie, donde encontrará 2 excelentes restaurantes: 'la playa' y Jack Loves Red. También Bombay en la bahía para la mejor comida india!

Kingston Beach está a unos diez minutos a pie que tiene una franja café y otras tiendas. Ambas playas tienen preciosa paseos del acantilado.

19 El azul es central para todos los principales destinos turísticos; el valle de Huon, D'Entrecasteaux canal con el ferry a la isla de Bruny solo unidad de veinte minutos de distancia. The house was cozy and comfortable with a well working heater. Check-in was straightforward and welcoming.The house is conveniently positioned not too far from shops and a good walk to Kingston Beach for some exercise and coffee. The gardens around the cottage are pretty and provide a couple of sitting spots for relaxing and reading a book.I look forward to my next trip to Blackmans Bay.

Beautiful restful stay

I booked this after working overseas for 6 months and wanting to surprise my family in the area. It was such a peaceful and homely place and I couldn’t recommend it enough 😊

Everything was as advertised. Judith & Chris have set the place up to feel homely. It is quiet and we had a welcome rest there. Thanks for the freshly homemade bread, butter, jam, milk and eggs. What an extra special treat.

Absolutely delightful

A beautiful welcome of delicious bread, with butter and homemade jam. Handmade soap in the shower was a lovely touch. The 'Alice's' were gorgeous. Judith and Chris are wonderful hosts.

Leanne, it was such a pleasure having you to stay and the lovely gift of YOUR beautiful soaps was so generous and much appreciated! We like to give our guests a really homely welcome and everyone seems to love the homemade bread and jam. The "Alices" for those who are wondering, are our four chickens who provide the eggs guests are given. Guests are welcome to come down, visit them and save their food scraps for them. Leanne, the Alices asked me to say they LOVED the pumpkin - thank you! To find out why they are called "The Alices" you'll need to come and stay at 19 Blue as Leanne has just done!

Little home away from home!

We loved our stay at 19 Blue! Such hospitable thoughtful hosts and there wasn't one thing to fault. Loved the fresh homemade bread and jam, and the fresh eggs and bacon. The location was also perfect to explore the Hobart surrounding areas during our first few days in Tassie. Highly recommended! Thanks Judith and Chris!

What a Gem!

Spent 10 days at 16 Blue and loved every minute of it. Cute, compact little cottage, very private with a beautiful garden. 10 out of 10 for our hosts, Judith and Chris, in providing the personal touches that make a property special. It was a lovely haven to return home to after a day of exploring. Blackmans Bay Beach is beautiful, as is the next bay across, Boronia Beach, both within easy walking distance. Would throughly recommend.

Perfect in every way

This property completely lived up to expectation. The accommodation was wonderful, very clean and comfortable. Location extremely convenient and nteraction with owners very lovely. This was everything needed to make this visit a delight. Looking forward to a repeat stay.

This is a lovely quiet place to stay; close to family, to Blackmans Bay, and with easy access to the city. It is quiet, comfortable in a very pleasant garden. The hosts are friendly and helpful. What more could one ask?

Comfortable and Cosy

My daughter and I stayed here and it was perfect for the 2 of us. It was nice and warm and had everything we needed.It also had a terrific view which I enjoyed every morning while having my morning coffee. The homemade touches Judith put in the property were lovely. Highly reccommended.

Home away from Home

What a wonderful stay we had at 19 Blue! The cottage was beautifully appointed, so very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtfulness that had gone into the needs of the traveller. The generous provision of breakfast items was most welcome. We especially loved the peaceful setting, the trees and cottage garden, the bird life to observe, and of course, the chooks! The owners, Judith and Chris, were very welcoming, considerate and helpful. We look forward to another stay at 19 Blue, our home away from home! Thank you for a memorable 5 days at 19 Blue.

A wonderful stay!

We recently gave ourselves a short break from grandparent activities and had a most wonderful stay at 19 Blue. The location suited us perfectly: a short zippy trip into Hobart, and easy access to Bruny Island, Cygnet and southern bays and forests. In addition 19 Blue is gorgeous; lovely garden with cornflowers and Cecil Brunner roses together with home bottled fruit and organic broad beans to pick. Loved the chooks too, didn't have to waste any food scraps. The cottage is really comfortable and set up with such care and consideration. Hosts Judith and Chris are friendly, caring and absolutely considerate. We'd love to return.

I had a wonderful stay at 19Blue. The owners, Judith and Chris, are very welcoming, it is peaceful and very comfortable with lots of home-baked extras all put out for you. It feels like a home from home with everything you could want. Now that I've stayed once I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. I loved it!

I loved this property the moment I walked into it. So quiet, comfortable and with many home-baked goodies to see you through the first three days. All the amenities are first class and there's nothing you could want for - this is just a perfect home from home. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else now that I've sampled the delights of 19Blue. I'll be back!

We were very happy with our choice of 19 Blue for our Tasmanian holiday. We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed into a warm and inviting dwelling. Breakfast supplies meant we did not have to rush to the shops. We found that all our basic needs were covered and we enjoyed the little luxury touches. Our hosts were most caring and willing to help in any way possible.

We put a lot of love & care into making your stay comfortable & just that little bit different. 19 Blue is furnished with eclectic things all combining to give a country feel. The home made bread & jam plus eggs from our own chooks are delicious! You are welcome to come down & visit the chooks & bring them your food scraps & also pick any, in season, fruit & veggies from our garden. 19 Blue is the very opposite of a slick, bland, hotel chain! It has character & soul... You can purchase our own jams & chutneys plus our lovely homemade soaps too which make lovely holiday gifts.
We respect your privacy but are also on hand to help & advise & welcome you down for a cuppa or glass of wine if you are the sociable types!!

19 Blue is just that bit different so satisfies those who are looking for a holiday cottage with a Country Vibe! It is set in a lovely garden and has views over Blackmans Bay. Despite being just fifteen minutes from Hobart it has a rural feel to it with beaches and the bush just minutes away. It stands at the gateway to the Huon Valley and the D'Entrecasteaux Channel and is just twenty minutes drive away from the Bruny Island Ferry Terminal.
Yet, it also offers local cafes, shops and amenities such as doctors, a library and hairdressers.
The trendy Kingston Beach is only two minutes down the road.
Your hosts, Judith and Chris Cornish are caring and friendly and you will find a brilliant Information Folder with suggestions for day trips to do in the area. Our many Reviews on different websites all bear testimony to 19 Blue and its charms. We look forward to welcoming YOU soon.
