Hola y gracias por ver Celadon 108.

Este condominio ha sido decorado profesionalmente y en un 1 ° PISO muy deseado. Estamos ubicados en la playa con vista al mar desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal.

En este hermoso condominio, las aguas cristalinas del Golfo de México nunca están fuera de su sitio. ¡Las vistas desde la cocina, la sala de estar, el dormitorio principal y el balcón son increíbles y constantes!

Esta unidad incluye servicio de silla de playa! Obtendrá dos sillas de playa acolchadas y una sombrilla todos los días que esté aquí ... ¡SIN cargo adicional!

La cocina está bien equipada para todas sus necesidades de cocina, incluida una cafetera, refrigerador grande, microondas y horno con anafe.

El dormitorio principal ofrece una cama king size con acceso al balcón frontal del golfo, vestidor y baño completo con tocador doble.

El segundo dormitorio ofrece una cama king, armario completo y baño contiguo.

La habitación adicional con literas tiene literas gemelas. Hay puertas francesas que se pueden cerrar por privacidad. Como beneficio adicional, ¡también tenemos un sistema de juegos PlayStation!

Hay un sofá cama Queen, y empaca y juega para usar si es necesario.

Todas las habitaciones cuentan con TV con reproductor de DVD. También hay un bonito televisor LCD de 42 'en la sala de estar, junto con un sistema estéreo y un centro de DVD.

Este fabuloso condominio está ubicado en Celadon Beach Resort, que es uno de los principales lugares de vacaciones familiares de Panama City Beach. Celadon ofrece muchas habitaciones de playa para todos, sin otros condominios de gran altura al oeste. ¡Hay dos piscinas geniales, una climatizada (según la temporada) y 2 jacuzzis!

Otras comodidades incluyen una cancha de tenis y un gimnasio ubicado en el lado norte de la propiedad Celadon. Para aquellos de ustedes que aman cocinar al aire libre, hay parrillas de carbón y mesas de picnic en el extremo oeste del edificio.

Celadon también ofrece una gran sala para recepciones de bodas o reuniones de negocios, esto requiere un pago de alquiler por separado y en realidad se maneja a través del Celadon HOA. ¡Es un gran lugar para organizar un evento!

Great location, beautiful condo, very nicely furnished and decorated. Well stocked for all needs. The included beach chairs were a great bonus. The only minor negative was some very old and too worn kitchen cookware. We would recommend this unit and would love to stay here again.

PCB not for us.

The condo itself was very nice and well appointed. The property management however does not enforce the no smoking policy at all. There were people smoking and vaping all over the property. The beach chairs are also set up about 10 inches away from each other leaving virtually no room to comfortably enjoy them, especially when people on both sides are playing loud music and smoking. People were also allowed to set up their own chairs and umbrellas in front of the beach chairs. On a number of occasions the chair guys could not be found, set up late, and took them down early. At one point, I was sitting under the umbrella in the rain and they came along and took it down. Again, the condo itself is very nice but the crowds, disappointing chair service, and smokers will cause us to choose a different location in the future.

Great Spring Break Get-away

This property was perfect except when we arrived, it had not been cleaned yet. This is the first time this has ever happened to us, and after a 7.5 hour drive, it was a bit disappointing, but I must admit the property manager got on it immediately, and by the time we returned from the grocery store, it had been cleaned, so other than that we have no complaints. (She also refunded our cleaning fee, which we appreciated) I loved being in the Western-most condo in PCB (which is the quiet side of town). My kids enjoyed the hot-tubs and heated pool. Thomas’ Donuts was right down the street, and a huge hit! We also ate at Dee’s Hangout, which had a great smoked fish dip! I loved that we only had to walk down one flight of stairs to get to the beach!

Quiet and Relaxing

The condo is exactly as pictured. Very quiet, not as busy as the east part of Panama city. Lovely place.

Perfect view of ocean

We recently stayed here as a family with a 2 and 4 year old. The condo had everything we needed from a changing table to kids flatware. My kids enjoyed reading the different children books they had, shell hunting and swimming in the heated pool. The location was perfect also for us, removed from all the crowds and close enough to walk to Thomas's donuts and Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar. The decor of the condo was elegant beachy and felt like home for the week. Loved that it had a washer and dryer in the condo, so I won't come home with tons of laundry. Would return.

The perfect location

This condo is perfect first floor location for unloading and parking across the street. Beautiful home with plenty of room and a wonderful kitchen with lots of utensils etc.

Awesome Condo

This is a great condo. Loved the décor, such a beachy feel. The beds and furniture were all comfortable. The unit was clean, and well stocked with most everything we needed. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. It was so nice being on the first floor, and never needing to use the elevator. Perfect location for us, on the west end of PCB. Much quieter, and a lot less traffic. We're looking forward to coming back, and staying in this condo again.

Great condo!

This was a great condo with very convenient location on the first floor. We enjoyed being on the west end of PCB with a more family friendly vibe for our younger children’s spring break. The beach was perfection! The condo was clean, well stocked and well decorated! The beds were comfortable! You won’t regret booking this unit. We will likely return!

Fall Break at the Beach

We've stayed at the Celadon many times and always enjoy our time there. This property was no exception. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. The first floor suited our needs perfectly. I can't wait to return and would love to book this condo again!

Would stay here again!

I really loved everything about this place. So nicely decorated, plenty of places to sit AND enjoy the ocean views, nice balcony furniture, if your into watching t.v. on vacation you have plenty of channels. There are movies and books at your disposal. Kitchen well stocked. Being on the 1st floor is WONDERFUL! No waiting for elevators. And the VIEW! Worth every penny!

Bunk room is not a “bunk” room

First the listing said it had 2 double beds in the bunk room but after sending messages to the agent, I found out it was only a double bed. We had 3 children so we had to bring a blow up mattress. It is changed now on the website. Check in was a nightmare having to wait 30-40 minutes on a cart and everyone trying to get on the elevator. The fitted sheet kept coming off the bed coming into the doorway several times a night. It was nice that it was on the first floor but I think it was a little overpriced. Everything that needed attention, Alesia sent in a maintenance order and everything was promptly repaired. View of the ocean was great!

We stayed in 108 first floor. However it was quite. Easy access to parking deck. Not too much traffic even during high flow hours

Family vacation

Loved the location of the complex and unit (first floor). It was Memorial Day week and the beach was somewhat crowded. Enjoyed the facilities and all they offered (two pools, tennis courts, hot tub, exercise room, beach chairs). Would book again.

We had a great 7 day stay. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Check in was painless and the being on the1st floor was great for coming and going to the beach. Still had a great view of the beach from this level.
