Gracias por ver nuestro condominio para sus vacaciones en el Golfo.

Estás directamente en el golfo. El amplio balcón es perfecto para escuchar las olas que llegan a la orilla, disfrutar de su taza de café por la mañana, relajarse con un buen libro y ver hermosas puestas de sol sobre el agua verde esmeralda.

Permanecer en el lujo en nuestro condominio totalmente amueblado y recientemente actualizado sexto piso. Ver las fotos para ver por ti mismo. Tanto la sala de estar como el dormitorio principal dan al Golfo. Acceda al balcón desde cualquier habitación. . Televisores de alta definición, cable y WIFI gratuito están incluidos.

También le ofrecemos servicio de playa GRATUITO. El servicio de playa es estacional del 1 de marzo al 31 de octubre. Este servicio incluye dos sillones con sombrilla.

Nuestro condominio está ubicado en el Celadon Beach Resort en las tranquilas y familiares playas de Panama City Beach. Al permanecer en el extremo oeste, estará a minutos de todo y de mundos lejos del tráfico y el ruido. Esta ubicación es la mejor de ambos mundos.

Celadon Beach Resort es un complejo de primera clase con todas las comodidades que desea para unas excelentes vacaciones. Hay dos piscinas, una junto a la playa y una piscina cubierta / descubierta, dos jacuzzis, cancha de tenis, gimnasio, casa club con cocina completa (disponible para alquilar para eventos especiales o reuniones), 2 áreas de pícnic y parrillas y estacionamiento cubierto en garaje. .

En la playa encontrará nuevas motos acuáticas, parapente, kayak y otros juguetes acuáticos para alquilar. Reserve un viaje de pesca en alta mar o un tour de delfines desde la cabaña de la playa. Estamos cerca de campos de golf, pesca y muchas actividades divertidas. Puedes alquilar bicicletas o un bote cerca. ¡Con todas estas opciones disponibles, tendrá unas vacaciones verdaderamente memorables!

Not enough towels for big family, no keurig, bed pillows were flat, no dishwasher cleaner, dryer wouldn’t cut off. Overall was very clean just no extra anything.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the space! Parking was easy, and the beach access was the most convenient we’ve had at PCB. Also a great pool/hot tub area with ocean view! Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for families and friends!

This condo was perfect for our 7 people! The layout worked well and the ocean view is breathtaking!! The owner was easy to reach when I had a quick question! They really thought of everything, including a stocked kitchen for cooking! It is beautifully decorated and was very comfortable. The condo itself is all inclusive and has a very convenient beach access! The parking garage is across the street and has a glass walk over with easy elevator access! There are also two beautiful pools and hot tubs to enjoy! I would highly recommend this condo/unit to a family as it is the perfect spot!

Beautiful beach condo!

This condo was perfect! Just as the pictures say! Right on the beach, beautiful sunsets, dolphins in the water every morning playing Beach service was an awesome perk! Host was easy to contact and very responsive, the only reason I had to contact them was the WiFi password had recently changed. We would definitely stay again!

Great property!

Easy, conveniently located to many shops, grocery, gas etc Overall condo features were good. Didn’t have common utensils in kitchen (pizza cutter) or a large knife but we made do. Would def stay here again!

Great week at the beach

This is a beautiful condo - perfect beach access with a large balcony that opens to master bedroom and living area. We especially enjoyed the Adirondack chairs for reading. There were only 2 of us but the condo will accommodate 6 with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The condo manager, Alesia, is a jewel and any problems you may have will be addressed quickly and efficiently. All in all we had a wonderful stay with gorgeous weather, sunny days and gorgeous sunsets.

Great vacation!!

Wonderful property! Clean and exactly as described! I contacted someone about a question I had and had a response within minutes! We saw dolphins swimming by every morning, sea turtles another day and even a manatee swimming by. We loved how close Thomas Donuts is to the Celadon as its a favorite of ours. Loved the 6th floor location. Had no issues with the elevators. Thank you for a grest stay! Hope to be back!

Loved this property, couldn't ask for more! Beautiful views, away from the business yet close to enough to make this an enjoyable spot. Only thing that I did not care for was the parking. Although there is parking, carrying in large amounts of items required walking to the crossover, obtaining a cart, taking it back to the parking garage, taking it to the room and then having to take it back to the 2nd floor cart area.

Wonderful Vacation Getaway for The Family!

Wow! Beautiful, clean, spacious Condo and great view of the ocean!!, Amazing location!! My husband and I along with our 12 year old son, and daughters 15 & 17 really enjoyed our stay! The beach service that came with the Condo this time was unbelievable, so much so that we didn’t need all the wonderful beach accessories that were provided inside the Condo for beach use. I have only wonderful things to say about renting this Condo! I gave it 4 Stars ONLY because all kids said they wished the rooms weren’t so bright so they could sleep in- maybe a pull down darkening shade for bedtime???? Also, tubs do not drain well while showering. Other than that, we would LOVE TO RENT 602 AGAIN on our next visit to PCB. Thank you!!!

Needs Work

We got a call shortly before checking in that the air conditioning was out at the unit. I understand that is not the fault of the owner or anyone else however when you're staying in August this is not a very pleasant thing to hear. The repairman did get it fixed however we were told that as hot as it was in the unit it would take most of the evening to cool down. We had to go to the store to buy fans to be able to sleep without it being uncomfortable. The unit was NOT clean at all. The dust build up in the kitchen was very thick, and the floors could not have been cleaned in some time because walking around barefoot our feet were filthy. The toilet in the hallway bathroom had not been cleaned and had marks all around the inside from someone using the toilet. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes also. I was very upset at the fact that cleaning charge was included in the price when it was clearly not cleaned when we got there.

I will give it an OK

The building had 3 elevators with one additional elevator in the parking garage. There was at least one elevator not working every day we were there. It took 2-3 days to fix a couple of them including the one in the parking garage which was a big issue with peoe loading and unloading their cars. This was a big inconvenience to vacationers trying to get to their rooms or the beach. There were several lamps, bathroom lights, and microwave with burned out or missing bulbs (I did not reprt this to maintenance). The washing machine stopped working on Wednesday and was reported that morning. It took until Friday to get a new one installed. With 3 adults and 3 teenagers that was a lot of dirty clothes and towels that puled up because we could not wash them. The so called front bedroom with the bunkbeds was about the size of a closet and was hot due to only a small ceiling vent and no return duct. You could not close the door because the room would get too hot.

Needs work!

Let me start by saying we were 3 generations staying in this condo. With the exception of two dinners within our 7 day stay, we prepared all meals at the condo. In general, the condo is past due for a deep clean. Lamps, wall hangings, drapes, baseboards were heavily dusty. Furnishings are cheap, offer little storage and are in need of replacement. Main bedroom with ocean view- drapes are pinch pleat with not enough hooks on the rod so large portions of the drapes are just hanging loose and covered with dust. Headboard is not properly attached to bed frame. It doesn’t sit on the floor and dangles. Because it is not secure it bounces against the wall every time you move. Mattress and box spring are very noisy like something is broken. The quilt on the bed and the pillow cases were dirty. I found a clean quilt and pillowcases in the closet. Both bathrooms have tubs. Neither one has any texture , adhesive strips or other mats. They are very slick and a fall hazard. We purchased tub mats to use. I left one. Hopefully housekeeping left it for future use. Lots of glass top furniture that, with children, looks awful very quickly. Nothing provided to clean them. There were multiple nylon brooms in the laundry room. They had to have the hair and dirt removed from them to be used. The kitchen was very poorly stocked. All three cookie sheets are burnt and disgusting. They had to be covered to be used. The skillets are in dire need of replacement. Peeling Teflon.

Loved our stay

We loved our stay, great location and very nice condo. They had Everything needed for cooking and eating in, which we did the whole time. Condo was clean and comfortable. I would suggest bringing your own beach towels (which we did) because there was only one available for use and understandably, you can't take the bath towels to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would most definitely stay there again.

Die Lage als auch der Strand waren top, die Aussicht wunderschön und ruhig, die zwei Pools waren ok aber nichts besonderes. Der Fußboden war leider nicht sauber genauso wie der Wohnzimmertisch, des Weiteren waren die Toiletten etwas lose.

We are Brad, Diane and Leah Rindal. We live in Minnesota and spend much of the summer on a lake up north. Purchasing this beachfront condo was a perfect fit for our family. Brad is a dentist, Diane is a district attorney and Leah is a 6th grader. We plan to spend several weeks a year at this property when the weather is cold in Minnesota. When the Minnesota lakes call our name, renting the property to other families just makes sense.

We are committed to maintaining and updating our property. In late 2015 we installed a new HVAC system and freshened the look in the master bedroom, living room and bathrooms.

We strive to make your experience great by being responsive throughout the entire rental experience. We simply ask that you respect our property and let us know how we can improve. The first step in that process starts with a phone conversation so you can get to know our property manager. (Alesia Daugherty) She will provide you with information that will benefit all guest that come for a vacation. .

When planning our annual spring break, we chose Panama City Beach. We selected Celadon Beach Resort because it only rented to families and older adults. We were looking for a location that was quiet and away from the busy nightlife. After exploring the area and seeing properties in the area, we decided this was an ideal fit. The location is quiet but close to everything you need, the gulf views are spectacular, the building is very well cared for and the amenities are just right. By the time spring break was up we had signed a purchase agreement. We hope our story will give you a flavor for us and our condo.

Your rental provides covered parking across the street, two heated pools (one heated seasonally), two hot tubs, a fitness room and tennis courts. Beach towels, four beach chairs, a portable shelter and beach toys are included with your unit. We also stocked our condo with movies and books for you to enjoy. You have a fully functional kitchen and a washer/dryer. You will have everything your family needs to kick back and relax by the beach. If something isn't right, we want to hear from you. You will be able to contact Alesia by phone or email. We want you to have a great vacation! We simply ask that you take good care of our property.
