Beautiful sunrise view overlooking the ocean. We loved being able to walk right out onto the beach, and the condo was stocked with everything we needed and more to have the perfect stay. Would definitely come back!

Perfect beach vacation!

Second time staying here and once again, it did not disappoint. Has everything you need and is very clean. Had breakfast on the beach every morning. Will stay here every time I’m in the area.

Walking distance to just about anything you wanted to do.

There was four couples within two blocks of each other on Cocoa Beach. Cocoa Nuts on the beach was our go to after our beach trips. Bed was very comfy and location was perfect!

Excellent stay.

Konstantin was an outstanding host. We stayed here last year and it is still as pleasant and comfortable as last year. Access to the beach is so convenient and the little shops around DT Cocoa Beach was a plus.

1950s Charm/ clean

Nice little on the beach condo. Everything is functional. It is very clean but has some rustic charm. We would have liked a blackout curtain on the bedroom window. Owner was quick to answer questions and offer local advice for restaurants. Overall a good value to be at the beach.

Great place to stay.

Easy access to the beach. Miles of beach walking just 1 minute from the door. Great ocean view and sunrises. Very clean and comfortable. Will come back here again! Resturants in walking distance yet away from the busiest part of Cocoa Beach.

Perfect location

Quick walk to the beach, close to restaurants, easy to find and get in and out of. The furniture in the living room has been updated and is very nice. The bed is VERY comfortable and the washer/dryer is awesome!!

Loving Cocoa Beach

Me and my husband stayed at this property July 1-8, 2021. Very nice room, just as described. A lot of reviews complained about the air conditioning but we did not have a problem with it. Also one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. If your planning on staying in Cocoa Beach I would recommend this place. Only downfall we had is you can not see the beach from the room even though it has a very nice patio.

Great location and excellent owner

Everything was good but the A/C was broken. Owner just said he new it was an old unit and needed to be replaced but he’s still renting it. Aside from that set back in 92 outside temp (inside was 83). It was very nice. Clean home and location was perfect. Would stay here again but with a functional A/C unit.

Air conditioner not working!!

Would have been fine if the air conditioner worked. The a/c unit was obviously well past it's time. Owner said it was an older unit and would have to be replaced so not able to fix it. I would reccomend confirming that they put in a new unit before staying. Nice location.

Convenient affordable would go back!

Good getaway for 2. Walkable nightlife and beach in the back yard! Wouls stay here again. TV was hard to figure out but could be my age and no Wifi? Asked the property mangers for the password on day 1, and got no reply.

Enjoyable And Convenient Location

The location wasn’t far from the attractions of the area. The porch offers a perfect view of the launch platform at Kennedy Space Center. Getting to and from the location wasn’t bad, and traffic was very smooth. The condo was a little warmer during the day, but that didn’t matter much as we were outside / at the space center during that time.

Great place to stay, very convenient and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay on the beach. Perfect for a couple or small family. Clean and a nice quiet area.

Great location right on beach, 2 blocks from cafes, ice cream store, 4 blocks from restaurants. Could use some updating but very very clean. Owner very responsive to questions.

Great Location

Great location on the beach near Minuteman Parkway. Make sure you contact the property manager before you arrive to get the keycode. We had to wait a half hour after check-in to get our keycode.

Great place!

It was very clean! Some of the furniture was different than what was pictured and the Wi-Fi had been changed from the instructions I got. But all in all it was a great stay great location!
