Good location

Good location, small but manageable, cheaper than nightly motel accommodation, you get what you pay for. Fun feeding the rainbow lorikeets. Overall, can't complain.

Grubby and old . Kitchen new and ok . Lot of junk in bedroom cupboards and should be removed . Rusty clothes air dryer, cockroaches in kitchen . Curtains half hanging off curtain rails in bedroom and Lounge . Close to shops ,post office ,restaurants and beach was good .

The property is in a good location and the price was very reasonable. However I think you should hire new cleaners. The property was quite dirty. Bedroom cupboard was also falling apart and chipboard was falling onto carpets. Very noisy

Smelt. Dust everywhere that you could write in. Curtains off tracks. Dark and depressing. Main bedroom overlooked a rubbish skip. Place you would go to end it all. Disgrace.

Beautiful area not so good unit

On arrival the unit was extremely dusty/dirty and in poor repair. Utensils in the kitchen were melted or damaged. Bathroom curtains were moldy. Equipment supplied to clean property was also in poor repair and poor quality. There was a man in another unit taking pictures of the children in the pool. I would not recommend this unit for families. However the are itself is beautiful and I would definitely visit the area again.

Not very happy

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being a retired clearner, The unit was not up to standard to be rented out for the $$$ that was paid, Beds are hard as concrete Microwave didn't work,We had to clean some of the plates and cutlery we wanted to use before using them. Needs some repairs done,some new curtains that are clean/free of mould and can be open and closed properly. Bathroom could do with some work as well.Internet would be an advantage for the people staying in doors on rainy days.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really like staying in Flynn’s Beach , this apartment was just what we needed for our stay in Port Macquarie. Great coffee shop and some lovely restaurants nearby, post office and general store just around the corner. There is a few things that need attention, but nothing major. I love listening to the ocean while in bed at night, will definitely stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The people at Wiseberry are fine, the property itself is very dated. The pool and surrounds are well kept. The kitchen floor has holes, the bathroom toilet needs a jiggle to flush properly, the shower doesn't drain well, the balcony screen door comes off its rails. There is carpet throughout and it has a bit of a smell.Pet peeve is that the kitchen cupboards were a mess. I'd want the plates to be kept together, glasses together. They were put willy nilly in all different cabinets. I actually started my stay by cleaning the kitchen cabinets inside and out and the window. You're welcome.

Reasonably priced for a tidy unit

We enjoyed our stay. Fantastic location! Unit is located in an older style building - mostly original. There is a new kitchen installed which has been well equipped. The unit was fairly clean. Not luxury accommodation but adequate if you're after something reasonably priced. Communication from the Real Estate was very good - easy to book, pay and pick up/drop off keys.

It's not flash but good value for money

If your expecting a flash luxury place then this is not for you. But if you want somewhere that is sufficient, well priced and literally a 2 minute walk to the beach (Flynns Beach, a great beach for kids)
