We very much enjoyed our stay at the property for our dad‘s 80th. It had amazing ocean views off both decks. Lindsay was an excellent host and very quick at responding to any queries.

Beautifully appointed property, facilities are fantastic and the location and views just perfect. Lindsay was very accommodating and responsive, and I would absolutely stay again!

The house suited our needs excellently. We had 6 adults and 4 children and it 'was very comfortable for us.The kitchen table was large, and we could play cards and games together. The hot tub was enjoyed by those that used it.The views were magnificent, The host communicated well and kept me informed on how tn get the key and any other information that was relevant to our stay.Couldn't fault anything and I thought we were very lucky to have access to such a lovely home.

Epic house, great location, awesome view. So glad we stayed up on the hill in coolum and not in Noosa itself.free Netflix, 2 fridges, huge shower, 15 person spa. The highlight was sitting out on the deck. Just incredible. Will be back 100%.

This property is very suitable for a couple requiring wheelchair access while 4 other couples can go down the stairs to their rooms. Highly recommend.

Family Getaway

We booked the property for the extended family to have a little getaway. The property was wonderful and suited our needs. The view is absolutely amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Panoramic Hilltop Getaway

The house is perfectly positioned on the hilltop to enjoy the panoramic coastal views from the balcony. We had a lovely time away and enjoyed being close by to the beaches and cafes at Coolum. We’d be more than happy to stay with our friends and dogs again!

Stunning views and great house

The house had 5 great bedrooms, 3 with views. The lounge had good seating and the dining table could fit all 8 of us. There’s a selection of games to play as well. We had a great time.

Birthday getaway

We had a wonderful time, the views from the deck are spectacular and we all had fun whale watching. The bird choruses in the morning were beautiful. The accomodation was spacious and accommodated our large group, loved the big table we could all sit around, where we talked and had fun. It was great to be able to have our dogs and they loved their stay and trips to the beach. Lovely communication with the owner.

Best Accommodation In Coolum

Breathtaking views. Gorgeous home with quality fittings and appliances. So much thought has been placed into every aspect of this property making our stay so memorable. A doable walk to the beach and bustling Coolum shops, yet this property is set in the quietest street amongst the trees. We did not want to leave. Absolute paradise in every way.

Stunning Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coolum. The accommodation suited all our needs. There were eight of us, including our elderly parents and we were able to manage quite well with the layout. The views were stunning and we were able to soak up the morning sun on the very comfortable swing chair on the upper deck. Although there wasn’t a television upstairs it didn’t bother us as we were able to connect better, playing cards and chatting. Lindsay was extremely accommodating and I would highly recommend this accommodation. We loved Coolum itself, which was only a couple of minutes drive away or 20-30 min walk (if you’re reasonably fit). Great boardwalks to walk along and our favourite haunt was Yum Gelato Coolum Beach for great smoothies, juices, shots and of course gelato! The town has just a little bit of everything.

Sea for yourself!

The property was well appointed and instructions provided in clear form. Lindsay was very responsive to issues that were beyond his control but he made a superlative effort and helped to ensure our last morning did include the spa which is really worth getting into! Thank you Lindsay and for the special offer you provided us, it was so much appreciated. We hope to come back and we were really impressed with the natural beauty of Coolum Beach. A visit to Noosa was too easy, lovely to visit but just as good to leave for Coolum Beach. A must, is a visit to Montville to browse the art work and have a lovely breakfast whilst enjoying the most amazing natural views that Montville offers. Very relaxing week left us ready for all 2023 might bring! Best Michele and Andrew

Fabulous "Big Chill" Weekend

Ten long-term friends stayed at Grandview at Coolum for our 41st annual gathering. The beautiful house was well suited to a large group and we very much enjoyed the well-appointed accommodation, the magnificent view from the deck, the spacious and well-appointed kitchen with two fridges, the huge dining table, the commodious couches in the two living rooms, the quality of the bed-linen, the comfortable beds, the luxurious bathrooms and the fun of the hot tub. We were close enough to shops and the beach yet felt the advantage of having our own private space away from the buzz of Coolum Village. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding. The owner was very responsive and communicative especially with tips re parking and bin night. All of us felt very lucky to have found such a special place to celebrate friendship - and our guests who stayed elsewhere and came to the house for a big shared dinner and recovery breakfast were equally impressed. Thank you to our hosts and your cleaners for the effort you went to in making your outstanding property available to us as we made many special memories during our fantastic long weekend stay.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with our friends. This property actually has enough chairs for all guests to sit around the dining table and enough lounge space for us all too. Well looked after property, beautiful bathrooms and good size bedrooms. We will happily stay here again. Lindsay is a great host!
