DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA PROPIEDAD:

Esta casa de playa de buen gusto combina toques clásicos con un moderno veraniego
apelación.

Recientemente renovado, la propiedad incluye sala de estar hundida, comedor con puertas que dan a un patio soleado, tercera sala 'chill out zona' y cocina elegante acabado en rojo vibrante.
La cocina tiene un servicio para comidas fáciles en cualquier terraza entretenida al aire libre.
La terraza da a la piscina laguna tropical con la característica de rocalla.
En el nivel inferior de la casa, cuatro habitaciones bien equipadas disfrutan del uso de baños recientemente renovados, el principal con baño privado.

El baño principal incluye una generosa ducha y una profunda bañera cuadrada.

El cuarto dormitorio tiene puertas que dan al jardín de césped - es un enorme espacio ideal como una zona de juegos para los niños m��s.

Family Getaway

The Pod was perfect for a family getaway especially with older teenage children as the space ensured all had own large bedrooms and space to hang out without being in top of each other. Great pool and only 10 min walk to the beach.

Awesome house

Great house for our romantic break, very relaxing & great location. Our fur baby loved it & the space was great for him to hang out with us. We'd love to come back with for a group family holiday because there's so much room to spread out and enjoy the house together. Clean & well presented, all the necessary facilities & amenities. Lovely welcome hamper.

Holiday bliss

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay .... the surrounds of the house and the pool were well manicured ... the house was clean and small care packages made our arrival easy and thoughtful ... communication with the agents was easy and helpful ... the location meant we were three minutes from a patrolled beach and from Peregian Beach shops and a variety of eateries ... it is an ideal house for a family stay as it is spacious and well appointed with everything needed when travelling with three young kids

Weekend getaway

Whilst the house was nice, the pool required cleaning and not inviting, the pool cleaner did not work at all during our stay. The process of booking and checking in/out was easy. A large house great for families however it requires more than 1 TV. Bedrooms could do with better blinds, not everyone enjoys being woken up by the sun. It is located in a quiet location.

Nice home in quiet location

The Pod is well set out but the fifth bedroom located at the back of the garage is not easily accessible. Stairs can be challenging and access to bathroom is via the garage so it’s not an ideal five bedroom property. Heated pool is great and street location is good. Property managers were very responsive to queries

Top Dog friendly Beach House

The house has great spaces for large and small gatherings. Outdoor areas great for people and dogs alike. Pool was fantastic rooms and beds were good. Easy access to beach and surrounding areas. Will definitely considered using this place again.

What a lovely spot

We had a fantastic time!! The house is large and spacious, and has everything you need. Close to the beach and town centre, it's a real home away from home. Wish we could have stayed longer and we will stay again!

We really liked the Pod, very comfortable and nice

Loved the spot very nice. Battled with the different remotes, leave some instructions next time. The pool cleaner did not operate once while we were there, so the pool got a dirty. When more than one shower was used at the sane time the water dropped off completely making one of the two users battle with water. But overall it was a great spot and would come and stay again in the future Thank you

Good location, well stocked with all necessities (plus bonuses), however, a slight lingering dog smell. Perhaps candles/incense burners would help

Lovely property great location

We had a lovely time, property was very well presented and comfortable although some areas weren’t as spacious as the photos looked, but that could be just me!! The check in check out process was excellent and well communicated. Welcome platter was a lovely gesture thank you. Overall I highly recommend the Pod.

Spacious & Relaxing

The staff at HomeAway were very efficient, professional ,friendly and helpful. "The Pod" is a terrific place for a holiday stay with large spacious rooms and areas that is let down by the vehicle garaging. The double garages consist of one with a motorized door (but no remote controller) and the other door is an aged manual door. The garages have been modified to allow for stairs up to the loft which means you can JUST fit in a small vehicle with no room to walk around or past the vehicle. If you put a small vehicle behind the manual door you could not get up to the loft. Once the garage doors are closed there is insufficient room to park a normal vehicle straight on between the garage doors and the motorized sliding security gate to the property. The vehicle has to be parked on an angle thus restricting the apron to one vehicle. The guttering appears to be gutter guarded but needs to be cleaned and/or repaired as it constantly drips to the extent that a concrete paving tile at the front left hand corner of the garages has been all but eroded away. OF MAJOR CONCERN from a safety aspect is the large unguarded drop from the paved patio down to the area outside the sunken lounge. This is a serious fall hazard and needs to be fenced onto the house. These comments are meant as constructive criticism as we did enjoy our stay of seven nights and would book the property again.

It was fabulous!

The house was very very comfortable, spacious, modern, beautifully presented, bonus with air con and pool, very close to Peregian and Noosa what more could you want? Nothing, it was fabulous :) We had a beautiful platter of special treats and wine ready for our arrival which was totally unexpected and such a wonderful surprise. We really appreciated the special touch. Booking staff were excellent, have nothing but positive words to say about the whole experience, it was excellent, thank you. Stayed 16/10/2017 to 20/10/2017

Very good property

We enjoy our holiday at the Pod. The house is big, comfortable and well equipped. The location is close to the beach, to Peregian beach an Noosa. We loved taking our dog to the off leash are in Marcus beach. I recommend the property.

Great family and dog friendly house

We really enjoyed our stay. Great size property. Rooms were a good size too. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Lovely pool! Only a short drive from Peregian Beach and Noosa.

The house was very spacious, fresh and modern.

Provisions made for our dogs were very appreciated, eg. dog bowls and tennis balls. Being able to have our dogs come on holidays with us, was amazing. The facilities made our stay convenient. The dishwasher, washing machine and dryer were fantastic. Everything was clean and well maintained to a high standard. Bed was very comfortable, which is very important. Thank you very much, we really enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer. Booking was made very easy, the service was very friendly and efficient. Stayed 24/05/2016 to 27/05/2016
