Cabaña Weatherboard de 3 dormitorios en Mornington. A pie de playa y tiendas. 2 camas de matrimonio y 1 cama individual con cama extraíble. Recién pintado y completamente renovado con pisos pulidos en todas partes. 2 baños, incluido un baño privado. 1 sala de estar grande con capacidad para 6+ personas, TV x 2, reproductores de DVD x 2, calefacción y aire acondicionado. Comedor separado. 1er dormitorio con cama queen, ventilador de techo, aire acondicionado, baño familiar, 2do dormitorio con cama queen, baño privado y ventilador de techo. 3er dormitorio con cama individual y robusto extraíble individual más ventilador de techo. Terraza acristalada con una pequeña sala de estar, ideal para café y periódico por la mañana. Cocina moderna con encimeras de piedra, electrodomésticos nuevos y gran ventilador de techo. Instalaciones completas de lavandería con lavadora, secadora y plancha.
Las instalaciones exteriores incluyen barbacoa, 6 sillas al aire libre con sombrilla.
5 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad, la playa y un corto trayecto en coche del campo de golf, hipódromo, tiendas de antigüedades y bodegas.

Marvellous Mornington

Fabulous house for comfortable family holiday. Great air-conditioning and spacious living areas with spacious backyard for BBQ and relaxing. Host was friendly and helpful.

Homely venue, well equipped for a longer stay to explore the area. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood with proximity to the bay and shopping.

Very poor experience

We hadn't received the key code on the morning of our arrival. We contacted the host via Stayz with no response. We then acquired the phone number through the Stayz app and sent a text then a follow up phone message. All went unanswered. When we arrived at the cottage at 2pm we contacted Stayz who then contacted the host. We got the code a few minutes later. Barbara phoned and left a message at 8.30 pm that same night saying she has just realised that we were staying for a few days and would follow up with her daughter. So the start of our stay wasn't great to say the least. The accommodation itself wasn't clean. The wooden windows were rotten and most weren't able to be opened. We had to clean the inside of the kettle as it was thick with build up. We came home a day early. Don't recommend this property at all.

Everything we needed

It was a lovely home with everything we needed. An easy walk to the shops and the beach. Comfortable beds. Would stay here again if visiting Mornington.

We booked a 5 night stay. Messaged property owner on the day as was not given check in details. No response. Rang owner just before due check in time. No answer. Went to property at 2 pm fortunately we already knew the address as we’ve stayed in Mornington quite often for work. It must of been sheer luck as the cleaner had only just begun cleaning. She told us she was meant to clean next day but decided to do it early. After showing her our booking she told us to come back in 30 minutes and gave us the keys. We had no signal on the TV in lounge so rang the owner, no attempt was made by them to come and rectify the problem. Just said they didn’t know what was wrong with it. So for our whole stay we did not watch TV in the lounge. There was a very small TV in the bedroom we could watch. Very unsatisfactory outcome. I would never stay here again. Unprofessional operators. I hope this doesn’t happen to people with future bookings. Will the booking get missed like ours. No apology what so ever from owners. Brushed the mistake off on to there daughter.

Overall a pleasant stay

Excellent location and beautiful home except a few amenities should be upgraded, such as towels are very old etc. Not enough heaters throughout the house. Otherwise it’s been a comfortable stay.

We loved this property - comfortable, cosey & convenient. The owners had provided everything we needed for a happy stay & the location was great. The fantastic amount of off-street parking was an added bonus as we were towing a small trailer.

Well located cottage

My daughter and I were very comfortable staying in the cottage, with a great location, and all stated amenities. Barbara was communicative, and house instructions were clear.

Fantastic location!

A very short drive to Mills Beach which is a great beach for kids. House had everything we needed and is very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Kids loved having a game of ping pong in the garage. The internet was great, would have been good if they had a Fire Stick or similar in the tv so we could watch Netflix etc, but apart from that we couldn’t fault the house and would happily stay there again next time we’re in mornington.

Family get-together

This property was well serviced for occupancy of 6 people, and although showing its age on the outside, the inside decor was well up to standard, and perfect for our needs. Access to the main street and beach front are both within easy walking distance. There is an area outside for sitting and eating on a nice day.

Perfect location to explore the peninsula

The house was set up well for a couple and our friend so that we could have our own bathroom, and the hydronic heating and electric blankets were great for the cold spell we experienced.

The house was immaculately clean. There was plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortably. The location was excellent. The small bedroom at the back needs a bedside table. We enjoyed our stay.

Weaver Cottage was warm and welcoming and homey. We came for a tennis tournament and was very comfortable, with all the conveniences needed.
