Overall the house/amenities were all awesome and our family of 9 had a great time! I do feel like the master bedroom downstairs BED was not comfortable at all! While it looked very comfortable when you walked in the room it was not great to sleep in! My husband ended up going to our home in St.George to sleep!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has stayed at this rental on several occasions and now it feels like it’s our own home. I love the location, especially being close to Snow Canyon with all the hiking and biking opportunities. The condo area is very quiet with outstanding pool, hot tub facilities. Can’t wait to come again.

Beautiful cozy home set in the red rocks

The house was comfortable and nice. Very clean and spacious, while still feeling cozy and welcoming. Great outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the unique Southern Utah landscape. Perfect for a family with multiple children, very close to the pool for the hot afternoon.

The Perfect Retreat for a Weekend Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place may well become our new home away from home! We settled in easily and enjoyed the proximity of the home to the pool and to the pickle ball court. Also, we were absolutely floored by all of the amenities in the garage! Golf clubs, bikes (so many bikes!), pickle ball paddles, pool floats, the house has everything! Also, the kids loved the gaming table after a full day out in the sun. Though we recommend that the owner attempts turning down the volume on the game sound, we could hear it clear downstairs. My husband's favorite was the living room recliner and mine was the backyard patio early morning and evening while BBQing. Already dreaming of our return!

Our Favorite Vacation Rental in St George

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, we love the Red Cliff Farmhouse. It has a cozy, comfortable at home feeling. This condo is has plenty of space and plenty of nice spacious bedrooms. Very Clean and decorated like a home away from home. There is a pool that sits basically across from it as well as 2 pickle ball courts very close. The Grandkids enjoyed the basketball standard with hoop/backboard out front. Bathrooms to each bedroom and half bath by living/kitchen area. The Pantry is stocked with small appliances, fun popcorn machine etc. Everything about this cozy condo is great. If i was to leave any suggestions it would be a new mattress in master room on main floor, and a pull down handheld shower head in the master bathroom on main floor. BUT these are not a major issue and we slept great in the bed. Great Condo

Perfect Get-Away for family - young and old!

Loved the master on main and master on 2nd floor. Loved the reclining leather sofa and chairs. Plenty of bathrooms! Really clean unit and very well stocked with everything we needed including pool towels. We used the golf clubs as well and they were pretty good sets. The one downside which is the reason for the overall rating and cleanliness of property was a result of the cleaners making a poor decision to leave old cushions, patio furniture, big boxes and umbrella in a heap halfway across the driveway. We had to get out and drag it all out of the way so was a very unexpected eyesore upon arrival. I would recommend the property managers have cleaners actually remove any old furniture etc. from the property entirely. Once the garbage truck came, it was removed, but first impression was less than fantastic. Other than that, I 100% recommend! One other thing I would just mention to interested guests, the driveway is a single and I'm not sure about street parking as the street isn't really wide, so would double check on parking for multiple cars.

Awesome vacation rental . We loved the cozy home feeling . The pool is right by this condo, which is very convenient There is so much comfortable space, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms etc I can’t say enough good things about it We are very happy 😊 ( one thing was we struggled with the TVs, on vacation but would have still liked to be able to have better access to channels BUT this doesn’t change our stars at all)

Awesome!

This house was perfect for my family of 7 adults & one toddler. The property amenities were fun & the house came with bikes, pickle ball paddles, pool toys, etc. It was stocked with paper towels, dish soap, seasoning & things that you hope is in your rental. Overall it was a great stay!
