¡Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación! Este impresionante condominio Inmaculado ha sido actualizado y está ubicado en la base de Park City Mountain Resort. Este es un condominio actualizado totalmente amueblado de 2 dormitorios + loft / 2 baños y tiene pintura nueva, lavadora / secadora, internet, piscina, bañera de hidromasaje, cocina completa (lavavajillas, etc.), chimenea de leña y mucho más. Desde la sala de estar y la terraza se disfrutan vistas espectaculares de las montañas, el parque del terreno y el Park City Resort. El patio ofrece un increíble ambiente para después de esquiar y la piscina climatizada y el jacuzzi para 14 personas son la guinda del pastel para sus vacaciones en Park City. WI-FI GRATUITO, bañera de hidromasaje, piscina climatizada, lavadora / secadora.

Este condominio es la unidad más grande en el complejo Snowcrest, cuenta con 1000 pies cuadrados y está totalmente equipado para su estadía de vacaciones.

El dormitorio principal de la planta baja tiene una cama de registro QUEEN, puertas de armario con espejo, un mínimo de sábanas de 300 hilos, edredón y muebles de registro. Hay un baño completo abajo del pasillo.

La cocina está totalmente equipada y decorada con buen gusto en granito y cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos (microondas, nevera, lavavajillas, estufa, etc.). La sala de estar cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana LED / LCD HD de gran tamaño, reproductor de DVD, NETFLIX, DVD, chimenea de leña (leña incluida) y cómodos sofás con excelentes vistas del resort Park City Mountain. También hay una mesa de comedor ampliable con capacidad para 6 junto con 3 lugares con taburetes en el bar de la isla.

Una escalera de caracol que sale de la sala de estar lo lleva arriba a un acogedor loft con dos camas individuales. Hay otro dormitorio Queen y un altillo junto con un baño completo arriba (el baño está entre el loft y el dormitorio privado, por lo que no es necesario caminar por un dormitorio para llegar al baño). Patti is a gracious host with excellent communication. She went above and beyond to make our stay smooth. The condo itself is extremely convenient to ski or go to Main Street and there’s a bus stop directly across the street if you don’t feel up to walking. The kitchen is also very well stocked with cookware, dishes etc.

Thanks so much for your review, Aran, and I'm glad you had a great time! FYI, it's super easy to walk right across the street to three lifts at the base of Park City Mountain Resort (vs drive), or hop on the free shuttle that stops right at the complex and take it one stop to the main Park City plaza if you don't want to start at one of the three lifts across the street. Also, I highly suggest anyone going to Main Street hop on the free shuttle bus for the 3/4 mile trip to Main street (or walk if it's a nice day).

Close to the slopes

Great place to stay. Clean, well equipped, comfy beds, quiet, walk to Eagle lift, nice hot tub. That about sums up our stay. Plenty of room for 5 guys and all our stuff to enjoy a week of good skiing. Easy to catch the bus to just about anywhere. Thanks Patti.

Thank you for your review, Mike, and I'm glad you enjoyed the location and hope you had some good days skiing. I'm sorry you were disappointed with the size of the living room. This condo is the largest unit in the Snowcrest complex at 1,000 SF and has 2 full bedrooms along with a bonus loft area to sleep a total of 6 people. To be as transparent as possible, I represent the size and overall space in as much detail as possible (even include a video tour in the VRBO listing) and the posted pictures were taken in December 2024 after the recent remodel. The couch seats 3, and the living room has another chair and 2 bar stools and 4 chairs for the dining table. I will do my best to try to think of a way to add better seating for the future and appreciate your input. So glad that you enjoyed the location and thank you for choosing my condo.

Location was fantastic - quick walk to PC Mtn and the free bus route - and the unit comfortably fit our group (2 couples and an infant). Patti was extremely accommodating and helped us with our baby travel needs. We would rent again!

Cozy accommodations near PCMR Base

Enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean with all the necessities. Super comfortable beds which I appreciated. The host was highly communicative and pleasant to work with. The size was a little smaller than I expected but didn’t matter because we were out and about most of the time.

Everything was seamless with check in. Location was about a 10 minute walk to the base slopes of mountain village. Beds were comfortable. Had all the necessary appliances for cooking in the condo. Would definitely stay again

Great stay in Park City

My friends and I enjoyed our week long stay in the condo. Easy check in/out logistics and great location for skiing and Main Street. The property was as advertised - a bit dated but functional. Good water pressure and hot water. Found the heat to be a bit variable between rooms. Really well stocked kitchen (butter, coffee, etc.) and bathrooms with toiletries. We’d definitely come back!

Great location, comfortable, upgraded

We enjoyed our third year in this cozy, comfortable, and clean condo. Kitchen appliances are new and full-size and the table expands to accommodate quite a few extras for dinner if needed. Location is perfect for walking right on over to ski equipment and lifts, and the fireplace is fun in the evenings. The place is well-stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms, and has lots of fireplace wood and starter logs. Great fun!

Great Location

This condo is in a great location just at the base of Park City mountain. A word of caution - be sure to understand the layout of this two bedroom and loft. It is suitable for people without small children as the second floor is accessible by a spiral staircase. The condo was well equipped with the proper cooking utensils.

Most children LOVE the spiral staircase and enjoy going up and down it and it's a great space saver. I know we discussed the layout and stairs in our conversations before you arrived and I'm so sorry if I wasn't able to articulate the layout. There is also a virtual tour on the site so I urge everyone to 'take the tour' before booking so you can understand and see the layout. This is the largest unit in the complex at 1,000 square feet. I would not suggest this unit for anyone who needs an elevator as it is on the third floor and there is a spiral staircase within the condo leading to the top floor. But glad you had a good time and loved the location and all the amenities I provide.

Everything is perfect!

Very nice condo in a perfect location for skiing and snowboarding! Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Well stocked kitchen, as advertised. We enjoyed grinding our fresh coffee every morning. It was a great and comfortable stay for 4 adults and 1 teenager. Seamless check in / out. The owner was so nice and very responsive. Overall would recommend as a very comfortable, convenient spot for skiing and snowboarding. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Cozy, Close to Slopes, and Accommodating

This third floor walk-up is perfect for avid skiers as well as casual skiers and mountain lovers. It's very close to the slopes, but this cozy, compact unit also has a good view of what's happening on the mountain for those who stay at home for the day. Main Street and all its fun shops, galleries, and eateries is just down the road, and when everyone gathers in the evening for dinner, the well-stocked condo accommodates many with its expandable kitchen table and bar stools. A very relaxing and comfortable place we would rent again.

My family of five went on...

My family of five went on a last minute February trip to Park City. Patti was very accomodating - helped with lift tickets, info on Park City. It was our first ski trip to UT. My boys -8 and 10 loved the bunks. Teenage daughter loved having her own room in loft. Well stocked kitchen, fireplaces, kids loved pool. Very close to Park City, you can see it from the deck. Short drive to Deer Valley, Shuttle across the street to Main St and other mountains. Good affordable accomodations - would stay again.

Overall, it was a great experience.

The condo is close to the base of Park City Mountain and is walking distance to the lifts. It is a little difficult for your smaller skiers, but doable. The condo has all the basic needs and was very clean. Patti, the condo manager, was extremely helpful and provided lots of great information before our trip. She was also accommodating with our VERY early flight schedules. Our only real issue was the hot water... for some reason it only stays hot for one person to take a QUICK (about 5 min.) shower, even though the condo sleeps 6 people. As a result, we had to really work to rotate our showers and many times at least 2-3 people had FREEZING cold showers.

Thanks so much for your review and very glad you found the condo close to everything, While the condo is located just across the street from 3 lifts (First time, Three Kings, and Eagle), you can easily hop on the free shuttle bus just steps from the condo and take it one stop to the main base 1 stop away if you don't want to walk the 5 minutes to the lifts. I'm glad you enjoyed the upgrades, new appliances, cleanliness, and appreciated the very early check in. I'm sorry to hear you had an issue with the hot water. This is the very first I've heard of an issue and the 50 gallon water heater is new as of December 2017. Had you called, emailed, texted or somehow gotten in touch with me I would have addressed it immediately. I will certainly look into it now that I know about it but wish you had gotten in touch with me during your stay so we could have addressed it then. Thank you again for choosing my condo and I hope in the future you contact the owner or property manager if you have any issues with your stay while you are there so it can be addressed. Wonderful place to stay near Park City Resort

We had a great time at this location. It is conveniently located near Park City Resort so that, every morning, we had only a 5 minute walk to the ski lift. Patti is an exceptionally good host and provides recommendations on transport, places to eat, and stays in communication with her guests. The property itself is clean, cozy and perfect for a family. Our two children stayed upstairs in the loft area while my wife and I stayed in the bedroom below. We all felt that we had more than enough space. It is a short walk to downtown Park City and we did not feel the need to rent a car. We will absolutely book again the next time we come to PC.

Easy access to mountain and can walk to town

Everything you need to have for a weekend on the mountain. Walking distance to the lifts, ski rentals, and groceries. Downtown is a 25 min walk but easily reachable and can take a quick uber either way. Full kitchen makes it easy to eat before and after a long day on the slopes. Communication with owner was very easy and hospitable.

Snowy spring break

This condo was perfect for our family spring break vacation. It was our first trip to Park City, and this condo was the perfect location. Close to lifts and an easy ride to town on the shuttle. The grocery store is even walking distance away. Patti was very communicative and responsive. The condo was clean and had all of the necessities. We loved Park City and will definitely be back.

Avid lover of everything Park City! I currently manage 8 properties in park city and this was my first! All Park City Rentals started from this property.

When I originally bought my first condo (snowcrest 301), I was shocked by the lack of focus and care it received by a large rental company. I wanted a vacationer to fall in love with Park City and have an incredible experience and luxury lodging at a fair and reasonable price. I've learned that managing the condo through allparkcityrentals provided a much better rental experience and higher quality vacation for guests.

The location is FANTASTIC and the views are amazing. There is no other place I know of that is so easy to get to and get around. I love having top floor condos with a loft, more space, no one above you, and not having to have a car.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Views of Park City Mountain Resort, location, no need for a car, walk to Main Street (or hop on the free shuttle bus that comes every 7-10 minutes), pool, hot tub, fire place, warm, and inviting.
