Home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. A lovely house and the location was great for nearby attractions (Exploration Place, Botanical, Delano, downtown, etc.). Very clean, well stocked and comfortable. There was a bit of road noise, but we just turned on the ceiling fans and A/C and then we couldn't hear it. Would definitely stay here again!

Highly convenient location for us! We went to Exploration place, Local Coffee Shops, Galette Bakery, several fast food spots and even saw pickleball courts within walking distance.

Great house! Had an awesome backyard area with lights and fire pit. Very comfortable beds and had a lot of stuff stocked! My wife was worried about her nails and needed some polish remover and they had some in the house. So thankful!!

Perfect weekend stay!

This home was just perfect for our stay. We were visiting from out of state for a wedding and originally booked a hotel for our family of 5. Cramming 5 people in one hotel room is never fun, so I went to see if there were any homes available. Jackpot!! This home was perfectly clean, spacious, stocked with everything we could need and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space to sleep, get ready and lounge. Winnie is fast with communication, you can tell she is really invested in her guests having a great experience. Thank you for having us!

This home is cute, clean & cozy! The location is so convenient for all the fun things! We planned a girls weekend trip and enjoyed being able to walk to Douglas Street for all the things. Great trip!

Excellent Experience

Hosts were very responsive. Checking in and out was easy, property included easy to understand instructions, frequently asked questions, and recommendations for places and restaurants to visit. Was there with siblings to visit family, and this property was perfect for us. It was in a safe neighborhood and was very clean. Well stocked with things guests need during their stay.We look forward to staying here again when we come back to Wichita.

Great Location!

The home was very well kept inside and out. All the amenities are very nice with all of the items needed for meal prep. The location is 2 blocks from downtown and a lot of great restaurants. I recommend this property and very much enjoyed my stay! Thank you

Great Host, Great Location

We came for back-to-back weaving conferences and had a few folks for the whole time and some coming and going. So three of us were ultimately joined by up to five others. Winnie was great helping us sort out how to make it work with eight people our max night. She made sure that the extra beds were made up and that we had plenty of towels. The entry system was super easy for everyone. We only had two bathrooms but we made that work, especially because we had night showerers and morning showerers. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, spices, coffee maker and basics. The dining table and counter chairs made our few meals together quite nice. The washer and dryer were great and we put them to good use! The location was super: within easy walking distance of the convention center and it was easy driving pretty much everywhere. There was a Braums two blocks away that was crucial for one of our guests who was addicted to their ice cream and cherry-limeades! And she got us a bit hooked! If we had more time, we would have hung out in the lovely back yard but our schedules were too busy for much leisure time and it was mostly spent eating and sleeping! The beds were very comfortable and the showers were great! My husband and I have stayed in a lot of HomeAways/VrBOs in the US and Europe and this one was right up at the top of the list for great hosts! It made everything easier and more fun! Our guests all appreciated the great choice we made!

Family Reunion

The location was adequate but I would rather have been in a less crowded area. The house itself was clean through and through. It was comfortable spacious and provided everything we needed in all areas of family living. In spite of the neighborhood, it was agreed that we would stay there again.

Perfect family spot

Good neighborhood near exploration place and the new library downtown. Cosy place with good set of kitchenware and a few pantry basics is great! Back yard area lovely with sitting areas (though sadly weather did not cooperate). Would definitely stay here again!

Delano House

We loved the house, and we walked most places we went, lots of cute shops, restaurants and bakeries. There are 2 amazing dessert places right there. We really liked how they used the space in the house. We hope to come back next year during dance competition season! Host was very helpful and got back right away when I had questions!

Perfect Stay

This property was perfect for a weekend meeting that I, my brother and his wife, and my nephew had in town. Places to eat within walking distance. We also found pickleball courts within walking distance that we used in our down time. The property was as advertised. Nice back yard sitting area. The house was very clean and had all we needed inside. Will stay again.

I am a chemist for a pharmaceutical company during the week, on weekend a styling consultant for a beautiful prom/wedding boutique in Wichita, Kansas. Jerry and I are proud owners of multiple short term rentals in Wichita. We would love to host you and whether you are traveling for work or visiting family we have the listing for you.

I graduated from Wichita State University with master in analytical chemistry, I am fluent in both mandarin Chinese and English. I consider myself outgoing and love carry out conversations.

Jerry and I try to stay fit by going to gym, yoga studio, biking, and running. Our favorite thing to do is vacationing oversea, and plan to visit more countries whenever time allows. We both have fairly busy schedules but we love to make time available for our guests. I reply promptly and love to assist, please don't hesitate to ask!

We love Delano district! It is a transitional neighborhood with many awesome restaurants and local shops. Our guest house is within walking distance to many of those treats! We purchased this gem a day before thanksgiving 2018, and completely renovated from top to bottom. We enjoy mid century modern style furniture with geometric pattern. We know you will love the space as much as we do!
