Esta increíble casa adosada en 3 plantas, FIN está situado en el centro de Winter Park, a unos pasos de Hideaway Park (lugar de música, juegos infantiles, pista de patinaje y trineos). Ya sea que usted está aquí en el invierno para controlar el servicio de transporte a las pistas de esquí o senderismo / ciclismo en el verano, usted ha encontrado el lugar perfecto! Esta casa de pueblo está completamente equipada con todo lo necesario para una fantástica escapada a las montañas. The stay was overall very pleasant and met expectations. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed, making it easy to prepare meals comfortably during the stay. There was a minor issue with noise from the water heater on the ground floor, which was somewhat noticeable at times. However, aside from this, the experience was positive. Overall, a good stay and a property I would recommend.

Wonderful condo!!

This was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. Clean, well-stocked and wonderful layout: room to be together, but bedrooms private for a good night's sleep. King bed in master bedroom was very comfortable. We would love to stay here again!

Great townhouse in a great location!

The place has everything we needed and is in a great location! Walking distance to town, trails, and sledding park! Bus stop is right here as well. Owner is wonderful and extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

Wonderful holiday stay

We loved our stay over Christmas, the property was located walking distance to everything and when we didn't want to go out we had plenty of cookware to make a meal in the home. After a long ski day coming back to the hot tub was terrific, our favorite part! My whole family loved our holiday here, the host was even kind enough to put up decorations so that we felt right at home. We will definitely be back!

Great location for families.

This was a great stay for us to get together with friends. The hot tub was a bonus after a long day of skiing. It was very easy to take the shuttle. The host was responsive. The only down fall was the kids didn’t like sleeping downstairs and all the adults on the third floor. Just something to consider if you have small kiddos.

4 days of biking and nature

We were two family groups of three that included teenagers and stayed together for 4 days in Winter Park. This property was perfect! It was clean, pet friendly, the kitchen well equipped, the beds super comfortable, the location very convenient to the paved river trail, and the hot tub was a bonus. Highly recommend!

The perfect spot!

Thank you for a wonderful trip! This home is fully equipped, clean and comfy! There is a cozy seat for everyone and so many patios and decks. We appreciated the quality of the home and furniture, cleanliness, dog friendliness, garage, and beautiful views.

Great spot for 6-7 people - just steps from town of Winter Park. 5 Stars For Sure!

It was fantastic. Condo - 3 levels. Aspens around the property. Hot tub and then nice trees out the back. 3 comfortable bedrooms and then option of sleeper sofa. Very well stocked. Very clean. Everything just worked. 5 Stars!

Very comfortable condo in a great location

We booked this unit for a family Christmas visit with our son and his family, including 3 grandkids, but they all got sick and weren’t able to join us. So we enjoyed our stay just the two of us. Condo is conveniently located on a quiet street and is an end unit, so lots of privacy. Very clean and well appointed . Beds were comfy but pillows need replacing/upgrading. Good and prompt communication with the owner. Easy checkin and household instructions. Overall a very enjoyable stay although brief and not exactly what we had planned .

Easy Access

Always immediate response from property manager. A block from the town park... Walking distance to breweries and other shops. Mountain hiking trailheads just down the street. Kitchen with almost any amenities you need... including spices. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap bathroom amenities in all spaces. A nice hot tub with easy access from back porch. We would be happy to stay again!

Not bad if you don't mind dog hair everywhere

First of all we arrived at 4pm which is checking time and had no codes and no way to get in the place. We sent an email to the property manager and 30 mins later they responded saying it should have already been sent but they were out of the country and service was spotty. We were finally able to get in after sitting in the car for 30 mins. Once we got in the first thing we noticed was all the dog hair on the stairs. The unit is a nice unit and well appointed except for the mattress in the “2nd master” which is actually a smaller bedroom and the bath is so small you can’t even get to the sink unless you completely close the door. The mattress was very hard and had nothing but a mattress cover on it and an old I’ll fitting sheet that came off if you moved on the bed. We noticed when we got up the next morning we were sleeping on a mattress cover that was not clean and had lots of hair on it. The comforter also had dog hair on it. I went to swap out the flat pillow for another down in the bunk room and both pillow cases had mold and mildew on them and one pillow case had been chewed up by something. The ceiling fan hasn’t been cleaned in some time and was dripping in dust so much that if you turned it on small pieces would start flying off. There were no bags in the bathroom trash cans and only 1 wash cloth 2 towels and a wash for a hand towel in the 2nd bath, no wash cloths at all in master bath, and no dish towels in the kitchen to dry dishes with. The second night we found some towels and wash cloths in dryer but still no dish towels. There were no check out instructions anywhere and we had to email the property manager again and were told there really weren’t any but if we could strip the beds that would help them out. We wanted to use the vacuum cleaner for our shrink bags for ski clothes but couldn’t because it was so completely packed with dust and pet hair and smelled so bad we decided to just do the best we could without the vacuum. The hot tub was great after a long day out in the snow! We absolutely LOVED Winter Park and have stayed many places including other pet friendly units but have never had an experience like this. I took pictures of some things but haven’t found a place to upload yet.

This is our second stay here - we love it so much! We stayed here for a month over the summer and loved its location, the comfort of the house, and the responsiveness of the host. We also saw two moose and a bear from the back porch overlooking the woods! Great, quiet, peaceful home on the edge of the creek and woods. The living space is cozy and comfortable and the bedrooms are far enough apart that you can easily separate if you need space. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, everything you need to make it home. Tons of garage space to keep your gear as well. We also loved that it is so close to hideaway park for the kiddos and all of the fun events at the amphitheater in the park for the whole family.

Perfect for a group

This townhome was a perfect set up for a small group of people with everyone getting their own bathrooms. It was clean and well stocked. The hot tub being backed up to open space was very relaxing. Great location for going out to dinner and close to the mountain. Would definitely stay here again!
