We had such a wonderful stay. Checking in the staff was very friendly and very helpful. The place was so clean and just steps away from the white sandy beach. The updates in this place was just beautiful and the views we awesome. We will definitely be back.

We chose this property so we could enjoy the Night of 1000 candles at Brookgreen Gardens. The property was the perfect location for us. We enjoyed the ocean view and the property.

Beautiful, clean and fantastic condo!

We absolutely recommend this property! This is one of the nicest and cleanest places we have ever stayed. Beautiful furniture, great natural light, spacious rooms, very well-equipped kitchen with new appliances. The location -- right next to the pool and a very short walk to the beach -- was also ideal. The balcony had beautiful views. Everything about the property was great. The only hiccup is that the check-in process is administered by the corporate resort, rather than directly through the very kind, organized, and welcoming owner/host, so it took quite a while to check in during the busy summer season. This would not prevent us from staying there again, but it is something to plan around.

Girls Weekend

I just rented this Condo with my Mother and SIL for a girls weekend. We have stayed in several condos in the area and this one is by far our favorite! The condo was immaculate and it looks like you have walked into a magazine. The decorations are perfect! We enjoyed the view from the porch for our morning coffee. The only thing that was missing was a Keurig. We generally bring our own, but forgot it this time. We brought K-Cups, but purchased some coffee and made do with the coffee pot. You cannot beat the location of the Condo, convenient to all shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Overall Stay

ProsCondo was very nice and the Complex itself was very nice and clean which was much appreciatedCons1) Checking in was terrible We checked in around 5:00 Sunday afternoon and there were only 2 people ahead of me with 3 people at the Front Desk and it took forever. This is not a knock on the Owner but perhaps the Management company or whoever.2) Three issues with the condo, one was with the Flush valve lever which was fixed and the other was the Control board on the Fridge/Freezer so never produced any Ice or water, never got fixed.Last but certainly not the least is there was 3 (Doorknob and 2 Deadbolts) lock on the front door which we only had one key to fit the Doorknob, the Deadbolts were off limits unless you were inside the Unit. It turned out that it may have been a good thing due to the fact we got ran off the beach in the afternoon due to a Thunder Shower. Somebody was trying to get into the Unit, I did not get to the door in time the 1st time they tried but the second time I did and they had a key to the Unit claiming it was theirs's. They left and I immediately called the front desk about it. Whoever I spoke with on the phone did not seem to concerned about it at all so I went up there the next morning and spoke with someone different, he seem to think they had the wrong bldg. Who knows but I do believe it was the Front Desk fault.Being all that said, the Unit was very nice and large.These are all issues with management except for the 3 locks.
