Great vacation property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Checkin was flawless and the staff there was very friendly and accommodating. The condo was clean, comfortable and had a great deck for morning coffee and wildlife viewing. The bed was comfortable for us, but maybe a bit soft for others. The kitchen was adequately stocked but lacked some utensils and cookware for everyday cooking. The property is in a great location on the west side of Flagstaff with easy access to the public golf course and the nearby National Monuments. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring Get Away

We stayed at this property for a spring get away. It was very clean, the sleeping and living accommodations were good. A few issues to be aware of: 1. Our check in process was delayed by about 75 minutes as the Resort staff had to check in with VRBO and the property owner to have the condo switched to our name. It was a minor inconvenience. Another couple had the same issue. If using VRBO, I would suggest calling the resort, not VRBO, ahead of your check in to make sure everything is ready for your arrival. It appears this is common. 2. In the kitchen area of the condo, there is a door adjoining the next door unit. We could clearly hear the neighbors conversations and their movements, dishes clanging, etc. In the rest of the condo, we couldn't hear the neighbors. 3. Flagstaff was about 10-15 degrees below average at the end of March - 45-50 degrees. The outdoor pools were closed. If you are expecting pools to be available when you travel during the spring and fall months, call ahead to find out if they will be in operation. Mini golf was also unavailable due to snow cover. Unfortunately, weather didn't cooperate.

Beautiful Location

We were happy with Location and Amenities. I would have liked to see more kitchen necessities. Other locations we have stayed at were more equipped with such things as Ziplock Bags, Pam Nonstick Spray and Aluminum Foil.

Flagstaff condo- east side of town

Great location and nice units- HOWEVER- we rented a ground floor unit and got changed to a basement unit- ok until the last night when running people (kids?) Woke us up at 5:30 am No sound proofing at all 😳😳 I would not stay in a lower floor again . Wish VRBO would have given us the unit we originally rented🙁

Great stay

Overall we had a great stay at the property. Quiet and comfortable. Close enough to downtown and NAU to be very convenient. Luxor was very responsive and easy to work with. The only negative was that I wasn't aware that we couldn't extend the reservation by a day as our stay was in progress. To extend we had to go through the resort itself and for double the cost.

Convenient

Convenient location for what we needed. Didn’t use the facilities much as we were busy on tours. The room itself was clean and pleasant, however the sound between that and the neighboring unit is really loud. We could hear everything through the wall.

Quite, clean, confortable. The only problem is the fireplace doesn’t heat, it’s only decorative.. it this is not a big deal

Okay, but didn't match the photos

Overall the property was clean and nice and the check in process was easy, but the unit that we received was nothing like the photos (not even on the outside) and did not have a bathtub or a fireplace as depicted. I specifically rented this unit because of those features so I was really disappointed. When I brought this up to Luxorts- the booking agent through VRBO, excuses were made and blame was placed on the resort (Wyndham). When I called the resort, blame was placed back on the property manager (Luxort). The resort tried to offer us free appetizers and a cocktail at their restaurant as an apology, but we declined since it was a birthday weekend and we had already made all of our dining reservations elsewhere. Again the room was nice and clean, just not as depicted. Luxort said there listing states that they don't guarantee a specific unit, but that is not correct. the only thing that their listing stated at the time was that they could not guarantee which floor we'd be on. They also changed the headline of the listing after we complained to remove the word "Fire place". Over all the property was fine, we are just not happy because we did not get the property and features depicted, and the blame passing back and fourth took up a lot of time.
