Excelente ubicación: a un corto paseo de la playa de natación, Middleton Point, Tavern, panadería, área de juegos para niños, canchas de tenis, carril bici y la popular cafetería Pipi. Ofrece 2 camas queen y 2 camas individuales, un sistema de aire acondicionado split y ventiladores en la sala de estar, y vistas de la costa desde las habitaciones principales y la terraza trasera elevada. Cafetera Nespresso. Agua mineral, té y café de cortesía. A solo una hora de la ciudad y cerca de todas las atracciones del distrito de Fleurieu, nuestra casa de vacaciones ofrece una escapada de playa ideal para parejas o familias.

Fantastic little spot

Had the best getaway with family here at Coast at Middleton Point. We love the location; a quick walk to Pipi's for coffees or the point for the kids to have a swim. It has a beautiful deck with ocean views. Will definitely book to stay here again.

Great property, back deck with views to the ocean, everything you want, within walking distance to Tavern, Pipi’s coffee shop & beach, added bonus wifi and plenty of room to entertain friends.

Very clean, in good location

We had a lovely time staying at this property. It is walking distance to the beach, bike trails and the Middleton Train station. It was very clean and the beach view is nice from the deck. We would stay here again.

Perfect family stay

Nice family home situated close to town and the beach. The home is clean and the owners made everything easy for us including organising towels/sheets for us travelling interstate (at cost) as well as arranging a portacot for our little one. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Great family getaway

Loved our stay at Andrea and Marks holiday home. Andrea gave clear and great communication prior to check in. The house was super clean on arrival. Great location within walking distance to a park, the beach, the Middleton pub, Pipi and the train track which our two year old loved! Will definitely come back!

Great spot to chill

Andrea and Mark's getaway was a great place for our family to relax after a challenging year. It was clean, bright and airy and made an excellent base for exploring the beach (a few minutes walk away) and nearby towns, from Victor Harbor to Goolwa. Andrea handled our communications about the house and she was very welcoming and friendly to deal with. Thanks!

Relaxing and complete

Lovely and cozy place, we had a great experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and there were so many amenities available - a fully equipped kitchen, a stove, plenty of crockery and cutlery, a washing machine, gas BBQ and a good-sized TV. Additionally, the nearby general store, pub, and bakery were just a short drive away, making it incredibly convenient. The property was well stocked, and the overall atmosphere was very homely. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

Little piece of paradise. ☀️

We had such a fantastic time staying. The place was lovely, very clean & tidy. Weather was amazing for the whole duration of our stay. Being able to enjoy the sunshine and view from the balcony each day with a coffee (or wine!) was heaven. Andrea and Mark were very easy to deal with & we appreciated them checking in the night prior to arriving. Thanks for letting us enjoy your little piece of paradise. We will definitely be coming back again.

Great property - close to shops + beach/playground

Great place with a fantastic backyard for the kids. BBQ was a plus, TV set-up great with Foxtel and Netflix. Only downside was no sheets, no towels which was a pain to bring all linen down with us! I also noticed a lot of dust that had piled up in the window frames and on top of door hinges/cupboards - good hospitality lies in the details and this is one I didn't expect to get missed :(

Beach-side gem

This is a lovely and compact holiday house. Clean, light-filled and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessary kitchen-ware to cook for the family. There is plenty of room in and out of doors, but any more than four people might be a bit of a squeeze. The house is well positioned - a short walk to the beach, to the supermarket or to one of the cafés nearby. Great value for money! Our only disappointment was not winning the meat raffle at the Tavern - better luck next time?

Would love to stay again

Lovely, clean, beach styled house! Perfect for what we wanted in a holiday house with small kids. We enjoyed the enclosed yard for the kids to run around, lovely decking area with a view of the beach, short walk to the Main Street, beach and playground! Very glad the owners reminded us to bring linen however!! We would certainly stay again!

Cozy house close to the beach

A very nice place, well equipped. Thanks guess the weather wasn’t the fault of the hosts, but the wind exposed a few rattling windows. We did enjoy our stay though and would certainly come back.
