Photos are not misleading. Our listing features numerous photographs of the property at various times. If you had any questions, you could have contacted us. The description explicitly states that the property is an elevated river home, and for this purpose, we are situated on a small hill to achieve the desired views of the main river and the Backwaters you see. There is also a drone shot of the house and land which cleary shows the distance from the river.
The road speed is not 80 km/h. In our area, the speed limit is 60 km/h, as there are other properties nearby, albeit they are some distance away.
The road is not a major road, and access to it is mostly only used by property owners so traffic is rare.
The driveway is actually a council road, and we are unable to make significant improvements to it. Therefore, it is considered safe and sufficient for its current purpose.
We provide a substantial supply of drinking water. However, we advise our guests who plan to stay for extended periods or have specific water requirements to bring their own. This is explicitly mentioned in the description as the house is ran off river water.
The Wi-Fi network is adequate for most stays under a week. During your stay, we recharged your account multiple times due to excessive usage of 25 GB per day. This usage is considered high and is regrettable, as it prevented you and your children from fully enjoying the outdoor nature of the property, which is a common experience for our other guests.
