This villa is beautiful, new and clean. It looks exactly as on photos. It is located away from noisy roads. There were almost no people walking near the villa. The surrounding is quiet and friendly. Cafes and fruit vendors are within walking distance (about 5 minutes). A car or motorbike is necessary if you would like to visit the beaches. Rawai beach (with seafood restaurants) is in about 10 minutes driving. There are 3 villas located close to each other (the 2 others were mostly empty). Living space size is about 80m2, it was enough for two of us. It is located in an unnamed Soi between Soi Karnjana and Soi Samakki 3. The value was great,
