This waterfront holiday home is perfectly positioned above the excitement of the Harbour below, It offers captivating views across beautiful Tasman Bay, the majestic peaks of Kahurangi & the shimmering coastline of the World-renowned Abel Tasman National Park. It is tucked away in a private & quiet yet convenient setting that puts you within walking distance of the waterfront's restaurant-cafes, swimming spots & even Nelson's city centre!
Seascape Villa is superbly renovated, wonderfully equipped & is beautifully presented to ensure your comfort & enjoyment. You'll love the fantastic kitchen, sumptuous bedrooms & view-rich outdoor entertaining areas fringed by delightful fruit & herb gardens. This home offers high-speed WiFi, Netflix & Prime TV.
Seascape Villa is perfect for up to 3 couples & will suit friends or families with older children.
**Special conditions & notes**:
- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
- This home is not suitable for children under the age of 12. As photographed, this holiday home is two-level with internal stairs. There is also an external stair to climb/descend from the garage & parking area.
- Please bring your mask - While you are in contact with our staff members when we welcome you or attend a call-out request from you, we will need to ask that you wear a mask. Please ensure that you have one with you.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
