Sea Pointe House - casa de piscina recientemente renovada

La casa es de planta abierta, con una cocina / sala de estar con techos abovedados y una gran televisión. Toda la casa está completamente renovada para ofrecer las comodidades más modernas. Hay una cocina completamente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y un delantal. La suite principal es espaciosa y tiene una sala con un área de escritorio y un espejo que se puede usar fácilmente como tocador para prepararse. Hay un comedor, una sala de lavandería, un garaje para 2 autos, otro dormitorio king, un baño de visitas y un tercer dormitorio con dos gemelos.

El comedor, la gran sala y la sala del maestro tienen puertas francesas que conducen a un lanai junto a la piscina, amueblado con un televisor y dos sofás seccionales. Mire la televisión en la piscina o disfrute del clima mientras toma una copa por las noches. Estamos aproximadamente a una hora del Aeropuerto Internacional de Tampa y el aeropuerto de Fort Myers está aproximadamente a una hora en la dirección opuesta. El aeropuerto de Sarasota está a 30 minutos. Siesta Key también dura aproximadamente media hora, pero sinceramente, me gusta Venice Beach.

Perfect for a getaway

This place was perfect for my friends and I. This property had so many places to relax inside and out. Property is very clean and many forms of entertainment. Property manager is very helpful and easy to work with. 10/10 I do recommend

Comfortable, spacious, modern.

We had a very enjoyable stay. There's a pleasant poolside lounge to enjoy. The house features modern decor and high end appliances. Located on a quiet street in a very quiet neighborhood, close to all attractions.

Lovely stay at Sea Pointe House

I and members of my family spent the month of July in this house. It was just great and fit our needs perfectly. It was well located near all the things we wanted to do. The house is large and had room for all seven of us. It had most everything we needed. I would love to return some day.

We had so much fun staying at Amy’s place! The home and interior decor was cozy and beachy! We enjoyed our time out in the outdoor screen room! Amy was extremely efficient with communication and provided us all of the info we needed! 10/10 would recommend!

Lovely house

Remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood. Upscale appliances, luxury linens, two well appointed bathrooms. Open concept kitchen and living room, great for visiting and hanging out. Centrally located near beaches, restaurants and Spring Training baseball. All the homey touches were much appreciated. We will be back!

Spacious and comfortable

House was great for an multi-week stay. Well equipped kitchen enabled in-house cooking our usual dinners. Beds are comfortable and bath facilities excellent. Cool weather inhibited pool use, but it is well maintained. Owner was very responsive to questions and quick to address the few problems that arose. We found the location ideal to reach the activities on Venice. We will return next season.

house nice -pool bad.

The house was wonderful but too far from the beach for us. We are POOL people and the VRBO pictures are PRE-hurricane Ian. There is no pool cage, no outdoor furniture & no grass. We were there for two weeks and the pool was filthy & full of leaves, the pump not working, etc.The owner was trying her hardest to get someone to come out but we got to use the pool only ONE day before we left. she also ordered outdoor furniture two days before we left & a new grill as the old one was broken & unusable. We had two good days outside. VRBO also states there was a two car garage that we were counting on using but it was full of sea-doos & junk and no room for even one car. The owner was wonderful but the VRBO site is incorrect & needs to be changed.

Would not stay here again

Decent house but I would not rent again. Not sure about the amazing communication others mentioned. I contacted Amy on Sunday about water smelling like sulfur and had to reach out several times after to get answers. It was Wednesday at 6pm before the water issue was resolved. Poor communication was definitely a problem and she seemed to care less and almost felt like I was bothering her. The house does have modern touches that are nice but really all we need is things to function for 7 days. The nest thermostat going to 74 degrees every 2 hrs, frustrating! The living room furniture is worn out, the couch arms are nearly falling off. Please be aware that the property does have cameras as well. This is supposed to be disclosed in the details of the house not in your check-in email the day you leave. I'm all for protection of your investment but a ring doorbell camera, camera outside garage door, inside the garage and on the pool is a bit much to not disclose prior to renting let alone the day before we leave. We rent a house for privacy not to feel like I'm being watched 24-7. If they are that worried then stop renting the home. The yard is not suitable for kids it's dirt and sand poorly kept with a privacy fence that's falling in on one side. I think you get the point... We have rented others for less with better results.. I will not stay here again.

Horrible odor when you walk up, from trash. 4 adults, 2 children and only had 6 towels for 4 nights. Could not adjust air. Messaged owner about trash, no response. Overall unhappy and not worth what I paid.

Summer Vacation

It was super clean! The AC wasn’t working properly when we got there, but she had someone out the next morning to fix it. The only thing I would have appreciated was a crockpot:)

Nicely decorated home

We enjoyed the modern look and feel of the home during our stay. It felt very HGTV inspired decorations throughout. Sleep number beds were very nice. Great to have a washer and dryer. Amy was great to communicate with. I inquired about an iron at the place and she immediately ordered a steamer for us on Amazon. That was very kind of her to do. We would definitely stay again but looks like it won't be for a couple of years since the place is already booked up next winter. Thanks for a great experience!

Very nice property

The host went above and beyond. The sleep number King beds were amazing and we had almost everything we needed to host an amazing Thanksgiving with family. The home is beautifully laid out and the furnishings were all gorgeous.

Great Stay!

Stayed here for our wedding because it was located between the beach for our ceremony and the reception. Modern open concept with plenty of space and decorated very nicely. Amy had the house well stocked with everything you could need and will respond quickly should you need to reach her.

We loved the open rooms, the beds were very comfortable. The location was quiet yet close to the main roads. There were three families and no one was crowded.

Not what we expected.....

Initial impression was poor. There were half full water bottles outside everywhere. The garage was awful. The pool being unheated was way at the bottom of the listing and we didn’t see it till close to when we were leaving to go to the airport. It was also full of sand and the pool area was not clean at all. We didn’t find out till January that it was double booked for our week even though we had booked it in October of 2020. The house was pretty clean but we did sanitize all surfaces. The bed in the second bedroom did not have a cover sheet so we slept under the bedspread all the time. The water smelled terrible like sulfur the whole time we were there. On the plus side the owner was very responsive the first day we were there. She had a pool cleaner come over and she offered to have someone come over to clean the garage. The kids were able to swim in the cold water after that. We cleaned out the garage ourselves. When we were packing the night before we left we found a roach in the kitchen..... we had a decent time despite the house not being what we expected.... we wouldn’t stay there again.

Wonderful Stay

This was our first time staying in a home rental and it will certainly not be our last. The home is beautiful! The owner did not leave out a single detail.. everything you need, she provided! The beds were some of the softest beds we’ve ever slept in. The neighborhood is wonderful. The beach is a short drive! Casperson beach, where we went shark tooth hunting, is about a 8 minute drive. Siesta Key, which was beautiful, was 17 miles from the home. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this property is. We cannot wait to come back!

Newly renovated and comfortable

The house is in an older, but comfortable neighborhood. The inside is newly renovated and done quite nicely. The TVs are big and outfitted with ROKU, making them all smart streaming TVs. Amy is responsive and helpful. I feel comfortable saying that if you have any needs at the home, she will be there for you. We had the opportunity to watch the cleaners clean, and they are extremely thorough. Thank you

Beautiful house

This was a beautifully updated house. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We do short term rentals frequently with my company and this was by far the most peaceful, clean and well planned. They had all the information we needed easily accessed. I would highly recommend this property!

We chose the property because it is warm year round. I wanted to have a property that was close to replicating the feel you get in the Caribbean, rather than spending the money to go to the Caribbean. Also, after having a baby, Florida is much more accessible and safer than the other countries I had been visiting.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love the open layout of the house. I wanted to be able to cook and watch tv at the same time and be in the same room as the rest of the gang. I also wanted to be able to watch tv or movies by the pool and be able to have everyone out on the lanai to enjoy chips and salsa or play games in the evening.
