Bienvenido a The Carriage Haus Studio.
Estamos ubicados a solo una cuadra del centro de Mackinaw City. Tiendas, restaurantes, entretenimiento en vivo y el servicio Sheplers Ferry se encuentran a pasos de nuestra ubicación.
El Carriage Haus Studio Vacation Rental ofrece alojamiento para dos o cuatro adultos con una cama queen size y un sofá cama de tamaño completo. No se han ahorrado gastos con todos los muebles nuevos y los alrededores renovados.
La pequeña cocina está totalmente equipada con nevera, estufa, microondas, cafetera, fregadero y mesa de comedor.
El baño ha sido completamente renovado con todos los lavabos, inodoros y muebles nuevos. El baño también tiene una ducha de pie para su comodidad.
El dormitorio principal viene con una nueva cama queen size Sealy, un televisor LED de 55 ". Hay muchos asientos para relajarse.
El Carriage Haus Studio está decorado con un tema de la isla Mackinac y realzado con la belleza de los Grandes Lagos. Estamos seguros de que disfrutará de este estudio bellamente decorado.

At the risk of having this VRBO become so popular we never got to rent it again It was an ideal stay. The studio was clean cozy and comfortable. It felt roomy and had everything we needed. The full kitchen allowed us to fix a meal if we did not want to leave are comfortable surrounded. The bed was comfortable. It's in an ideal location that allowed us to visit many local attractions in mackinaw in the surrounding areaincluding a ferry tour of lighthouses, a hike in Wilderness State Park, walking along several public beaches, a visit to the dark sky park, and the trip across the mackinac bridge to visit the Tipper Room and Coffee shop in Cedarville in the UP.Terri was more than helpful when we were unsure, how to set up the television.f or a football game we wanted to watch. We hope to return soon. It was the best.

Location, location, location

Cannot beat this property location wise: block away from ferry, literally off the alley of all the shops and short walk to bridge. Suited our needs for easy access. Terry, the owner, could not have been more helpful and kind. He even jumped my car after leaving doors open for quite some time packing up. Would stay again in this property or another if terrys properties.

Close to everything

My partner and I quite liked our little stay, it was very close to downtown Mackinaw City and had a lot of character. Terry was a great host and had good recommendations for touring the area.

Wonderful

We loved the great location to restaurants, shops and to the water. Such a charming place to stay. Very clean and more than enough room for the two of us. We will definitely want to stay here whenever we return to Mackinaw City! My only critique would be the pillows but that is a small thing to fix by not forgetting to bring ours lol.

Fall Getaway

We took our sons to Mackinaw area to see Pictured Rocks, Tahquamenon Falls and Sleeping Bear Dunes. This was the perfect location for us and the suite had everything we needed. Just steps away from the shopping district and Shepler's Ferry. Recommendations are Fox Den Pizza and Mackinaw Bakery. Thanks Terry and Jennifer for an awesome stay!

Great property with excellent management

Really nice property, well kept-up. Private parking, and literally steps from Mac City shopping and the Shepler's Ferry Service to the Island. Wonderful stay!

Long weekend getaway

The carriage haus was very nice and clean with lots of space for the 2 of us. It had everything we needed. It is very close to everything and could walk where ever we wanted to go. The only downside was the noise from the dumpsters right outside the rental, which people seemed to use at all hours.

Great stay for a UP Vacation

I stayed here with my wife and infant daughter for a week while we explored the UP of Michigan. It's a charming, clean and comfortable place for a couple or small family. Would love to stay again sometime.

Great Location!

Very clean, neatly decorated and furnished, cozy setup, and perfect space for 2. Great location, walking distance to everything in mackinaw city. Would highly recommend to any of my family or friends, would definitely stay there again. Not sure ot could have been much better. Try the bakery as well across the street:)

Carriage Haus ideal location

Happy there was an opening for Holiday weekend stay for mostly competitive pricing. Difficult to find the exact entrance when arrived late but communication with Terry helpful! Cute and fun overall and appreciated the after Bridge walk Run shower!

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the ferry to Mackinaw Island. A block from the Main Street that is where the stores are. I would definitely stay her again!

Three day getaway

We had a great much needed 3 day getaway. Checked in on a Friday and checked out the downtown area and beach, Saturday trip to the falls, Paradise, and Whitefish point, and Sunday on the island. The room was fantastic. The location was perfect for walking a block or two to the beach, Ferry, and downtown everything. Room was set up with everything you could possibile need. Everything was top notch, clean and just a great spot to come back to after some busy days of walking. We were also suprised by a fireworks show on Friday and Sunday that was seen from the small balcony. Great suprise there. The veiw is not great but the balcony is still a great feature. We where able to meet the owners just about a block away, and puchase discounted ferry tickets and they were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. They even have nightly fires at their very cool looking motel, that they invite guess to for socializing. Great area great place. Book the room you wont regret it. The only thing I would say that could be a concern is the stairs up to the room. If you had any health issues that could be a small challange getting up to the room but we had no issues with it and loved having the separate area to ourselfs.

Beautiful and perfect location for shopping and ferry.

This place was beautiful and clean. It was everything we needed for a girls trip, even the pullout bed was comfortable! I knew it would be close to some shopping, but it was even closer than I thought!!! It was literally 1 block from the major shopping downtown, numerous amazing restaurants and the ferry to the island! We got there, parked and never needed the vehicle while there! I would definitely stay again.

Pure Michigan Experience

Very cute and comfy studio. It was perfect for me. The location to walk to the lake to view the bridge, the ferry's to the island, to eat and explore the town, all worked out great. It's also great location to drive to many favorite places, Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Cross Village and St. Ignace, just to name a few. The apartment was very clean and the communication with the owners was great. I would highly recommend The Carriage Haus. I will be back in the fall and next summer for the Lilac Festival.

Macinaw City Apartment

The apartment was very charming , clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood one block from tourist area. We felt our hosts were very friendly and helpful and would definitely stay here again. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Lovely apartment with a few minor exceptions

First, communication with the property owner was very good. During the booking process and the one time we contacted him during our stay he was very prompt and thorough. Pros...Roomy for two people, very clean with one exception (see Cons), everything we needed to prepare meals, etc., including a full sized refrigerator. Great location - couple minutes driving time to ferry parking and shopping. Also close to other sights like lighthouses and the International Dark Sky Park. Designated parking space right next to the unit. Cons...The property was very clean, except for mold in the shower and dirty at the base of the door frame. That may have deterred us from renting because of the health issue. The first night there was a car in the parking lot playing their stereo very loud for a couple hours. The unit is located near several bars/restaurants and not in the best neighborhood. The outside door has a combination lock, but the interior access door only has a chain type lock, meaning we couldn't lock the actual unit while we were gone. The owner assured us the he and his cleaning folks were the only ones who had access, and no one would be entering so we trusted him on that. But it was a bit unnerving. The queen-sized bed was high and extra firm. Not something we are accustomed to but could just be our preference. Something to note...the unit is above a garage, so there are steps up to carry luggage, etc.

Great Fall Getaway !!’

This was such a great , cozy and clean place to stay ! The studio was exactly as listed . Close to the downtown area and the ferries to get to the island . We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend and be back to stay !
