Bellamente remodelada casa de playa de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños. Situado en la zona de Plaza de tiempo en Fort Myers Beach, al otro lado de la playa. Nuestra propiedad fue recientemente remodelado de arriba a abajo. Al entrar en la casa de la playa, que son recibidos por calmar, decoración playera y colores. La gran sala tiene un sofá nuevo, cómodas sillas y TV de pantalla plana. El comedor tiene capacidad para 4 bar y desayunos, con capacidad para 2. Nuestra cocina tiene muchas mejoras y está equipada con todos los elementos esenciales de la casa. Dormitorio principal y dormitorio # 2 tiene una cama de matrimonio. Disfrute de nuestra nueva envoltura frontal alrededor de la cubierta y la cubierta del patio trasero con asientos al aire libre y parrilla de barbacoa. La casa incluye TV por cable, wifi gratuito, lavadora / secadora, sábanas y toallas, baldosas o pisos de madera renovados, baldosas bellamente diseñadas en las paredes del baño y salpicaduras de cocina, gabinetes de diseñadores, encimeras de granito, muchos electrodomésticos pequeños y sillas de playa.

El acceso a la playa está al otro lado de la calle, a menos de 5 minutos. El Tiempo zona de la plaza y tiendas, está a pocos pasos de distancia. Ningún coche para continuar. Hay un tranvía que te puede llevar arriba y abajo de la isla. Disfrutar de sus vacaciones de playa en nuestra propiedad!

Perfect Vacation Experience

Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Property management is super friendly and accommodating. The house is cozy, clean, and its a perfect location.

Beach cottage

Small classic beach cottage 1 block short walk to the beach and the Main Street in Fort Myers beach. Clean comfortable house and beds etc. As of 2023 June the community is still recovering from Hurricane Ian with cleanup ongoing but the cottage and beach are back.

Summer trip 2023

Amazing little house so close to everything!! We could walk right across to the beach with no problem. The beds were very comfortable too!! Very nice and clean. Had all that we needed. It was nice there were beach chairs and umbrellas to use.

Excellent Location

The property is exactly as posted. It was perfect for our needs and 1 block from the beach. Despite shingles being delivered, on the roof, at 7:45 am without any notice from the management company, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We plan to rent again.

Great location

We needed a place to stay for a long weekend to work on our family’s condo that was destroyed by hurricane ian. The island is 800% improved since our last visit a year ago! The cottage is small but comfortable with great bathrooms, kitchen and window light. The back deck is comfortable to dine outside. The two queen beds were comfortable & perfect for my mom and friend, while I took the couch!

Adorable cottage

Found this cottage on line and was skeptical about 2bd/2ba and only 715sqft. But is was adorable, comfortable and close to everything! Perfect size and location. It is exactly as pictured online. I highly recommend it. J

Adorable cottage on beach

This cottage was perfect for our week getaway. It is fully stocked with all you need - like pots and pans are new and very nice to cook with. Plenty of towels. It is clean and the location was great for my 76 year old mom. She could walk across Estero and be on the beach. Tripower was wonderful, very responsive and helpful. They were so helpful with all my mom’s questions as she settled in. We look forward to next year!

Perfect Vacation!

This was the perfect place to enjoy all that FMB has to offer without all the crowds and noise. We loved the location. A 3 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to Times Square, 2 bars at the corner of the street, and 15 minute drive to Lover's Key. The house was perfect size. Both beds were very comfortable, kitchen was supplied with the right tools, and loved having a washer and dryer. Beach chairs were supplied as was a beach cart. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We will stay here again. Thanks

Small concerns

I would stay again, the house is so cute. Location to the beach is great. We had a timeshare at the Estero Island Beach Club this was right across the street so it was like coming home. I just want to bring this to someone’s attention. We saw a couple of cockroaches in the kitchen and the ice maker didn’t work Thank you so much!! The staff at TriPower were wonderful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had an enjoyable stay at the Blue Parrot. The house was clean and cute. The location is great and close to everything. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well.A couple minor things; As a light sleeper, it would have been nice to have digital clocks in the bedrooms. Having to mess around with my folding cased cell phone ( and the bright light) to see the time in the middle of the night was a bit of a hassle. I also found the clocks would have been helpful while getting showered and ready to go. Another issue that came up was that there was no iron or ironing board. This would have been really helpful since I had an event to attend. Lastly, the ice machine is not working properly. At any given time I was unable to get a full glass of ice. With heat index this past week it would have been helpful to bring an iced drink on walks or to the beach. Fortunately, a neighbor let me have some. These are just minor things that are easily fixable. I would gladly stay there again and the folks at TriPower were kind and professional.

Cute Cottage close to beach

Very nice cottage style house. Easy walk (2-3min) to beach and close to eateries. Rental had just enough for a weeks stay. Clean bathrooms and beds with linens. Love the back deck with clean gas grill.

Perfect Stay at Blue Parrot

Upon our arrival the house smelled so clean and fresh. It was the perfect space for our party of 4. The open floor plan was nice and we enjoyed the tranquility of the back deck. The location was fabulous. We used the beach chairs and cart provided to take a short stroll to the beach entrance next to Diamond Head. We enjoyed the quiet of our little street but close proximity to Liki Tiki and other bars. Would 100% recommend this charming house on Ohio!
