Este apartamento está ubicado en el primer piso, lo que le otorga acceso directo a la laguna, lo que le permite relajarse bajo el sol, disfrutar de la magnífica vista o comenzar su aventura en kayak / paddle board.

Everything was excellent: The area and the apartment were perfect in every way. My only complain, too dark inside, because I have surgery in my elbow. The shades on the windows were way too big making it hard for me to open to enjoy the Lagoon view.

Peaceful retreat

This is a great place for two people. It has a separate sleeping area that’s very spacious. We had all we needed for a fun stay. It’s nice and peaceful at the lagoon but you can find a party vibe steps away. It’s an easy walk to the beach.

Accommodations are as described, seamless check-in and check out process and a very responsive owner. Great central location in Condado. Perfect for 2 travelers.

Perfect location

The place is as described and the location is awesome. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. Safe area and so nice to be right on the lagoon!

A perfect location if you like being in the middle of it all

It was a bit pricy considering the age/condition and noise pollution but the view and walkability were nice. We didn't realize till the second day that the last person left the window slats open so it felt like trying to sleep in a dance club. It was definitely a safety concern that the window was left open. Overall we had a great time and the Havana Grill nearby was phenomenal.

Great location but noise issues

We really enjoyed the location, apartment, and AC. The apartment is conveniently located and central to many restaurants, beach, and bars in walking distance. The location also has a dedicated parking spot which is helpful for rental cars. The apartment’s AC works very well and the bed was comfortable. The apartment is spacious as we were able to keep our luggage in the front living room area with no problem leaving us with a lot of room in the actual bedroom. The pillows were actually pretty nice which isn’t usually the case in these rentals. The apartment was also very clean and they provided us with beach chairs, umbrella, and towels, which was very nice. The main reason for not receiving 5 stars is due to some noise issues. Out of the 4 nights we stayed on the property, 2 nights there were extremely loud trash trucks that picked up trash from the properties next door at around 2am making very loud noises for about 15-30 minutes waking us up both times. We stayed on the property Sunday - Thursday and the trash noises woke us up on Sunday night and Tuesday night. Besides these noise issues we really enjoyed the property but future occupants should understand the noise issues.

Great location fir walking to numerous restaurants abd culture. Loved sitting on the patio in the morning watching the kayakers on the lagoon. Quick walk to Condado beach. Woukd definitely stay here again.

Great apartment and location but a few issues

The newly renovated apartment is tastefully done and in a great location, convenient to the beach, lagoon and not far from old San Juan. The view from the back porch overlooking the lagoon is fantastic and accessing the lagoon is only steps away. Initial impressions were good, but we very quickly noticed a few problems The air conditioner in the bedroom would come on but wasn’t blowing very cold air. We left it on while we went out to explore the town for several hours hoping it would be cool when returned. Unfortunately, it was very hot inside and the a/c was blowing hot air so we ended up sleeping on the futon bed in the TV room where the other a/c unit was working. I contacted the owner that night and a tech responding the next morning to fix it which was a welcome relief. I do appreciate the quick action taken by the owner to resolve that problem. Another issue was the large blinds on the bedroom windows would not roll up, so there was no way to enjoy the view of the lagoon from the bedroom. Someone had broken the cord for one and the other was jammed. The final issue was that much of the area around San Juan lost power Thursday evening but there were no flashlights in the unit and no instructions for a generator or battery backup. Unfortunately we had to relocate to a hotel because of the oppressive heat inside the apartment and medications that required refrigeration. The owner graciously agreed to refund the last night.

Lovely!

My partner and I LOVED our stay! The location was central to all the places we wanted to visit and there were great restaurants in walking distance. We used the patio every day for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening! It was also nice to have access to chairs and the kayaks!

Location is GREAT, very walkable. Simple unit, nice but nothing fancy and suited us fine for our short stay. Loved being able to watch people kayaking etc. in the lagoon and sit outside in the breeze.

This lagoon apartment was the best!! My husband and i were there for a week. The apartment was more than enough room for the both of us. The back patio has the best views imaginable. Just a few steps and you're at the water. The air in the apartment was great and stayed cool the whole time. At first our televisions didnt work (due to a storm the previous week that blew the circut boards of the tvs) but i messaged Jorge and he responded promptly and even bought a new television and had it replaced. Everything is withing walking distance plus there are plenty of scooters you could rent. The water was 84 degrees which was refreshing while in and refreshing when getting out with the breeze. Will definitly use again and recommend this place.

Great location

Wonderful little apartment. Close to great restaurants and beach and just a quick Uber ride away from Old San Juan. I didn't try the kayak or paddle board because I don't know how to use them or even which ones were for my use, but the lagoon was beautiful and it looked like people were really enjoying it. It was a great spot for coffee in the morning.

Perfect location

The apartment was absolutely perfect for my long weekend stay. Its right in the heart of Condado with lots of restaurants and retail opportunities very close by. The apartment itself was very clean and super comfortable. My only complaint was that the security gate to the building wasn't working one night, and I was not able to get ahold of the owner. I almost missed a reservation because I could not get out of the property.

Nice get away place too

We stayed here for our 50th anniversary from April 30th to May 6th. It was a very nice place right on the lagoon and quite area close to Old San Juan. We did have a little problem getting in but Jorge was available by phone to help us. The place was clean and we stayed for 2 nights before we had a problem. The problem we had was that we were talking to our friend and had roaches crawl across the floor. Also when we were getting ready for bed there were several more. There was a can of spray in the corner but I don't feel it was my responsibility to deal with this problem. Luckily our friend asked us to go stay with her for the rest of our time in Puerto Rico. As I said in the beginning the place was lovely but the roaches were the big problem.

Weekend wedding getaway

We had a good stay at this unit. The bed was very comfortable, instructions for getting in and out for a very clearly explained. But offered a parking spot that was included as well. Access to the kayaks and paddleboard were great. Wonderful being able to, enjoy the lagoon that it is literally steps away from your back porch. If you’re going to be doing a lot of cooking, be aware as a small kitchen. Plenty big enough for making breakfast, but maybe a little bit tight if you are making a big meal. A washer and dryer for keeping your clothes clean as an added bonus. They had several TVs. They were also nice if that is important to you. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of accessories for making things like toast, mixed drinks, etc, pots, and pans, but you only have a two burner stove. We would not hesitate to come back again.

Spectacular Spot!

Wonderful mini vacation!

We really enjoyed the condo as it was in the perfect location for enjoying Condado Beach and the surrounding area. It was exceptionally clean with all of the amenities that we needed. We will be back!

The Most Ideal Place to Stay in San Juan

My partner and I visited Puerto Rico for the first time in February, and we chose to stay at this incredible location. It was perfect for what we needed staying only half a way, located next to the hustle and bustle of the city. There are incredible restaurants all within walking distance. We had local food, Italian, sushi, oysters, and more right in our backyard. With a car, San Juan was great to do day trips and we felt secure in this warm home away from home. Now, we are just two people, anymore than that might feel a little cramped in the space. However, the bathroom is beautiful redone and waking up to the gorgeous sunrise on the water is something that can’t be beat. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

They reside on the 4th floor of the same building where this property is located which makes it extremely convenient if a guest ever needs anything.
