The apartment has a balcony & large floor to ceiling windows with mesmerizing panoramic views of the ocean. The apartment is tastefully decorated with an elegant modern style that preserves the tropical atmosphere. The unit has closet and have a queen size bed. In addition, the building has 24-hour security, private pool, and gym. Laundry room facilities are located on the 2nd floor with coin operated washers and dryers.
Internet access is available in the apartment, lobby and pool area. A tennis court at the Marriott Hotel, which is right across the street from us, charge per hour. Free access to the beach; entrance is across the street from us. Come and take in the ocean view while sipping on a glass of wine or just simply enjoy the sea breeze & watch the sunset from your balcony. I stayed 22nights and this is my 3rd long term stay at this Unit Jacqueline the host is excellent and goes out of her way to make sure my stay was excellent The unit is beautiful with an amazing view Everything you need for a short or long term stay is their She continues to add amenities to the unit The building is very secure 24/7 Security Desk with excellent staff The pool is very nice and the common areas are spotless The location is excellent and everything is in walking distance This is a true 5 star experience and I have already booked a long term stay for next year .

Everything you need is here!!! Some street noise but easily remedied via ear plugs or sound machine. You will find this in every room you get in Puerto Rico. So stay here and have a blast

Perfect Honeymoon stay!!!

We booked this apartment for our 8 day honeymoon and it was in the perfect location to shops, restaurants, and the beach!! The apartment was clean, bright and the view was AMAZING! It always so nice waking up to the beautiful sky and ocean! Our host Jacqueline was even kind enough to set up the apartment with romantic decor to honor our honeymoon stay. The security and requirement for key fobs when entering and exiting the building added a layer of safety during our stay! We love Puerto Rico and will definitely love to come back and book this apartment in the future!!

Excellent stay. Jacqueline was a great host. She got us checked in with no problems. Answered all of our questions and was even able to get us a parking spot in the underground parking garage at the last minute. Overall great stay. One block walk to public beach. Ordered

Studio with fabulous view and Rite in the center of action

Jaqueline’s studio is immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. Shower was also good, which is always important. My only complaint was that one of the beach chairs was broken so it limited how much we could go to the beach. Parking is very difficult in this Condado neighborhood, but the owner offered us her space for 20. That was a good deal!

Excellent Time

I stayed for 17 nights and I felt like the unit was my own home The host Jacqueline met me when I arrived and was very nice and showed me the unit and answered any questions The unit is beautiful and fully furnished and stocked with everything you need The view is amazing and sitting on the balcony watching the sun set or rise is spectacular The building is very safe with a 24/7 security desk and the pool is excellent The location is perfect I cannot say enough of how helpful Jacqueline is I have already booked another long stay for next year A true 5 star experience

Great view, very clean condo, host was very accommodating. Young male security guard not very nice wouldnt even say hello eveen after greeting him on most days we were there, hardly looked up from desk and definitely did not smile.only complaint with condo was back up beeper noise every morning at about 4am. And area seems to be getting very expensive.the condo which is oit of hosback up

Excellent Stay

I stayed for 23 nights and this is my second long term stay at this unit Jacqueline the host is excellent and goes out of her way to be helpful Jacqueline was their when I arrived and made sure everything was fine The unit is clean and has everything you need The view from the 23rd floor is amazing Everything that you need for either a short term or long term stay is their including excellent WiFi and cable The air conditioning is excellent Since the apartment is on a high floor with excellent windows you cannot hear any noise from the outside The building is well maintained and cleaned everyday by an excellent staff The pool is excellent and nice to spend time around All of the staff is excellent especially the security staff at the front desk The building has 24/7 security and is very safe with professional and helpful security staff I have already booked a long term stay for next year It is like being in my own home A true 5 star experience

Beautiful View - Disappointing Communication

I found the place to be very nice and the view amazing. I enjoyed my time in the home until the power went out while I was getting ready to go out for dinner. It was off for more than 4 hours and I had reached out to the owner to find out if there were candles or a flashlight but never heard back from her till I checked out the following day. I later found out that the power does go out but that was never mentioned ahead of time nor was there any other options to get light in the home after searching.

Cant be beat

The host Jacqueline was extremely responsive and priortizes guest satisfaction. This location is perfect, with amazing views day and night. Better than "right on" the beach...it overlooks busy Ashford Ave and area/skyline all lit up at night, and ocean during the day. Stunning from the 23rd floor. Part of the vacation staying here is definitely hanging out on the patio, having happy hour and making a meal! The apartment was very clean and thoughtfully designed with kitchen shelves and a bakers rack... plenty of room for waters and dumping your bags and groceries. The tv was situated the best ive seen with comfortable viewing from bed or couch... not stuck on some random wall like many places. The lighting was thoughtful and functional. Open, roomy bright and breezy. Can't wait to return! A++++
