This guest is extremely disrespectful and a liar! She made up dozens of stories why I should allow her as a local memphis. , and when I do not allow locals. She begged me to let her stay at my property and meet up dozens of excuses when it was time to check out. She did not check out on time and actually refused to leave my property even though I told her I had another check in the following day and I needed to clean the property out. All the pictures match the property. Each description of the furniture is given in the property is accurate. This guest was not allowed to have pets in the house as she had not paid for them and even then she had the dogs all over the furniture and the beds to appointment. I’ve had to replace all new bedding‘s and pillows. Her dogs even Peed all over and I’ve had to replace brand new mattresses. She even cheated me out of a day of the booking as she did not pay for it. I would be very cautious in allowing this Charity Pace to rent from other VRBO and Airbnb host.

Ma’m you are lying!! You beg me for an early check-in even though I mentioned to you that our cleaning crew cleans between 11 to 3 PM and check-in is only at 4 PM onwards. You insisted you want to check in by 12 PM and just out of courtesy for a fellow Memphian that was going through a hard time I allowed it.. your reservation was completed and you did not want to leave the premises since you had nowhere to go, and I already had another reservation. I asked you to check out on the time of your check out not any earlier. I moved you as a courtesy to the other side of the duplex so you would have a place to stay, and you begged me for it. I did not charge you again for your pets and you’re completely lying on that. it’s a shame when we as host go out of our ways to help our guest a fellow memphian, even though I do not allow local guest disrespects you and disrespects your property. You were not allowed pets on the second reservation that you made. In fact, you called me and told me that you were going to let your daughter keep your pets. Your pets have pooped and Peed all over my house and you did not even have to go to see to clean it up. I have pictures to prove it. You left my house in a very disgusting state. I would never rent to you again. And I would warn all the hosts of all the Airbnb‘s, as well as VRBO properties to be very careful about renting to you. . You even refused to get out of my house on the time of your check out. She’s the most disrespectful guest one can have I would be very very wary of renting to her
