Bay View Bungalow junto al muelle

Esta cabaña de playa acaba de ser pintada y se instalaron nuevos pisos, nuevos gabinetes de cocina y electrodomésticos nuevos. Estará completamente amueblado en unos días.

Esta fantástica y moderna casa está justo al otro lado de la calle de las playas de la bahía de Chesapeake y a unos pasos del muelle de pesca Ocean View.

Contamos con 4 dormitorios y 1 1/2 baños. Tenemos 3 colchones Pillow Top Qeen y 4 gemelos. Esta cabaña puede dormir fácilmente 12.

Estamos justo al lado de la carretera interestatal, tenemos una piscina sobre el suelo y se admiten mascotas. ¡Tenemos un maravilloso frente y patio trasero que están cercados tanto para los niños como para los amigos de 4 patas!

Actualmente estamos ofreciendo tarifas fuera de temporada y aceptaremos estancias más largas.

Esta hermosa casa fue construida a principios de 1900, pero ha sido modernizada con calefacción central / aire, encimeras de granito y pisos de madera. Tenemos un garaje, una plataforma de estacionamiento y un largo camino de entrada que puede manejar fácilmente de 3 a 4 autos o más.

Tenemos todo lo que necesita para tener unas maravillosas vacaciones.

Great place for bigger families

6 adults, infant and 11yr old had plenty of room for everyone. Loved having the large pool in the back yard. Beach access and fishing pier directly across the street. Close to shopping and walking distance to 7/11 for last minute needs.

Didn’t get the house I paid for

I made my booking back in March 2 hours after I left to get to house was told my house already had someone in it so they gave my another unfortunately I pick the other house cause of the pool my son had autism he don’t like the ocean but like pools so I was going to stay at the house so he could enjoy his vacation then the others were going to the beach but we made the best of it

Totally honest review. Although I paid for a late check out, we left a whole day early and if we could’ve stayed somewhere else entirely different, we would have. This house needs a lot of TLC. The floors were filthy. The windows were filthy. The front porch was extremely filthy and could’ve used a serious power wash. The majority of the light fixtures had no lightbulbs in them. The upstairs bedrooms have no outlets in them.The grass and shrubs were overgrown. The gate in the driveway is broken so in order to open and close it you have to pick it up and move it.I guess the owners live next-door. When you walk out onto the back porch and look immediately to your right, you see a target used in gun practice with bullet holes all through it in a window facing the rental. There is a budget hotel on the other side of the house and another one behind it. There was a bum sleeping on the steps of the one hotel and we could see him from the front porch. He was less than 30 feet away. The only highlight to this house was the beach across the street and that isn’t enough to rent this place again.If they have a Cleaning Lady, they need to fire her and if they don’t, they need to hire one.

Depends on what you are looking for.

This place would be great for college kids on spring break that want to hit the bar across the street and stay up all night. If you are like me and wanted a quiet restful vacation this is not the place for you. There is constant traffic and you can hear every single car that drives by. It is far worse in the upstairs bedrooms. It was so loud I slept on the couch all week so I could drown out the noise with the only TV in the house. Overall the neighborhood was ok but there a few times it didn’t feel the safest. The yard had trash scattered throughout so I was pretty much constantly trying to keep my puppy from eating it. Several lights didn’t work and by the end of the week the pool water was completely green due to poor upkeep of chemicals. Overall it was ok because we were there for the beach and the beach was great but the house was underwhelming.

We were in town for a family reunion. Stayed all week. Host was exceptionally gracious.

Loved the convenience to pier and the quiet beach. Highly recommend for family stay.

Excellent spot to stay

Right near the beach and the fishing pier. Easy access to restaurants or local attractions. The only two things are that the pier closes for the winter and doesn’t open until spring and the driveway is a tight turn so if you drive a large truck or other longer vehicle it would be difficult (not impossible and there’s a large parking area behind the house so turning around is not a problem). We will definitely keep this property on our list for future trips!!!

Great location, great house!

Location was fantastic - right across the street from a beautiful beach, fishing pier and restaurant/bar. Hosts were very accommodating, house was nice and clean.

House is spotless inside. Beds are very comfortable. Convenient to everything. Quiet beach. Wonderful touches of shampoo, dish soap, hand soap, garbage bags, etc. Plenty of towels. Would absolutely rent again.

Clean and convenient

House was clean, location was right across from the ocean and pier. Was easy to hop on the highway and get to other places in the area. The pool was clean and refreshing. The only criticism my wife had was no washer and dryer, but we just packed extra. We’d definitely recommend this property and would look to stay here if we were in the area again.

Nice beach house for families

We stayed for a weekend at this beach house and enjoyed every minute of it. The house was clean and well stocked. It had plenty of room for a large family. It was conveniently located right across the fishing pier and the beach but traffic can get heavy by rush hour in the afternoon. This did not bother us but it may bother some renters. The swimming pool in the backyard was a plus! A nice way to relax after a day’s activity at the beach. The kids (and adults) enjoyed it very much! There was only one issue with our stay. The trash bins were full to the brim when we arrived but this was addressed promptly by the owner. There are a few things that need attention to the house such as a broken doorknob and broken towel rack in the bathroom and broken window panel by the stairs. However, these things did not bother our stay. We would recommend chairs in the front porch because it was nice hanging out there early in the morning and late in the afternoon. Also, chairs would be a nice addition too in the backyard for people to hang out when grilling or swimming in the pool. Overall, we had a good and enjoyable stay! Would definitely consider coming back next summer!

There was no key and the pool was filled with green water

There was no key in the lock box. I did not feel safe leaving valuables or my dogs in the house, because it was impossible to lock once we left. Therefore, each time we left the house, we transferred the valuables to the car. And undid the progress when we returned. It was completely unacceptable. We picked this house, because it had a pool. When we showed up the pool was filled with green water and smelled very bad. The pool could have saved this, because we could have left everything in the house and my son could have swum in the pool. I wasn't going to allow him to swim in that. The vacation was totally a bust. I'm very glad we didn't spend anymore time here. I messaged the owners and they told me they would drop off a key, but they changed their minds. With respect to the pool, they said it was treated a week or so before and they did not offer any resolution. Absolutely avoid.

False advertising- this place advertised a pool and a grill

The second bathroom is a mop closet and the pool was torn up and had weeds growing in it. I notified the owner when we arrived that the pool should clearly not have been on the listing- as it was barely a shell and full of weeds and garbage. The owner wrote me back that they had expected the pool repair man that afternoon...but there is NO WAY a repair would have fixed this. It was empty with mold and weeds growing in it. The place listed a grill and when I inquired about the grill, the owner told me it was in the garage and needed to be assembled And I could do so if I “wanted a project” (!!!). The place is flanked by a motel 6...while it was nice to sit on patio, it was a little scary with kids tow it was some of the shenanigans going on in the parking lot next to the front yard. Ultimately, this place should go for way less and isn’t very family friendly without the amenities advertised like the pool and grill and second restroom. Without a grill, we couldn’t cook, because there were not really proper pots pans, and utensils. And the second bathroom was just embarrassing...as well, the ceiling leaked like a waterfall in one of the bedrooms- all over the bed. It was a nightmare.

Great stay

Very close to the beach and the fishing pier is right across the street. House was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Check in was easy, just arrived with a code. Owners responded to all of our questions and concerns quickly. Would love to stay again in the future.
