Fabulous home for a family gathering

Our stay was amazing, due in part to the wonderfully comfortable and well-equipped home, as well as the ideal location. We were two blocks from the ocean and main street shops. Wonderful home to enjoy with family.

Location location location

The house is perfectly situated and with 5 kids, we had a great time strolling to the beach and the main drag. The house was super clean and the hosts were very accomodating and communicative.

Great location

Loved the house! Easy check in and great location. House is beautiful! Only drawback is parking and wish the bathroom situation was a little different. Used to having bathrooms with bedrooms in this size house but we made due. Overall great house and really enjoyed our stay!

Nice place

Our group of nine really enjoyed this house. It’s conveniently located close to the shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk/Funland. Also, the house itself is nice: the TVs, speakers, and furniture were all a step up from the other houses we’ve rented in Rehoboth over the years, the enclosed front porch is good for people watching, and the hot tub is a nice addition.

Great property, right by the beach

This property is nice and spacious, and is so close to the beach. There are also many great restaurants that you can get to within a few minutes walk. The hot tub out back is an added bonus. Communication with the property owner wasn't great, but ultimately didn't lead to any issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location and great responsiveness

This is the second time my friends and I stayed in this property. It is spacious, close to everything and has great common space for everyone to hang out in. When there was an issue the property manager was quick to respond and made sure we had what we needed. 10 out of 10 ! We have already reserved for next year!

Perfect week

The house is perfect. Had everything needed for cooking which was mostly breakfast for us. Everyone said the beds were good. Plenty of room to hang out and play games. Location, location LOCATION. Beach was so close. Never had to drive anywhere. Hot tub was awesome. Would definitely book again. Realtor Nick was great to work with. Property management was very quick to fix the minor issues we had. The young man that came to help was super nice and friendly. Great week !

Delaware Ave vacation

We all loved the location, location, location! A block to the beach or a block to stores, restaurants, and shops. A bonus for us was the President at church Sat evening with entourage of Secret Service cars and agents surrounding church. We were a block away so we walked to the church and quite a crowd there waiting for him to exit the church. We all waved and he waved back, got in the SUV and off he went. Hope to be back next year!

Everything was perfect

Our group of 10 had a great stay at Judy’s place. Everything was just as described and the location could not have been more perfect. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with small appliances, dishes, cups/glasses and utensils. The large dining table was perfect for our family style meals. A short walk will take you to the boardwalk, multiple restaurants and shops. Judy was extremely responsive to all my inquiries and our group will certainly return in the future. We ran out of time and unfortunately did not take advantage of the hot tub, but we hope to on our next trip! Thank you Judy!

Location is perfect!

We have stayed in Reho a few summers & this was by far the best location for a family. The house is on the corner right by a convenience store and a minute walk to Funland. The bedrooms work great for a big family. The house is decorated beautifully, but definitely not as well kept as hoped. The house was on the dirty sandy side when we arrived but nothing we couldn’t live with for the week & the hot tub was also sandy but the kids enjoyed it anyhow. Communication was only the first night when the owner kindly checked in to see we arrived and didn’t need anything. We never ended up needing to call again! Overall, we would stay again!

Nice but…

Okay this place was overall convenient. It is not been maintained and also not recently renovated like it says. Furniture is falling apart (ottoman has one or two missing legs, dinning chairs screws are falling off, fridge filter is gross and black, hot tub doesn’t get the temperature desired, oven and microwave don’t warm up things properly, bathtub door is hard to close, we are pretty sure the smoke detectors don’t work either. So the place yes is very well located, few blocks from the beach, is big but also needs maintenance. Communication was great and easy check in and check out

This place is fantastic. Very comfortable and immaculately clean. The hot tub is a blast. Kitchen is great. Super TV in the living area open to the kitchen. Perfect location in the heart of downtown.

Wonderful home!

Loved the home. Location is perfect. You won't be disappointed with the cleanliness and spaciousness or location of this home! Things got a little messed up by one bedroom having bunk beds. The description said 2 singles in the one room. Surprised to see bunks. We needed all 7 bedrooms for adults. I didn't see bunks in description. Also hot tub said out of order but it was on and running. We were looking forward to that!
