Condominio encantador junto al lago ubicado a 3 minutos a pie de la playa de West Cove. La propiedad cuenta con 2 dormitorios y 3 baños en los tres niveles. Con las habitaciones de bonificación en el loft y el sótano, duerme fácilmente 8. El sótano es ideal para el entretenimiento con un bar y mesa de billar. Este condominio tiene una excelente vista del lago con acceso directo al sendero para caminar al lago a pocos pasos de la cubierta trasera. Eastman es una comunidad de 4 estaciones con actividades que todos pueden disfrutar.

Great condo at Eastman - there's space for everyone - it had everything we needed and it's a community for those that love the active outdoors! Pickleball, kayaking, hiking. Owners very responsive. Highly recommend.

The place is as advertised. Clean, close to the lake. My boys (5 and 8) enjoyed kayaking and swimming both within walking distance.

Stay at Eastman condo

Directions were crystal clear- re the location, how to get into the condo, where to find everything in the condo and what to do when we left. It was totally clean and comfortable. A great location. Love the proximity to the lake/pond. I highly recommend this place to others!

Excellent stay

Slept grear. Nice walking trailas around lake. Jad pool to ourselves for swimming laps. Had sisters vome with spouses for lunch and had plenty of glasses/dishes. Very nice bedding and towels. Jope to come again.

Weekend Ski Getaway

Had a great weekend ski getaway at the Eastman Condo. The condo was very clean and cozy, and our group enjoyed hanging out around the bar and pool table in the basement. Marcus and Kim were great hosts, and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect covers it!

This was our third time staying at this property for a ski trip to Sunapee. I love this place, it has EVERYTHING you need to make/cook any meal. The place is super clean, comfortable and cozy. Beds are comfortable and nice quality linen and towels. I always wish we had more time and stayed longer. The communication with Kim and Marcus was amazing. They responded to all our questions and at one point we accidentally locked ourselves out of the until (our fault) and a solution was found in less than 5 minutes. They welcomed us with amenities and special touches that made us feel like they knew us. The downstairs area is so fun and a big space to have some good family fun/time. Huge laundry machines too! And the best part is the wood stove with plenty of firewood to keep it going all weekend. Great big TV to watch the NFL Football playoffs too. Overall, a perfect stay, again.

Grantham/Eastman

Good option for families planning to ski a few days at Mt. Sunapee. Appreciated the 3 updated bathrooms, made it easier for showering and getting ready to head to the mountain. Owners very responsive and left us some nice treats to welcome us.

Fantastic!

What a wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed a long fall weekend in Grantham with our two children (20 and 17). The unit was perfect with plenty of space for everyone to stretch out when we weren’t out exploring Eastman and the Upper Valley. Unit was spotless and had everything. Hosts were exceptional with communications, directions, and local recommendations. Highly recommended and we look forward to staying here again.

Lovely lakeside condo

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo in a great setting. It was in good condition and had everything we needed. The owners were exceptionally communicative in the weeks leading up to our stay to ensure we would have the appropriate linens etc.

A perfect winter stay

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time here over February break! One kid did ski camp at Whaleback while the rest of us explored cross-country skiing nearby and took advantage of the Eastman amenities. We also enjoyed hanging out in the condo, which is immaculate and well-stocked, with super-comfortable beds and strong wifi. We hope to come back in the future!

Comfy, just like home!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. It has everything to make you feel like you are home. We love the wood stove; they have cozy blankets around the house. The bedding is nice and there is plenty of linen & towels. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need. The downstairs is perfect for teenagers or family to spend time together. We were playing pool and watching the football game down there. We will come back again and again. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. 20-25 min from Mt. Sunappe for skiing which is why we were there.

Ski vacation

We stayed over the December holiday to ski at Mount Sunapee. The location was great, only 20 minutes to the mountain and had very nice walking trails along the lake. The condo was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed and more. We really had fun with the video game and pool table. We would stay again!

Nice but...

Almost everything was as advertised. House was very clean and fully stocked. House decor was fine but a little dark in dining area. Lake was beautiful but we couldn't see it from the condo. Also the kayaks and equipment were in great shape but 100+yards from the launch and it was a real chore to haul them back and forth. But the ad warned of both these shortcomings. All in all a good deal at a nice place on a beautiful little lake.

Eastman retreat

My family and I enjoyed our three nights in this lovely home while attending a family reunion. With plenty of space for our six adults and one teen, the condo provided some quiet and comfort for us. We hope to return soon!

Stay at Eastman

The property was very, very clean and had everything we needed, beach towels, soaps, hair care, hair dryer, spices, kitchen gear, grill, propane, etc.. The kayaks and paddles with life vests were an added bonus. A wagon would be great to help transport the kayaks. The beds were all comfortable. The community has a lot to offer. The beaches and lake are very nice as was he activity center, walking trails, etc. The stairs are quite steep in the condo. The only two things I would recommend is to put darkening curtains in the bedrooms as it was quite bright at 5am and some brighter lighting over the dining area and kitchen. Very minor things that would have a big impact. We look forward to staying again in the future. Really great place and hosts. We loved staying there.

Trusty Eastman

Property was consistent with description. Easy access to Eastman walking trails and water. Kayaks in good shape. Kitchen nicely equipped even if small - which we expected for this condo floor plan. It’s fine, it just means one cook needs to take the lead! Property has more than enough indoor entertainment resources for rainy days too: arcade games, rower, streaming services, pool table.

Cute, Nice Community, Beautiful Surroundings

We were in NH for a graduation at Dartmouth. It worked well for the graduation. I thought the place would make for a fun family getaway. The lake, the community amenities, and overall natural surroundings were great. The place is larger than it looks, too. It allowed all of us to spread out.

Through all of our travels, living in various states, Eastman is the place our family calls home. It is truly a four season community.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You do not need to leave the community to find plenty of out door activities to enjoy. The people are friendly and the views are fantastic. If you do not find what you need for your vacation in town, you can surely find it near by.
