Watch sunrise from bed!

Perfect spot for 1 or 2 ppl Walk out to yard for stunning views over cliffs and the breathtaking sunrise and sunsets. Well stocked kitchen and lots of towels and beach equipment for play Area walking distance (40min) to grocery store and short walk to Hideaway Beach

Small, centrally located, nice view

Basic amenities, nice to have bedding for pull-out couch, beach gear & patio area. Not sure if it had been vacant or bad cleaning, but itd been nice if tables (inside & outside) and counter were wiped down. Blankets for extra bed should be washed as they stink. Consider adding a veggie peeler & small knife. For the. I cleaned, took out the trash & stripped beds. Bummer.

Great location but floor needs cleaning

I like to walk bare feet but the floor was sticky so I wore sock around. Our socks was dark every day

Said in ad: WAsher/dryer, but small print only too late:off premises. Refrige was not properly defrosted for at least 2(two)months. Couldn't get freezer door shut/main door & some defrosting occured. Informed management & turned off on departure... Interesting literature from Management about washing towels/penalty if not:Take out garbage/penalty if not, BUT no reimbursement for lack of properly running refrigerater if inoperable...?????? ironic isn't it?

FALSELY ADVERTISED. Avoid this place, or any other Plushy Host managed property. Not to be trusted.

Plushy Host is lying in the advertisement. The posting clearly lists washer and dryer in the amenities. It's the very first one listed. I use washer and dryer as a filter when searching properties on VRBO and this one was on the list. The property management know this is false and still chooses to list this. It is essential that we have this when we travel as the activities that we do and the fact that we travel light (carry on only) requires frequent use of laundry. When I inquired about this I was told I could go to Kapa'a, which is 30-45 minutes away, for pay laundry or arrange with Kristin for an extra charge! I'm not even sure who Kristin is. Never had spoke to or dealt with any Kristin. Also with everything we had planned, spending a day driving to Kapa'a to sit around in a laundromat is incredibly inconvenient and a waste of our time when on vacation. Bottom line, if I had known that there was no washer and dryer I never would have booked this property. I informed Plushy Host the morning after and asked about the false advertisement. They didn't get back to me until the next day with their BS answer. I have been in contact with them on this issue since my stay. Every time I spoke with them they told me it was in review. Basically I got the hint they were just stringing me along hoping I'd forget about it. Horrible to deal with. Some other issues: -We were only provided with three bath towels and two beach towels. With no washer and dryer we were just forced to have dirty and always damp towels. -One of the window cranks on the left side of the sliding door is broken and unable to close. Not able to secure. -The deadbolt on the auto lock does not line up correctly with the door frame. This causes it not to be able to lock automatically unless the door is pulled from the outside or pushed from the inside. I finally figured this out but not until the property had gone unsecured for a night while we were there a day while we were not there. Anybody could have walked right in. -The screen door needs fixed or replaced. Slides off track every time it is opened. -The ceiling fan is barely functional. For one, the pull chain is broken and you can barely even grasp the last couple balls still hanging down. When you are finally able to you can't even really tell what is the "high" setting. It just moves incredibly slow no matter what. Pretty useless. -Another extra floor fan provided is tiny and produces not much air at all.

We know platforms like VRBO can sometimes auto-include amenities based on filters or nearby properties, which is why we always encourage guests to double-check the listing details directly. That said, we totally understand how inconvenient it must have been to discover that after check-in, especially when you had a packed itinerary. As for the maintenance items you pointed out, from the fan to the lock alignment, those things have since been reviewed and reported through our follow-up process. We’ve made some solid changes since then to help prevent similar issues from slipping through the cracks. We also want to make sure guests feel safe, secure, and comfortable, so those types of concerns are taken seriously and addressed as quickly as possible when flagged. We know we didn’t hit the mark for you, and we appreciate your honesty. Feedback like this helps us keep improving the way we manage and prep our homes so future guests have a smoother experience.

quiet getaway for a couple

Stunning location fronting a cliff above the ocean, complex is quiet and felt very safe, we slept with the slider open listening to the crashing waves below. Common pool is 2 min walk and hot tub is nice and hot! Short walk to two beaches but the paths are pretty steep. 5 min drive to store and restaurants in Princeville. Unit is functional and clean but not luxury. Could be better stocked, only one roll of TP, no sponge. Being on the ground floor you will also hear some noise from the unit above. Manager and owner are very responsive. Would go back.
